1 अक्टूबर से फिर हड़ताल पर जाएंगे पेट्रोल पंप संचालक:बोले- सरकार ने 10 दिन में हल निकालने का कहा था, 13 दिन हो गए

राजस्थान में पेट्रोल पंप संचालक 1 अक्टूबर से फिर हड़ताल पर जाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। राजस्थान पेट्रोलियम डीलर्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष राजेंद्र सिंह भाटी ने कहा है कि पेट्रोल और डीजल पर बढ़ते हुए वैट पर सरकार ने 10 दिन में समाधान करने के लिए कहा था। 13 दिन बाद भी समाधान नहीं निकला है। इससे परेशान होकर 1 अक्टूबर को सुबह 6 से शाम 6 बजे तक सांकेतिक हड़ताल करेंगे। इसके बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो 2 अक्टूबर को अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर जाएंगे।

दरअसल, एसोसिएशन की ओर से वैट कम करने समेत अन्य मांगें की जा रही हैं। इसके लिए 13 और 14 सितंबर को दो दिन की सांकेतिक हड़ताल की गई थी, लेकिन सरकार की ओर से कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं आने के बाद 15 सितंबर से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल की गई। 15 सितंबर को ही सरकार से बातचीत के दौरान मिले आश्वासन के बाद इस हड़ताल को स्थगित कर दिया गया था।

राजेंद्र सिंह भाटी ने बताया- हमारे साथ 15 सितंबर को सचिवालय में राज्य सरकार के कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रताप सिंह खाचरियावास की अध्यक्षता में बैठक हुई थी। इसमें हमारी पेट्रोल और डीजल पर बढ़े हुए वैट समेत कई मांगों पर 10 दिनों में समाधान की बात कही गई थी। बातचीत के 13 दिन बाद भी किसी भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं निकाला गया। सरकार के रवैये से परेशान होकर एसोसिएशन एक बार फिर से हड़ताल पर जाने को मजबूर है।

भाटी ने कहा- डीलर्स गुरुवार से प्रत्येक जिले में ज्ञापन दे रहे हैं। साथ ही अब रात 8 से 10 बजे तक पंप की लाइट बंद कर बिक्री नहीं की जा रही। इस पर भी यदि राजस्थान सरकार सुनवाई नहीं करती है तो 1 अक्टूबर सुबह 6 से शाम 6 बजे तक सांकेतिक हड़ताल की जाएगी। इसके बाद भी संज्ञान नहीं लिया जाता है तो 2 अक्टूबर से डीलर अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर जाएंगे।

15 सितंबर को इन मांगों को लेकर बनी थी सहमति

पेट्रोल और डीजल के हाई वैट रेट के कारण बंद हो चुके हैं 270 पंप
एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष राजेंद्र सिंह भाटी ने बताया- जब सरकार 500 रुपए में गैस सिलेंडर के लिए केन्द्र सरकार पर निर्भर नहीं है। फिर पेट्रोल और डीजल के लिए केन्द्र सरकार पर निर्भर क्यों हो रही है। क्या पेट्रोल- डीजल आम आदमी की आवश्यकता नहीं है। वर्तमान में पेट्रोल और डीजल की वैट की दर के कारण 270 पेट्रोल पंप बंद हो चुके हैं। 50 किलोलीटर से 100 किलोलीटर के बीच रोज बिक्री करने वाले 2000 पंप बंद होने के कगार पर हैं।

राजस्थान में सबसे महंगा पेट्रोल-डीजल
भारत में सबसे महंगा फ्यूल राजस्थान के श्रीगंगानगर में बिक रहा है। यहां एक लीटर पेट्रोल की कीमत 113.30 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल की कीमत 98.07 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर पहुंच गई है। वहीं, महाराष्ट्र के परभणी में पेट्रोल 109.26 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल 95.66 रुपए प्रति लीटर बिक रहा है। पोर्ट ब्लेयर में सबसे सस्ता पेट्रोल-डीजल बिक रहा है। यहां पेट्रोल की कीमत 84.10 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल का भाव 79.74 रुपए प्रति लीटर है।

Petrol pump operators in Rajasthan are preparing to go on strike again from October 1. Actually, other demands are being made by the association including reducing VAT. For this, a two-day symbolic strike was conducted on 13th and 14th September, but after no response from the government, an indefinite strike was conducted from 15th September. The strike was postponed on September 15 itself after assurances received during talks with the government.

Rajendra Singh Bhati told- We had a meeting on 15th September in the Secretariat under the chairmanship of State Government Cabinet Minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas. In this, there was talk of resolution of many of our demands including increased VAT on petrol and diesel in 10 days. Even after 13 days of talks, no solution to any problem was found. Fed up with the attitude of the government, the association is forced to go on strike once again.

Bhati said- Dealers are giving memorandum in every district from Thursday. Also, now the pump is not being sold by switching off its lights from 8 to 10 pm. If the Rajasthan government does not listen to this issue, then a symbolic strike will be held from 6 am to 6 pm on October 1. Even after this, if cognizance is not taken, the dealers will go on indefinite strike from October 2.

Consensus was reached on these demands on September 15

An empowered committee will be formed for VAT. In this, three members of Rajasthan Petroleum Dealers Association and their representatives along with the three oil companies will provide all the facts and details. In any case it will not take more than 10 days.

270 pumps have been closed due to high VAT rate of petrol and diesel.
Association President Rajendra Singh Bhati said- When the government is not dependent on the Central Government for gas cylinder for Rs 500. Then why is it dependent on the central government for petrol and diesel? Is petrol and diesel not necessary for the common man? At present, 270 petrol pumps have been closed due to the VAT rate of petrol and diesel. 2000 pumps selling between 50 kiloliters to 100 kiloliters daily are on the verge of closure.

Most expensive petrol and diesel in Rajasthan
The most expensive fuel in India is being sold in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan. Here the price of one liter petrol has reached Rs 113.30 per liter and the price of diesel has reached Rs 98.07 per liter. At the same time, in Parbhani, Maharashtra, petrol is being sold at Rs 109.26 per liter and diesel at Rs 95.66 per liter. The cheapest petrol and diesel is being sold in Port Blair. Here the price of petrol is Rs 84.10 per liter and the price of diesel is Rs 79.74 per liter.
