ट्रेन में लावारिस हालत में मिले 2 नाबालिग, पुलिस सम्प्रेषण गृह भेजा

बीकानेर :खेलने के बहाने घर से निकले दो नाबालिग चचेरे भाई हावड़ा-बीकानेर ट्रेन के अंदर टीटी को लावारिस हालत में बिना टिकट मिले। दोनों नाबालिग को टीटी ने चूरू आरपीएफ इंचार्ज राजेश कुमार को सौंप दिया। आरपीएफ ने दोनों नाबालिगों को 1098 चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन को सौंप दिया। चाइल्प हेल्पलाइन के परियोजना समन्वयक पन्ने सिंह ने बताया कि दोनों नाबालिग से टीम की काउंसलर वर्षा कंवर ने काउंसलिंग की। जिसमें सामने आया कि वह दोनों यूपी के बदायू जिले के रहने वाले हैं। 25 दिसम्बर की शाम करीब पांच बजे घर पर बिना बताए खेलने के लिए निकले थे।

तभी रास्ते में किसी अंजान व्यक्ति ने उनके मुंह पर रूमाल रखकर गाड़ी में बैठाकर ले गया। दोनों नाबालिग को अंजान व्यक्ति बिसोल जिले में छोड़ गया। वहां से दोनों बेहोशी की हालत में दिल्ली वाली ट्रेन में बैठ गए। दिल्ली आकर बेहोशी की हालत में वह अपने जिले की ट्रेन के भरोसे हावड़ा बीकानेर ट्रेन में बैठ गए। ट्रेन के अंदर टिकट जांचने के लिए टीटी आया।

तब दोनों बिना टिकट लावारिस हालत में मिले। जहां से टीटी ने मंगलवार शाम करीब पांच बजे चूरू आरपीएफ इंचार्ज राजेश कुमार को सौंप दिया। इंचार्ज राजेश कुमार ने दोनों नाबालिग को चाय और नाश्ता करवाया। इसके बाद 1098 चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन को सौंप दिया। चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन के परियोजना समन्वयक पन्ने सिंह ने बताया कि दोनों नाबालिग को बुधवार दोपहर बाल कल्याण समिति में पेश किया गया, जहां से दोनों को बाल सम्प्रेषण गृह भेजा गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि दोनों नाबालिग के परिजनों को सूचना दे दी गई है। जो जल्दी ही चूरू आ जाएंगे।

2 minors found abandoned in train, sent to police communication center

Bikaner: Two minor cousins, who left home on the pretext of playing, were found abandoned by TT inside the Howrah-Bikaner train, without tickets. TT handed over both the minors to Churu RPF incharge Rajesh Kumar. RPF handed over both the minors to 1098 child helpline. Project Coordinator of CHILP Helpline, Panne Singh said that team counselor Varsha Kanwar counseled both the minors. In which it was revealed that both of them are residents of Badayu district of UP. On December 25, at around five o'clock in the evening, he had gone out to play at home without informing.

Then on the way, some unknown person placed a handkerchief on his mouth and took him in the car. Both the minors were left by an unknown person in Bisol district. From there, both of them boarded the train to Delhi in an unconscious state. After coming to Delhi, in an unconscious state, he boarded the Howrah Bikaner train relying on the train of his district. TT came inside the train to check the tickets.

Then both were found unclaimed without tickets. From where TT handed over Churu to RPF incharge Rajesh Kumar at around 5 pm on Tuesday evening. Incharge Rajesh Kumar provided tea and breakfast to both the minors. After this he was handed over to 1098 child helpline. Panne Singh, project coordinator of Child Helpline, said that both the minors were presented before the Child Welfare Committee on Wednesday afternoon, from where both have been sent to the Child Communication Home. He said that the families of both the minors have been informed. Who will come to Churu soon.
