सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज सेम सेक्स मैरिज यानी समलैंगिक विवाह पर फैसला सुनाया जा सकता है। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने इस विवाह को स्पेशल मैरिज एक्ट के तहत रजिस्टर्ड करने की मांग की है। वहीं सरकार ने इसे खिलाफ बताया है।

उदयपुर. सुप्रीम कोर्ट आज सेम सेक्स के विषय पर फैसला सुनाने की तैयारी कर रहा है। इस बीच राजस्थान का एक अनोखा केस हैं जो पिछले दिनों सामने आया था । दरअसल राजस्थान के उदयपुर में इस तरह का घटनाक्रम सामने आने के बाद पुलिस और कोर्ट भी एक बार दंग रह गए, लेकिन कोर्ट अपना फैसला सुनाता उससे पहले ही दोनों लड़कियों ने अपना फैसला सुना दिया।

दो लड़कियां हाथ में हाथ थामें पहुंची कोर्ट

दरअसल पिछले साल जून के महीने का यह पूरा घटनाक्रम है । दो लड़कियां हाथ में हाथ थामें पुलिस के साथ कोर्ट पहुंची और कोर्ट पहुंचने के बाद उन्होंने कहा कि वे दोनों शादी करना चाहती हैं और पति-पत्नी की तरह साथ रहना चाहती है। कोर्ट ने दोनों की बात सुनी और उसके बाद अपना फैसला एक दिन के लिए पेंडिंग कर दिया।‌ इस बीच में कोर्ट ने दोनों लड़कियों को नारी निकेतन भेज दिया। नारी निकेतन में जाने के बाद दोनों लड़कियों के परिवार ने कोर्ट की इजाजत के बाद लड़कियों से बातचीत की और उन्हें अपने साथ ले जाने के लिए मना ही लिया । यह पूरा मामला मीडिया में छाया रहा था।

दोनों लड़कियों को साथ पढ़ते-पढ़ते हो गया प्यार

दोनों लड़कियां कॉलेज की छात्रा थी और अजमेर जिले की रहने वाली थी ।‌दोनों का आरोप है कि उनके परिवार के लोग उन पर पढ़ने लिखने और अन्य कामों के लिए दबाव बनाते थे।‌ इस कारण दोनों ने घर छोड़ दिया था और दोनों भाग कर उदयपुर जिले के झाडोल थाना क्षेत्र में एक किराए का कमरा लेकर रहने लगी थी।

एक लड़की बनी पति तो दूसरी बन गई पति

इस बीच में दोनों नजदीक भी आ गई और दोनों ने शादी करने की तैयारी कर ली।‌ उधर अजमेर जिले में दोनों के परिवार ने पुलिस थानों में गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई । जांच पड़ताल करती हुई पुलिस उदयपुर जिले के झाडोल थाना क्षेत्र तक पहुंच गई और वहां से दोनों लड़कियों को बरामद करके कोर्ट में पेश किया गया।

परिवार भी उनके फैसले के आगे झुक गया

कोर्ट ने दोनों का पक्ष सुनने के बाद फैसला पेंडिंग किया , लेकिन उसके पहले ही परिवार के लोग लड़कियों को ले गए ।‌उन्होंने लिखित में पुलिस और प्रशासन को दिया कि वे लोग दोनों सहेलियों को बात करने से कभी नहीं रोकेंगे । दोनों सहेलियां एक साथ कहीं भी आ जा सकेंगी और अपनी मर्जी से शादी करने के लिए स्वतंत्र होगी।‌ इन विषयों पर लिखित में सहमति बनने के बाद दोनों अपने परिवार के साथ जाने को तैयार हुई।

Two girls reached the court hand in hand with the police and after reaching the court they said that both of them want to get married and live together like husband and wife. The court listened to both of them and then pending its decision for a day. Meanwhile, the court sent both the girls to Nari Niketan. After going to Nari Niketan, the families of both the girls, after getting permission from the court, talked to the girls and convinced them to take them with them. This entire matter was covered in the media.

Both girls fell in love while studying together

Both the girls were college students and residents of Ajmer district. Both allege that their family members used to put pressure on them for studies and other work. Due to this, both of them left home and ran away to Udaipur. She started living in a rented room in Jhadol police station area of the district.

One girl became the husband and the other became the husband.

In the meantime, both of them came closer and prepared to get married. On the other hand, in Ajmer district, the families of both of them lodged a missing report in the police stations. While investigating, the police reached Jhadol police station area of Udaipur district and recovered both the girls from there and presented them in the court.

The family also bowed to his decision

The court pending its decision after hearing the sides of both, but before that, the family members took the girls away. They gave a written statement to the police and administration that they would never stop the two friends from talking. Both the friends will be able to go anywhere together and will be free to marry as per their wish. After agreeing in writing on these matters, both of them agreed to go with their families.
