महिलाओं के अश्लील फोटो फेसबुक पर डालकर करते थे ब्लैकमेलः दो भाई गिरफ्तार; 4 हजार युवतियों की मिलीं तस्वीरें

प्रिंसिपल की पत्नी और बेटी की फर्जी आईडी बनाकर अश्लील फोटो परिचित और अन्य को भेजने के आरोप में नोहर थाना पुलिस ने दो सगे भाइयों को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी महिलाओं की फोटो एडिट कर सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर करते थे। जांच के दौरान महिलाओं को ब्लैकमेल कर अवैध संबंध बनाने की भी बात सामने आई है। मामला हनुमानगढ़ जिले के नोहर थाने क्षेत्र से जुड़ा है। एसपी डॉक्टर राजीव पचार ने बताया कि आरोपी इतने शातिर हैं कि वारदात में काम में ली जाने वाली सिम भी किसी मृत व्यक्ति की आईडी से इश्यू कराते थे। साथ ही पब्लिक प्लेस के वाई-फाई का इस्तेमाल कर फर्जी आईडी के जरिए वारदात को अंजाम देते थे। अब पुलिस इनसे गहनता से पूछताछ कर रही है।

एसपी डॉक्टर राजीव पचार ने बताया कि पीड़ित ने नोहर थाने में 22 मार्च 2022 को हाजिर होकर रिपोर्ट दी कि मैं नोहर में प्रिंसिपल के पद पर कार्यरत हूं। किन्हीं अज्ञात लोगों ने मेरी पत्नी और बेटी के नाम से फर्जी फेसबुक आईडी बना रखी है और उन्होंने मेरी पत्नी और बेटी के फोटो को अश्लील फोटो के साथ एडिट कर मेरे परिचितों और अन्य लोगों को शेयर कर दी है। इससे मेरी और मेरे परिवार की समाज में बहुत बदनामी हुई है। आरोपियों के इस तरह की हरकत से मैं और मेरा परिवार मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित हुआ है।

पब्लिक वाई-फाई का इस्तेमाल
एसपी ने बताया कि जांच में पुलिस थाना नोहर द्वारा संबंधित फर्जी फेसबुक आईडी का रिकॉर्ड लेकर जांच की गई, तो पता चला कि अपराधी शातिर और टेक्नोलॉजी के जानकार हैं। आरोपी पब्लिक वाई-फाई के अलावा अनजान जगहों पर लगे वाई-फाई के पासवर्ड को हैक करके सभी फर्जी सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट का इस्तेमाल करते थे। दोनों शातिर आरोपियों ने नोहर कस्बे के तीन घरों से वाई-फाई हैक किये और इंटरनेट का उपयोग कर रहे थे। ताकि उन्हें ट्रैस न किया जा सके। आरोपी अलग-अलग सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट बनाकर हर तरीके से पीड़ित और उसके परिवार को परेशान करते थे। इन्होंने पीड़िता जो कि एक शिक्षिका थी को प्रताड़ित करने के लिए हर हथकंडे अपनाए थे।

आरोपियों ने उसकी और उसकी बेटी की एडिट करके करीब 600 अश्लील फोटो सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर की थी, जिसमें अनर्गल बातें भी लिखते थे। एसपी ने बताया कि आरोपियों ने अपने मकान के पास स्थित एक घर में लगा रेडिनेट कम्पनी का वाई-फाई करीब 2 घण्टे 30 मिनट तक इस्तेमाल कर, एक फेक जी-मेल आईडी और एक फेक फेसबुक आईडी बनाई, जिसके बाद इन्होंने पीड़ित की पत्नी और बेटी की अश्लील फोटो बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट कर दी। उसके बाद से पुलिस वाई-फाई वाले घर के लोगों से पूछताछ करती रही। लेकिन ये बेखौफ अपनी शातिर दिमाग का इस्तेमाल करते रहे। तत्कालीन एसपी ने साइबर टीम को दी जिम्मेदारी मामले की गंभीरता और संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए तत्कालीन एसपी डॉक्टर अजय सिंह ने साइबर टीम को इसकी जिम्मेदारी दी थी। उनके समय में साइबर टीम ने कार्य शुरू कर एक-एक सबूत जुटाने शुरू किए थे। तत्कालीन एसपी को आभास हो गया था कि आरोपी काफी शातिर हैं, जो इतने जल्दी हाथ नहीं आएंगे।

वर्तमान एसपी और साइबर टीम ने मामले का किया पीछा
एसपी डॉक्टर राजीव पचार ने बताया कि जब पूरे मामले को साइबर टीम ने सभी फेक सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट का रिकॉर्ड मंगवाकर गहनता से जांचा तो पता चला कि ये बहुत शातिर हैं। फिर एसपी ने साइबर टीम को मामले की लगातार मॉनिटरिंग करने को कहा था, जिसके बाद करीब की 2 साल मेहनत के बाद आरोपी को पुलिस ट्रैस आउट कर पाई।

35 फेक आईडी, 13 जीमेल आईडी और मृत व्यक्ति के नाम सिम
पकड़े गए दोनों आरोपी इतने शातिर थे कि मृत व्यक्ति की सिम आईडी इस्तेमाल कर इस प्रकार के अपराध को अंजाम दे रहे थे। जब साइबर टीम मामले को खंगालने लगी तो कई हैरान कर देने वाले वाक्ये सामने आए। रिकॉर्ड के सामने आने के बाद पता चला कि आरोपियों ने 35 फेक इंस्टाग्राम और फेसबुक आईडी, 13 फेक जीमेल आईडी और कई फर्जी फेक सिम आरोपी इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे।

चार हजार से ज्यादा युवतियों की फोटोज मिली, अवैध संबंध भी बनाए
एसपी डॉक्टर राजीव पचार ने बताया कि शातिर दोनों आरोपी फर्जी सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट बनाकर युवतियों से बात करते और उन्हें अपनी जाल में फंसाते थे। जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि दोनों युवक ब्लैकमेल करके व अन्य तरीके से अपने आप को बहुत बड़ा बताकर कई युवतियों और महिलाओं से अवैध संबंध भी बना चुके हैं। आरोपियों के मोबाइल फोन से चार हजार से ज्यादा युवतियों की फोटोज मिली है। उनका इस्तेमाल कहां कर रहे थे, इसके बारे में जांच की जा रही है।

शातिर दोनों भाई पुलिस गिरफ्त में
एसपी ने बताया कि पकड़े गए दोनों भाई बड़े ही शातिर हैं। आरोपी योगेश पुत्र स्वर्गीय नरेन्द्र मिश्रा वार्ड 22 नोहर मोबाइल रिपेयरिंग का काम करता है और उसका भाई नितिन उर्फ बबलू पहले कस्बे में ही कपड़े की दुकान पर काम करता था। वहां से काम छोड़ने के बाद काफी समय से बेरोजगार है। दोनों भाई मिलकर यह अपराध कृत कर रहे थे। पुलिस फिलहाल दोनों से कड़ी पूछताछ में जुटी हुई है।

पुलिस टीम में ये रहे शामिल
शातिर दोनों भाइयों को पकड़ने में पुलिस टीम में वाहेगुरू सिंह प्रभारी साइबर सेल, डॉ. केन्द्र प्रताप प्रभारी अभय कमाण्ड सेन्टर, रिछपाल सिंह हेड कॉन्स्टेबल साइबर सेल, कॉन्स्टेबल सुभाष सिंह, कर्मजीत सिंह सहित डीएसटी टीम से एसआई ओमप्रकाश शामिल रहे।

Used to blackmail women by posting obscene photos on Facebook: Two brothers arrested; Photos of 4 thousand girls were found,

Nohar police station has arrested two real brothers for making fake IDs of the principal's wife and daughter and sending obscene photos to acquaintances and others. The accused used to edit photos of women and share them on social media. During the investigation, women were also blackmailed into having illicit relations. The matter is related to Nohar police station area of Hanumangarh district. SP Dr Rajeev Pachar told that the accused are so clever that even the SIM used in the crime was issued with the ID of a dead person. Also, they used to commit crimes through fake ID by using Wi-Fi of public place. Now the police is interrogating them thoroughly.

SP Dr. Rajeev Pachar said that the victim appeared at Nohar police station on March 22, 2022 and reported that he is working as a principal in Nohar. Some unknown people have created fake Facebook IDs in the name of my wife and daughter and they have edited the photos of my wife and daughter with obscene photos and shared them with my acquaintances and other people. This has brought great disgrace to me and my family in the society. I and my family have been mentally tortured by such actions of the accused.

Use of public Wi-Fi
SP said that in the investigation, police station Nohar took the records of the related fake Facebook IDs and found out that the criminals are clever and knowledgeable in technology. Apart from public Wi-Fi, the accused used to hack the passwords of Wi-Fi installed at unknown places and used all fake social media accounts. Both the vicious accused hacked Wi-Fi from three houses in Nohar town and were using the internet. So that they cannot be traced. The accused used to harass the victim and his family in every way by creating different social media accounts. They used every tactic to harass the victim, who was a teacher.

The accused had edited and shared about 600 obscene photos of him and his daughter on social media, in which they also wrote obscene things. SP said that the accused used the Radinet company's Wi-Fi installed in a house near their house for about 2 hours 30 minutes, created a fake Gmail ID and a fake Facebook ID, after which they murdered the victim's wife and Made obscene photos of the daughter and posted them on social media. Since then the police kept interrogating the people of the house with Wi-Fi. But he continued to use his cunning mind without any fear. The then SP gave the responsibility to the cyber team. Considering the seriousness and sensitivity of the case, the then SP Dr. Ajay Singh had given the responsibility to the cyber team. During his time, the cyber team started working and started collecting evidence one by one. The then SP had realized that the accused were very clever, who would not be caught so soon.

Current SP and cyber team pursued the case
SP Dr Rajeev Pachar told that when the cyber team investigated the whole matter thoroughly by asking for the records of all the fake social media accounts, it was found that they were very vicious. Then the SP had asked the cyber team to continuously monitor the case, after which after about 2 years of hard work, the police was able to trace out the accused.

35 fake IDs, 13 Gmail IDs and SIM in the name of dead person
Both the arrested accused were so clever that they were committing this type of crime by using the SIM ID of the deceased person. When the cyber team started investigating the matter, many surprising incidents came to light. After the records came to light, it was revealed that the accused were using 35 fake Instagram and Facebook IDs, 13 fake Gmail IDs and many fake SIMs.

Photos of more than four thousand girls were found, they also had illicit relations
SP Dr Rajeev Pachar told that both the vicious accused used to create fake social media accounts and talk to the girls and trap them. Investigation also revealed that both the youths had established illicit relations with many girls and women by blackmailing them and portraying themselves as great in other ways. Photos of more than four thousand girls have been found from the mobile phones of the accused. Investigation is being done about where they were being used.

Both vicious brothers are in police custody
SP told that both the arrested brothers are very vicious. Accused Yogesh son of late Narendra Mishra Ward 22 Nohar works in mobile repairing and his brother Nitin alias Bablu earlier used to work at a clothes shop in the town itself. He has been unemployed for a long time after leaving work there. Both the brothers were committing this crime together. The police is currently busy interrogating both of them.

These were included in the police team
In arresting the two vicious brothers, the police team included Waheguru Singh in-charge Cyber Cell, Dr. Kendra Pratap in-charge Abhay Command Centre, Richpal Singh Head Constable Cyber Cell, Constable Subhash Singh, Karmjeet Singh along with SI Omprakash from the DST team.
