उदयपुर में बैचलर ऑफ आयुर्वेद मेडिसिन एंड सर्जरी (BAMS) के स्टूडेंट ने शनिवार को सुसाइड कर लिया। वह कमरे में पंखे पर लटका मिला। स्टूडेंट किराए के कमरे में रहता था। उसके पिता लगातार फोन कर रहे थे, लेकिन उसने फोन नहीं उठाया। जब मकान मालिक ने खिड़की से कमरे में देखा तो पंखे से बंधी रस्सी पर लटका मिला था।

स्टूडेंट उदयपुर के गोगुंदा में पढ़ाई करता था और बारां जिले के केलवाड़ा का रहने वाला था। गोगुंदा थानाधिकारी शैतान सिंह नाथावत सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस बल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। पुलिस ने कमरे के दरवाजे को तोड़ने की कोशिश की, लेकिन दरवाजा नहीं टूटा। इसके बाद पुलिस किचन की खिड़की को तोड़कर अंदर घुसी और शव को नीचे उतारा। सुसाइड के कारण का पता नहीं चला है।

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि स्टूडेंट हिमांशु पुत्र ओमप्रकाश राठौर था। गोगुंदा में सरिया देवी मंदिर के पास दयालाल प्रजापत के मकान में दो महीने से किराए पर रह रहा था और आयुर्वेद कॉलेज में पढ़ रहा था।

मकान मालिक ने बताया कि शनिवार सुबह हिमांशु के पिता ने उन्हें कॉल कर हिमांशु को उठाने को कहा। दयालाल और उनके घरवालों ने हिमांशु के कमरे के दरवाजे को खटखटाया, लेकिन अंदर से आवाज नहीं आई। इसके बाद वेंटिलेशन से कमरे में देखा तो हिमांशु पंखे से बंधी रस्सी पर लटका दिखा। पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर स्टूडेंट के पिता से मोबाइल पर बात की। इसके बाद शव को नीचे उतारा। शव को गोगुंदा हॉस्पिटल ले जाया गया है। आयुर्वेद कॉलेज का स्टाफ भी मौके पर पहुंचा था।

नए साल पर गए थे माउंट आबू घूमने
नए साल पर हिमांशु के परिजन नई गाड़ी लेकर गोगुंदा आए थे। वे हिमांशु को साथ लेकर माउंट आबू और अन्य स्थानों पर घूमने भी गए थे। हिमांशु साल 2022-23 से इस कॉलेज में बीएएमएस की पढ़ाई कर रहा था। पहले वह कॉलेज के हॉस्टल में रह रहा था। इसके बाद गोगुंदा कस्बे में चौगान के समीप एक मकान में किराए पर रहा और इसके बाद सरिया देवी मंदिर के पास मकान में आया था।

Student studying medicine found hanging from fan, police entered by breaking kitchen window

A student of Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) in Udaipur committed suicide on Saturday. He was found hanging from the fan in the room. The student lived in a rented room. His father was calling continuously, but he did not pick up the phone. When the landlord looked into the room from the window, he was found hanging on a rope tied to the fan.

The student was studying in Gogunda, Udaipur and was a resident of Kelwara in Baran district. Gogunda police station officer Shaitan Singh Nathawat reached the spot with the police force after receiving the information. The police tried to break the door of the room, but the door did not break. After this, the police broke the kitchen window and entered inside and brought down the body. The reason for suicide has not been known.

Police officer told that the student was Himanshu son of Omprakash Rathore. He was living on rent in Dayalal Prajapat's house near Sariya Devi Temple in Gogunda for two months and was studying in Ayurveda College.

The landlord told that on Saturday morning Himanshu's father called him and asked him to wake up Himanshu. Dayalal and his family knocked on the door of Himanshu's room, but no sound came from inside. After this, when I looked into the room through the ventilation, I saw Himanshu hanging on a rope tied to the fan. Police reached the spot and talked to the student's father on mobile. After this the body was brought down. The body has been taken to Gogunda Hospital. The staff of Ayurveda College also reached the spot.

Went to visit Mount Abu on New Year
On New Year, Himanshu's family had come to Gogunda with a new car. He also took Himanshu along to visit Mount Abu and other places. Himanshu was studying BAMS in this college from the year 2022-23. Earlier he was living in the college hostel. After this, he stayed in a house on rent near Chaugan in Gogunda town and after that came to a house near Sariya Devi temple.
