जयपुर. राजस्थान की हवामहल सीट से भाजपा के टिकट पर चुनाव जीते विधायक बालमुकुंद आचार्य पर सत्ता में आते ही केस दर्ज हो गया है। वे अपने बयानों को लेकर अक्सर सुर्खियों में रहते हैं। उन्होंनं हाथोज धाम भी बना रखा है। जहां पूर्व सीएम वसुंधरा राजे तक आ चुकी है। हालही में विधायक बने आचार्य के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज होने से हड़कंप मच गया है।

मांस की दुकानों बंद कराने पहुंचे विधायक
जयपुर में विधायक बनने के अगले ही दिन चिकन, मटन और मांस की दुकानों को बंद कराने पहुंचे बाबा बालमुकुंद आचार्य फिर से सुर्खियों में है। अभी उन्हें विधायक बने पूरे 7 दिन भी नहीं हुए हैं। 7 दिन में से 4 दिन वे सोशल मीडिया पर छाए रहे हैं।अपने बयानों और गतिविधियों को लेकर अक्सर चर्चा में बने रहने वाले बालमुकुंद आचार्य के खिलाफ जयपुर पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज किया है।

गाली गलौच और मारपीट का अरोप
दरअसल जयपुर के करधनी थाने में बाल मुकुंदाचार्य के खिलाफ एक दलित युवक सूरजमल रैगर ने मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है । उसका आरोप है कि 10 अगस्त को वह अपने खेत पर मौजूद था । इस दौरान बालमुकुंद आचार्य उर्फ संजय शर्मा एवं उनके परिवार के लोग वहां पहुंचे और जाति सूचक शब्दों से आहत किया एवं मारपीट भी की। इस मामले में अब कोर्ट की दखल के बाद करधनी थाना पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज किया है।

हाथोज धाम पर रहते हैं आचार्य
बालमुकुंद आचार्य मूल रूप से राजधानी जयपुर के ही रहने वाले हैं। कुछ समय से उन्होंने जयपुर के बाहरी क्षेत्र यानी करधनी थाना इलाके में आने वाले हाथोज क्षेत्र में हाथोज धाम बनाया है। वहां पर हनुमान जी का मंदिर है और आश्रम है। यहीं पर रहकर वह पूजा अर्चना करते हैं और अपने समर्थकों से मिलते हैं।

वसुंधरा राजे तक आई है यहां
बालाजी के इस मंदिर को सिद्ध मंदिर कहा जाता है । यही कारण है कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री वसुंधरा राजे तक महंत बालमुकुंद आचार्य का आशीर्वाद लेते नजर आ चुकी है । कई अन्य राजनीतिज्ञ, व्यापारी, बड़े कारोबारी उनके संपर्क में रहते हैं।

कांग्रेस को हराकर बने विधायक
इस बार भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने उन्हें पहली बार ही विधायक का टिकट दिया था और पहली बार ही उन्होंने कांग्रेस के दिग्गज नेता को हराकर अपनी जीत हासिल की है। वह जयपुर की हवा महल विधानसभा सीट से विधायक बने हैं।

During this time, Balmukund Acharya alias Sanjay Sharma and his family members reached there and hurt him with caste related words and even beat him up. Now after the intervention of the court, Kardhani police station has registered a case in this matter.

Acharya lives at Hathoj Dham
Balmukund Acharya is originally from the capital Jaipur. For some time, he has built Hathoj Dham in Hathoj area falling in the outskirts of Jaipur i.e. Kardhani police station area. There is a temple of Hanumanji and an ashram there. Staying here, he offers prayers and meets his supporters.
