पति की हत्या की आरोपी महिला का कत्ल, 6 महीने पहले प्रेमी के साथ बेल पर हुई थी रिहा

राजस्थान के टोंक जिले के बनेठा थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम खद्दों में प्रेमी के साथ मिलकर पति की हत्या का आरोप एक महिला पर लगा था. वारदात को मार्च 2022 में अंजाम दिया गया था. मामले में पुलिस ने 24 घंटे के अंदर ही कार्रवाई करते हुए महिला और उसके प्रेमी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था. 6 महीने पहले ही दोनों जमानत पर रिहा हुआ थे. महिला कल अपने ससुराल गई थी. इसके बाद उसकी पीट-पीटकर हत्या कर दी गई.  

पुलिस ने बताया कि 6 और 7 मार्च 2022 की दरमियानी रात बाई देवी ने अपने प्रेमी लक्ष्मण के साथ मिलकर अपने पति रामप्रसाद जाट की गला घोंटकर हत्या कर दी थी. इस घटना के 24 घंटे के अंदर ही पुलिस ने महिला को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था. बाई देवी और उसके प्रेमी लक्ष्मण को जिला कारागृह में न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भेज दिया गया था. पुलिस के अनुसार, 6 महीने पहले उच्च न्यायालय से मिली जमानत के बाद दोनों साथ रह रहे थे.

ससुराल और पीहर से बहिष्कृत थी महिला 
पति की हत्या की आरोपी बाई देवी ने पीहर और ससुराल पक्ष से किसी भी तरह का संबंध नहीं रखा था. पुलिस को मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, अपने प्रेमी के साथ रह रही बाई देवी ने अपने नाबालिग बच्चों की कस्टडी के लिए कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था. उसके बेटे और बेटी इन दिनों अपने ताऊ के पास ही रह रह रहे थे. पिता की हत्या की आरोपी मां से दोनों बच्चे किसी भी तरह का संबंध नहीं रखते थे.

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि बीती शाम फोन कॉल आया था. बताया गया कि बाई देवी गंभीर हालत में ससुराल स्थित बाड़े में पड़ी हुई है. घटना की जानकारी पर मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस बाई देवी को बनेठा सीएचसी ले गई. वहां, डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया. पुलिस के अनुसार, मृतका के शरीर पर कई जगह गंभीर मारपीट से बने चोटों के निशान हैं.

साथ ही उसकी टांगों को भी तोड़ दिया गया था. इसके बाद उसका शव जिला मुख्यालय स्थित सआदत अस्पताल की मोर्चरी में रखवाया गया. थानाधिकारी के अनुसार, इस घटना पर ससुराल पक्ष और गांव के लोगों ने चुप्पी साधी हुई है. किसी की भी तरफ से कोई मामला दर्ज नहीं कराया गया है.

अब पुलिस करेगी महिला का अंतिम संस्कार
थानाधिकारी ने कहा कि हत्या की आरोपी महिला की हत्या के बाद अब पुलिस पहले मेडिकल बोर्ड से उसका पोस्टमार्टम कराएगी. शव को महिला और पीहर और ससुराल पक्ष की ओर से नहीं लिए जाने के चलते अब उसके अंतिम संस्कार का दायित्व भी नियमानुसार पुलिस ही करेगी.

A woman was accused of murdering her husband along with her lover in village Khaddon of Banetha police station area of Tonk district of Rajasthan. The incident was committed in March 2022. The police took action in the case within 24 hours and arrested the woman and her lover. Both were released on bail only 6 months ago. The woman had gone to her in-laws' house yesterday. After this he was beaten to death.

Police said that on the intervening night of March 6 and 7, 2022, Bai Devi, along with her lover Laxman, had strangled her husband Ramprasad Jat to death. Within 24 hours of this incident, the police arrested the woman. Bai Devi and her lover Laxman were sent to judicial custody in the district jail. According to the police, both were living together after getting bail from the High Court six months ago.

The woman was ostracized from her in-laws and father-in-law
Bai Devi, accused of murdering her husband, did not have any kind of relation with Pehar and her in-laws. According to the information received by the police, Bai Devi, who was living with her lover, had approached the court for the custody of her minor children. These days his son and daughter were living with their uncle. Both the children did not have any kind of relation with the mother accused of murdering their father.

Bai Devi had reached her in-laws house to pick up the children.
The police station officer told that a phone call had come last evening. It was told that Bai Devi was lying in a serious condition in the enclosure of her in-laws house. Police reached the spot after getting information about the incident and took Bai Devi to Banetha CHC. There, doctors declared him dead. According to the police, there were injury marks caused by serious assault at many places on the body of the deceased.

Besides, his legs were also broken. After this, his body was kept in the mortuary of Saadat Hospital located at the district headquarters. According to the police station officer, the in-laws and the people of the village have maintained silence on this incident. No case has been registered from anyone's side.

Now the police will perform the last rites of the woman
The police station officer said that after the murder of the woman accused of murder, now the police will first get her post-mortem done by the medical board. Since the body was not accepted by the woman, her husband and her in-laws, now the responsibility of her last rites will also be taken over by the police as per the rules.
