नागौर जिले की मेड़ता सिटी थाना पुलिस ने एक छात्रा की शिकायत पर एक युवक को पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत गिरफ्तार किया है, जिसे आरोप है कि उसने कोचिंग जाने वाली नाबालिग छात्रा के साथ अश्लील हरकतें की और उसके भाई के साथ मारपीट की। इस मामले में जांच जारी है। आरोपी को मेड़ता सिटी निवासी साजिद (19) पुत्र जमील बिसायती कहा जा रहा है। आरोपी के साथ पुलिस की पूरी जांच की जा रही है।

पुलिस के मुताबिक, एक 12वीं कक्षा की छात्रा ने पुलिस थाने में रिपोर्ट की और बताया कि मैं रोजाना दोपहर 1.30 बजे कोचिंग में पढ़ाई करने जाती हूं। कुछ दिन पहले, सोनी चौक से होकर जब मैं कोचिंग जा रही थी, तब तीन लड़के आए और बाइक मेरे पीछे फिरने लगे। मुझे अश्लील इशारे किए गए। यह तीन लड़के मेरा पीछा करते रहते हैं। 

जब मेरा भाई मुझे कोचिंग सेंटर से घर के लिए लेने आया तब मैंने भाई को सारी घटना बताई। इसके बाद मेरे भाई ने लड़कों को ओलमा दिया और उन्होंने गाली-गलौज की। बाद में मेरे भाई के दोस्तों को फोन आया और कहा कि हम मिलकर बातचीत खत्म करते हैं।

 तब तेरा भाई वहां पर गया तो उन लोगों ने मेरे भाई के साथ मारपीट की। वहां पर धमकियां दी गईं और पत्थर फेंके गए, जिससे मेरे भाई के दोस्तों राकेश और एक दोस्त के माथे पर चोटें आईं।

Coaching center youth arrested on charges of obscene acts and assault, police starts investigation

Investigation is ongoing in this matter. The accused is said to be Sajid (19), son of Jamil Bisayati, resident of Merta City. A thorough police investigation is being conducted with the accused.

According to the police, a class 12 student reported to the police station and told that she goes to study in coaching every day at 1.30 pm. A few days ago, when I was going to coaching through Soni Chowk, three boys came and started following me on their bikes. Obscene gestures were made to me. These three boys keep following me.

When my brother came to take me home from the coaching center, I told him the whole incident. After this my brother scolded the boys and they abused him. Later my brother's friends called and asked us to end the conversation together.

  Then when your brother went there, they beat up my brother. There threats were made and stones were thrown, due to which my brother's friends Rakesh and a friend suffered injuries on their foreheads.
