राजस्थान के अलवर जिले में एक युवती के साथ एक साल से अधिक समय तक बलात्कार करने के आरोप में तीन पुलिस कांस्टेबल के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस अधिकारियों ने रविवार को यह जानकारी दी। अलवर के पुलिस अधीक्षक आनंद शर्मा ने बताया कि युवती(18) ने शनिवार शाम को उन्हें तीन पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ शिकायत दी थी। उन्होंने बताया कि पीड़िता ने यह भी दावा किया कि आरोपी ने मामले की शिकायत करने पर उसके भाई को झूठे मामले में फंसाने की धमकी दी थी।

शर्मा ने बताया कि पुलिसकर्मियों को उनके तैनाती स्थलों से हटा कर पुलिस लाइन भेज दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ रेणी पुलिस थाने में सामूहिक दुष्कर्म और यौन अपराधों से बच्चों का संरक्षण (पॉक्सो) अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपियों में से एक रैणी थाने में, एक राजगढ़ वृत्ताधिकारी कार्यालय (सीओ कार्यालय) में और दूसरा मालाखेड़ा थाने में तैनात था।

एसपी ने बताया कि पीड़िता ने अपनी शिकायत में कहा कि उसके साथ एक साल से अधिक समय तक बलात्कार किया गया। पीड़िता अपनी मां के साथ एसपी ऑफिस आई थी। आरोपियों के खिलाफ पॉक्सो अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के तहत मामला दर्ज करने पर शर्मा ने कहा कि जब पिछले साल नवंबर में उसके साथ बलात्कार किया गया था तब वह नाबालिग थी।

एसपी ने बताया कि शिकायत मिलने के बाद पीड़िता को तुरंत रैणी पुलिस थाने भेजा गया और शनिवार रात को प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई। पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया ‘‘प्राथमिकी दर्ज होने के बाद, तीनों पुलिसकर्मियों को पुलिस लाइन भेज दिया गया ताकि मामले की जांच प्रभावित न हो।'' उन्होंने बताया कि अभी तक कोई गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है।

Three policemen raped an 18 year old girl for 1 year, case registered on the complaint of the victim

A case has been registered against three police constables for raping a young woman for over a year in Rajasthan's Alwar district. Police officials gave this information on Sunday. Alwar Superintendent of Police Anand Sharma said that the girl (18) had given him a complaint against three policemen on Saturday evening. He said that the victim also claimed that the accused had threatened to implicate her brother in a false case if he complained about the matter.

Sharma said that the policemen have been removed from their deployment sites and sent to the police lines. He said that a case has been registered against the accused at Reni police station under the Protection of Children from Gang Rape and Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act. The police officer said that one of the accused was posted at Raini police station, one at Rajgarh circle officer office (CO office) and the other at Malakheda police station.

The SP said that the victim said in her complaint that she was raped for more than a year. The victim had come to the SP office with her mother. On registering a case against the accused under provisions of the POCSO Act, Sharma said she was a minor when she was raped in November last year.

The SP said that after receiving the complaint, the victim was immediately sent to Raini police station and an FIR was registered on Saturday night. The police officer said, "After the FIR was registered, the three policemen were sent to the police lines so that the investigation of the case is not affected." He said that no arrest has been made so far.
