राजस्थान के उदयुपर में पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। उदयपुर पुलिस ने तीन राज्यों के 5 युवकों के एक गैंग का पर्दाफाश किया है। यह गैंग लड़कों के लिए गर्लफ्रेंड और लड़कियों के लिए बॉयफ्रेंड का ऑफर देते थे। जब पुलिस को इस बात की भनक लगी तो पुलिस टीम ने कार्रवाई करते हुए इन्हें पकड़ा है।

उदयपुर एसपी भुवन भूषण यादव ने गैंग का भंडाफोड़ करते हुए बताया कि राजस्थान, एमपी, और यूपी के पांच युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। पुलिस को मुखबीर से सूचना मिली थी कि थाना क्षेत्र की बलीच स्थिति वीडियो कॉलोनी की एक गैंग इंस्टाग्राम और वॉट्सएप के माध्यम से लड़के-लड़कियों से दोस्ती करवाते हैं। साथ ही डेट करने का झांसा देकर धोखाधड़ी करते हैं। मुखबीर की सूचना पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची तो वहां पांच युवक मिले।

उन्होंने अपना नाम यूपी के आगरा निवासी भानु प्रताप सिंह (27), सत्यम सिंह (28), राजस्थान करौली निवासी राहुल व्यास (26), मध्य प्रदेश छत्तरपुर निवासी अमुल अहिरवार (24) और आगरा निवासी मोहित सिंह (25) बताया। पुलिस ने सभी 5 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर उनके पास से मोबाइल और टैबलेट भी जब्त किया।

पुलिस की पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने चौंकाने वाले खुलासा किया है। आरोपियों ने बताया कि वो कॉम्पिटिशन एग्जाम की तैयारी कर रहे थे। सरकारी नौकरी के एग्जाम में फेल होने के बाद सभी आरोपियों ने जल्दी अमीर बनने के लिए ठगी का अनोखा प्लान बनाया। आरोपियों ने ठगी के लिए इंटरनेट पर कई तरीके ढूंढे। जिस तरह ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए मेंबरशिप लेनी पड़ती है। उसी तरह इन युवकों ने ऑनलाइन गर्लफ्रेंड स्कीम शुरू कर दी।

ये लोग सोशल मीडिया पर विज्ञापन डालकर युवाओं को लड़कियों से फ्रेंडशिप करवाने का झांसा देते थे। इसके लिए हेलो ऐप के जरिए और इंस्टाग्राम पर यूजर्स को निशाना बनाते थे। आरोपी उन्हें वॉट्सएप या इंस्टाग्राम पर अश्लील फोटो भेजकर पहले लालच देते। उन्हें मेंबरशिप लेने को कहते और जैसे ही यूजर रुपए ट्रांसफर करता, ये लोग उसे ब्लॉक कर देते थे। डेढ़ महीने में इन आरोपियों ने करीब 200 से ज्यादा लोगों से लाखों रुपए ऐंठ लिए। बदनामी के डर से कोई भी पीड़ित सामने नहीं आता था।

कॉम्पिटिशन एग्जाम में फेल हुए तो अपनाया ये तरीका…
पुलिस के अनुसार, पढ़ाई के दौरान सभी 5 आरोपियों की एक-दूसरे से मुलाकात हुई थी। ये लोग बैंक पीओ, एसएससी समेत कई सरकारी एग्जाम की तैयारी कर रहे थे। पूरे मामले के मास्टरमाइंड सत्यम सिंह ने ही इन्हें आपस में एक साथ जोड़ा। सत्यम ने पूछताछ में बताया कि वह कई सरकारी एग्जाम दे चुका था, लेकिन पास नहीं हुआ तो उसने ठगी करने की योजना बनाई। उसने अपने साथ भानु और राहुल को भी जोड़ा।

करीब डेढ़ महीने पहले ही सभी आरोपियों ने पढ़ाई का बहाना बनाकर उदयपुर के बलीचा स्थित बीडीओ कॉलोनी में किराए का मकान किया था। यहां से वे ठगी की वारदात को अंजाम देते थे। ये अलग-अलग फोन से पांचों चैटिंग करते और लोगों को ठगी का शिकार बनाते थे।

फर्जी स्क्रीनशॉट के जरिए जीत लेते थे लोगों का भरोसा…
पुलिस की पूछताछ में सामने आया कि आरोपियों ने इंस्टाग्राम और हेलो ऐप पर अकाउंट बनाए। इसके बाद ये अकाउंट पर एक लिंक डालते थे। जो सीधा व्हाट्सएप चैट या इंस्टा चैट से लिंक होता था। इसमें जो भी यूजर इस लिंक पर क्लिक करता तो एक चैट बॉक्स ओपन होता था। पहले हाय का मैसेज आते ही ये सोशल मीडिया यूजर को 6 महीने की मेंबरशिप लेने को कहते थे।

इसके जरिए यूजर को बताया जाता था कि अगर आप मेम्बरशिप लेंगे तो आपको 6 महीने तक चैट करने को मिलेगा। इसके लिए वे यूजर को फर्जी चैट का स्क्रीनशॉट भी भेजते थे। ताकि सामने वाले को यकीन हो जाए कि वास्तव में ये कोई असली डेटिंग साइट है। इन स्क्रीनशॉट में युवक-युवतियों की चैट के स्क्रीनशॉट्स होते थे।

वहीं महिलाओं और युवतियों को भेजने के लिए भी इनके पास ऐसे ही फर्जी स्क्रीनशॉट थे। ये फ्रेंडशिप हो जाने पर पीड़ितों को कमाई लालच भी देते थे। पुलिस ने जब इन्हें पकड़ा तो इनके फोन से यूजर को भेजी जाने वाली अश्लील तस्वीरें और स्क्रीनशॉट मिले थे।

डेढ़ महीने में 200 से ज्यादा लोगों को बनाया शिकार
पूछताछ में सामने आया कि उदयपुर आते ही ये लोग ठगी में जुट गए थे। आरोपियों ने शिवानी के नाम से ट्रूकॉलर की आईडी बना रखी थी। वहीं रिया नाम से इंस्टाग्राम पर एक अकाउंट भी बना रखा था। पूछताछ में सामने आया कि ये लोग लड़की बनकर लड़कों से चैट करते थे। अब पुलिस आरोपियों के फोन खंगाल रही है, ताकि कितने लोगों से ठगी हुई और ठगी की रकम क्या थी इसका पता लगाया जा सके।

डेढ़ महीने में इन आरोपियों ने करीब 200 से ज्यादा लोगों से लाखों रुपए ऐंठ लिए। बदनामी के डर से कोई भी पीड़ित सामने नहीं आता था। वहीं मास्टरमाइंड सत्यम ने पूछताछ में बताया कि ये लोग छोटे-छोटे अमाउंट में रुपए लेते थे ताकि ठगी होने के बाद अगर कोई शिकायत करना भी चाहे तो छोटी रकम होने के कारण नहीं कर पाए।

Police has taken major action in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Udaipur Police has exposed a gang of 5 youths from three states. This gang used to offer girlfriends to boys and boyfriends to girls. When the police came to know about this, the police team took action and caught them.

Udaipur SP Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav, while busting the gang, said that five youths from Rajasthan, MP, and UP have been arrested. Police had received information from an informer that a gang from Balich Stiti Video Colony of the police station area makes friends with boys and girls through Instagram and WhatsApp. They also cheat on the pretext of dating. When the police reached the spot on the information of the informer, they found five youths there.

They revealed their names as Bhanu Pratap Singh (27), Satyam Singh (28), resident of Agra, UP, Rahul Vyas (26), resident of Karauli, Rajasthan, Amul Ahirwar (24), resident of Chhattarpur, Madhya Pradesh and Mohit Singh (25), resident of Agra. Police arrested all the 5 accused and also seized mobile and tablet from them.

The accused have made shocking revelations during police interrogation. The accused told that they were preparing for the competition exam. After failing in the government job exam, all the accused made a unique plan of cheating to get rich quickly. The accused found many methods on the internet to commit fraud. Just as one has to take membership to use the OTT platform. Similarly, these youth started online girlfriend scheme.

These people used to deceive youth by putting advertisements on social media to make friendship with girls. For this, they used to target users through Hello app and on Instagram. The accused would first lure them by sending obscene photos on WhatsApp or Instagram. They were asked to take membership and as soon as the user transferred the money, these people used to block it. In one and a half month, these accused extorted lakhs of rupees from more than 200 people. No victim came forward due to fear of being defamed.

According to the police, all the five accused met each other during their studies. These people were preparing for many government exams including Bank PO, SSC. Satyam Singh, the mastermind of the entire matter, connected them together. Satyam told during interrogation that he had given many government exams, but when he did not pass, he planned to commit fraud. He also added Bhanu and Rahul with him.

About one and a half months ago, all the accused had rented a house in BDO Colony, Balicha, Udaipur on the pretext of studies. From here they used to commit crimes of fraud. All five of them used to chat on different phones and make people victims of fraud.

Used to win people's trust through fake screenshots...
Police interrogation revealed that the accused created accounts on Instagram and Helo app. After this they used to post a link on the account. Which was directly linked to WhatsApp chat or Insta chat. In this, whenever any user clicked on this link, a chat box would open. Earlier, as soon as the Hi message came, they used to ask the social media user to take membership for 6 months.

Through this, the user was told that if you take membership, you will get to chat for 6 months. For this, they also used to send screenshots of fake chats to the users. So that the other person believes that this is actually a real dating site. These screenshots contained screenshots of chats between young men and women.

They also had similar fake screenshots to send to women and girls. After establishing friendship, they also lured the victims with money. When the police caught them, obscene pictures and screenshots which were being sent to users were found from their phones.

More than 200 people were made victims in one and a half month
During interrogation, it was revealed that these people had started cheating as soon as they reached Udaipur. The accused had created a trucker's ID in the name of Shivani. An account was also created on Instagram in the name of Riya. During interrogation it was revealed that these people used to chat with boys by posing as girls. Now the police is scanning the phones of the accused, so that how many people were cheated and what was the amount of fraud.

In one and a half month, these accused extorted lakhs of rupees from more than 200 people. No victim came forward due to fear of being defamed. Mastermind Satyam told during interrogation that these people used to take money in small amounts so that even if someone wanted to complain after being cheated, he could not do so due to the small amount.
