राजस्थान में पेट्रोल पंप संचालक कल हड़ताल पर जा सकते हैं। जबकि 11 मार्च को प्रशासन उधार में पेट्रोल-डीजल नहीं देंगे। चुनाव में लगे वाहनों को भी नहीं करेंगे उधार में ईंधन आपूर्ति। पेट्रोल पंप वादाखिलाफी को बोर्ड लगाकर करेंगे विरोध-प्रदर्शन। एसोसिएशन महासचिव कार्तिकेय श्रोतिय ने यह जानकारी दी है। राजस्थान पेट्रोलियम डीलर्स एसोसिएशन वैट कम करने की मांग कर रहा है।  एक लेटर में हड़ताल की चेतावनी देते हुए जयपुर समेत 13 जिलों में 10 मार्च को पेट्रोल पंप बंद रहने की जानकारी दी है। इस दौरान पंप संचालकों ने जिला या पुलिस प्रशासन को उधार में पेट्रोलियम उत्पाद आपूर्ति नहीं करने की भी बात कही है। 

इन जिलों में दिख सकता है असर 
लेटर में लिखा है, 'प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की गारंटी के 90 दिन गुजर जाने के बाद भी पेट्रोल-डीजल पर वैट कम नहीं हुआ है। इस कारण हमारे साथी डीलर एवं राजस्थान की आम जनता इस वादा खिलाफी के विरोध में 10 मार्च 2024 से विरोध स्वरूप पेट्रोल पंप बंद रखेगी। जयपुर समेत गंगानगर, हनुमानगढ़, सिरोही, चूरू, जालौर, बाड़मेर, जैसलमेर, धौलपुर, करौली, दौसा, सीकर एवं झुंझुनूं जिले में इसका असर देखने को मिलेगा। 11 मार्च 2024 को पंपों के संचालकों के द्वारा जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस को न तो किसी प्रकार का उधार दिया जाएगा। न ही चुनाव में लगे वाहनों में उधार में पेट्रोलियम उत्पाद की आपूर्ति की जाएगी। पंपों पर बोर्ड लगाकर वादा खिलाफी के विरोध भी किया जाएगा।'

पंप बंद होने की कगार पर 
राजस्थान पेट्रोलियम डीलर्स एसोसिएशन (जयपुर) के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष डॉ. राजेंद्र सिंह भाटी ने एक लेटर जारी करते हुए लिखा, 'राजस्थान के 56 प्रतिशत पेट्रोल पंप बंद होने की कगार पर हैं, लेकिन फिर भी हमारी मांगों पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। यहां तक की प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री से मुलाकात का समय भी नहीं दिया जा रहा है। ऐसा क्यों? डीजल/पेट्रोल पर वैट कम करने वाली भाजपा की गारंटी धरी की धरी रह गई। आज सरकार के पास हमारी मांग सुनने का समय तक नहीं है। इससे ज्यादा बड़ी विडंबना क्या होगी? अब हमें भी सरकार के खिलाफ विरोध का मोर्चा खोलना पड़ेगा। '

In a letter warning of strike, it has been informed that petrol pumps will remain closed on March 10 in 13 districts including Jaipur. During this time, the pump operators have also said that they will not supply petroleum products on loan to the district or police administration.

Effect can be seen in these districts 
It is written in the letter, 'Even after 90 days of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's guarantee, VAT on petrol and diesel has not been reduced. For this reason, our fellow dealers and the general public of Rajasthan will keep petrol pumps closed from March 10, 2024 in protest against this breach of promise. Its impact will be seen in Jaipur, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Sirohi, Churu, Jalore, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Dholpur, Karauli, Dausa, Sikar and Jhunjhunu districts. On March 11, 2024, no loan will be given by the pump operators to the district administration or police. Nor will petroleum products be supplied on loan in the vehicles used in elections. Protest against the promise will also be made by putting up boards on the pumps.

Pump on the verge of shutting down 
State President of Rajasthan Petroleum Dealers Association (Jaipur), Dr. Rajendra Singh Bhati issued a letter and wrote, '56 percent of petrol pumps in Rajasthan are on the verge of closure, but still no hearing is being done on our demands. Even time to meet the Chief Minister of the state is not being given. Why so? BJP's guarantee of reducing VAT on diesel/petrol remained in vain. Today the government does not even have time to listen to our demands. What could be a bigger irony than this? Now we will also have to open a front of protest against the government. ,
