पुलिसकर्मियों ने महिला और उसके 8 साथियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज होने के बाद महिला के घर में तलाशी की और उसके बाद ब्लैकमेल से संबंधित दस्तावेज मिलने पर महिला, उसके भाई और बहन को हिरासत में लेकर पुलिस ने पूछताछ शुरू की है।

प्रकरण के अनुसार, सीआई महेंद्र कुमार डीग पुलिस जिले में पोस्टेड हैं, जबकि कांस्टेबल जयपुर ग्रामीण के जोबनेर थाने में पोस्टेड हैं। पहले, एक महिला आरोपी पूर्व में अरावली विहार थाने में पोस्टेड रहे एएसआई रामजीत को रेप के मामले में गिरफ्तार करवाया गया था, और उसे दोषी पाया गया था। कोर्ट ने उसे दोषी मानते हुए 10 साल की सजा सुनाई थी।

CI महेंद्र कुमार के अनुसार, 2022 में महिला उनके संपर्क में सोशल मीडिया के जरिए आई थी। इसके बाद, अन्य माध्यमों के माध्यम से कई बार उसकी बातचीत हुई, और उसके बाद मिलना जुलना शुरू हुआ। अलवर आने के बाद, महिला के साथ बातचीत शुरू हुई, और महिला ने इस दौरान उनके साथ फोटो और वीडियो बना लिए, जिसके बाद महिला ने रेप के मुकदमे में फंसने की धमकी देकर उन्हें ब्लैकमेल शुरू कर दिया।

उपर्युक्त जानकारी के अनुसार, महिला द्वारा रूपए मांगे जाने के बाद बैंकिंग सिस्टम के माध्यम से करीब 50 लाख रुपए का चेक और ट्रांसफर के जरिए महिला को दिए गए हैं, जबकि और 40 लाख रुपए को नगद उधार देकर दिए गए हैं। इसके साक्ष्य पुलिस निरीक्षक के द्वारा रिपोर्ट के साथ पुलिस को प्रस्तुत किए गए हैं, जिसमें अन्य लोगों से रकम उधारी के साक्ष्य भी शामिल हैं। इसी तरह, कांस्टेबल रोहिताश द्वारा भी करीब 6 लाख रुपए से अधिक की राशि महिला को दी गई है, जिसमें बैंक की सिस्टम और नगर में शामिल है। फिलहाल, पुलिस ने आठ आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की है।

According to the above information, after the woman asked for money, about Rs 50 lakh was given to the woman through check and transfer through the banking system, while another Rs 40 lakh was given as cash loan.
