हालांकि चुनाव प्रलोभन प्रमाणित नहीं होता है तो संबंधित व्यक्ति की राशि को रिलीज कर दिया जाता है। यदि आप ज्यादा राशि लेकर जा रहे हैं तो चुनाव आचार संहिता के दौरान आपसे पूछताछ की जाएगी और नकदी के संबंध में आपको प्रमाण देने होंगे। निर्वाचन आयोग का कहना है कि आम लोगों और व्यापारियों को कैश ले जाने के कुछ रेकॉर्ड साथ में जरूर रखने चाहिए, जैसे कि ये पैसा किस लिए ले जाया जा रहा है और इसका सोर्स क्या है।

कार्रवाई की होती है वीडियोग्राफी
यदि राशि के संबंध में कोई सूचना मिलती है तो वाहन या संबंधित व्यक्ति की तलाशी ली जा सकेगी और प्रभारी अधिकारी की ओर से तलाशी मजिस्ट्रेट की मौजूदगी में ली जाएगी। जांच के दौरान यदि अभ्यर्थी, उसके एजेंट या पार्टी कार्यकर्ता को ले जाने वाले किसी वाहन में 50 हजार से अधिक राशि नकदी पाई जाती है और चुनाव में प्रलोभन की बात प्रमाणित होती है तो ये जब्त किए जाने की शर्त में शामिल होगा। इस संपूर्ण कार्रवाई को वीडियो, सीसीटीवी में कैद किया जाएगा।

इन 3 दस्तावेजों की पड़ेगी जरूरत
चुनाव आयोग का कहना है कि आम लोगों और व्यापारियों को 50 हजार से अधिक कैश ले जाने पर 3 दस्तावेज साथ रखने होंगे, इसमें लीगल सोर्स और एंड यूज का प्रमाण शामिल है। इसके लिए उन्हें बैंक निकासी रसीद और व्यापारी की पावती या बिल्टी साथ रखनी चाहिए।

1. पहचान पत्र : कैश लेकर जा रहे व्यक्ति का पहचान पत्र और धन के लेनदेन से उसके संबंध का प्रमाण देना होगा।

2. कैश विड्राल का प्रूफ : जैसे बैंक निकासी की पर्ची या मैसेज, ताकि ये साबित हो सके कि कैश कहां से आ रहा है।

3. यूज का प्रूफ : पैसा जहां भेजा जा रहा है, उसका प्रमाण, ताकि ये साबित हो सके कि ये कैश किसे दिया जाएगा।

These 3 documents will be needed

1. Identity Card: The identity card of the person carrying the cash and proof of his connection with the money transaction will have to be provided.

2. Proof of cash withdrawal: Like bank withdrawal slip or message, so that it can be proved from where the cash is coming.

3. Proof of Use: Proof of where the money is being sent, so that it can be proved to whom this cash will be given.
