सब इंस्पेक्टर भर्ती 2021 की परीक्षा में जमकर धांधली हुई लेकिन पूर्ववर्ती सरकार ने पेपरलीक नहीं माना और भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पूरा किया। भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी होने से दर्जनों ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों का चयन हो गया जिन्होंने पेपर लीक माफियाओं से पेपर खरीद कर पढा और अच्छे अंकों से लिखित परीक्षा पास की। प्रदेश में सरकार बदलने के बाद सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा ने पेपर लीक के मामलों की जांच के लिए एसआईटी का गठन किया। एसओजी के एडीजी वीके सिंह को एसआईटी का नोडल ऑफिसर बनाया। वीके सिंह की टीम ने पेपर लीक मामलों की नए सिरे से जांच शुरू की तो सब इंस्पेक्टर भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर लीक होने का खुलासा हुआ। एसओजी ने 15 ट्रेनी सब इंस्पेक्टर सहित कई आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है।

हसनपुरा जयपुर स्थित स्कूल से लीक किया गया था सब इंस्पेक्टर भर्ती का पेपर
पेपर लीक मामलों में कुख्यात आरोपी जगदीश विश्नोई को जेईएन भर्ती परीक्षा के पेपर लीक मामले मे गिरफ्तार किया था। एसओजी ने उससे पूछताछ की तो सब इंस्पेक्टर भर्ती 2021 के पेपर लीक के प्रकरण का खुलासा हो गया। जगदीश विश्नोई ने एसओजी को सब कुछ बता दिया कि उसने किस तरह से पेपर को लीक किया और किन किन लोगों के जरिए पेपर को अभ्यर्थियों तक पहुंचाया। जगदीश विश्नोई ने बताया कि जयपुर के शांति नगर हसनपुरा स्थित रविंद्र बाल भारती सीनियर सैकेण्डरी स्कूल से उसने पेपर लीक किया था। इस स्कूल में सब इंस्पेक्टर भर्ती परीक्षा का सेंटर था। इस परीक्षा केंद्र का अधीक्षक राजेश खंडेलवाल के सहयोग से सब इंस्पेक्टर भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर लीक किया गया था। 13 सितंबर को हुए पेपर लीक नहीं कर पाए लेकिन 14 और 15 सितंबर को हुए दोनों पारियों के पेपर लीक किए गए थे।

केंद्राधीक्षक के ऑफिस में पहले ही छिप गया था यूनिक भांबू
जगदीश विश्नोई ने यूनिक भांबू उर्फ पंकज चौधरी के मार्फत रविंद्र बाल भारती सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल शांति नगर हसनपुरा जयपुर से लीक करवाया गया था। केंद्र अधीक्षक राजेश खंडेलवाल से मिलीभगत करके स्कूल के केंद्राधीक्षक के रूम में यूनिक भांबू को पहले ही छिपा दिया था। परीक्षा शुरू होने से दो घंटे पहले पेपर परीक्षा केंद्र पर पहुंचते हैं। जब पेपर केंद्राधीक्षक के चैंबर में पहुंचे तो केंद्र अधीक्षक राजेश खंडेलवाल के ऑफिस में रखे गए और ऑफिस को दो घंटे के लिए सील कर दिया गया था। उसी कमरे में छिपे यूनिट भांबू ने लिफाफा खोलकर पेपर की फोटो खींची और जगदीश विश्नोई को वाट्सअप कर दिया। लिफाफे को बड़ी चतुराई से सील करके उस पर टेप चस्पा करके रख कर यूनिक फिर से ऑफिस में ही छिप गया। बाद में जगदीश विश्नोई ने पेपर को सॉल्व करके अलग अलग जिलों में बैठे अपने गर्गों को व्हाट्सएप कर दिया जहां उन गुर्गों के द्वारा दर्जनों अभ्यर्थियों को सॉल्व पेपर पढाया गया।

10 लाख रुपए में खरीदा, करोड़ों रुपए कमा लिए
चूंकि यूनिक भांबू के मार्फत पेपर लीक करवाया गया था। ऐसे में जगदीश विश्नोई ने रविंद्र बाल भारती सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल शांति नगर हसनपुरा के केंद्राधीक्षक राजेश खंडेलवाल को यूनिक भांबू के मार्फत 10 लाख रुपए दिए थे। सिर्फ 10 लाख रुपए में पेपर हासिल करके पेपर लीक माफियाओं ने करोड़ों रुपए कमा लिए। एक के बाद एक कई गुर्गों के पास सॉल्व पेपर पहुंचाया गया जहां उन गुर्गों की ओर से अलग अलग जिलों में दर्जनों अभ्यर्थियों को सॉल्व पेपर पढाया गया और उनसे लाखों रुपए वसूले गए। 13 सितंबर को परीक्षा केंद्र पर पेपर देरी से पहुंचे थे। ऐसे में वो पेपर लीक नहीं कर पाए। 14 और 15 सितंबर को दोनों दिन की दोनों पारियों में हुए पेपर को इस गैंग ने लीक किया था।

राजस्थान में पेपर लीक की कई अलग अलग गैंग बनी हुई है लेकिन किसी भी एक गैंग के हाथ कोई एक पेपर लगता है तो वे उस पेपर को आपस में शेयर करते हैं। इसकी एवज में लाखों रुपए का लेन देन होता है। जगदीश विश्नोई की ओर से लीक किया गया सब इंस्पेक्टर भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर अलग अलग गैंग के पास पहुंचाया गया था। वरिष्ठ अध्यापक भर्ती परीक्षा के पेपर लीक करने वाली गैंग के सदस्य अनिल कुमार उर्फ शेर सिंह मीणा, सुरेश ढाका और भूपेंद्र सारण को भी यह पेपर 50 लाख रुपए में बेचा गया था। 50 लाख में पेपर खरीद कर उन माफियाओं ने भी अलग अलग अभ्यर्थियों को बेच कर करोड़ों रुपए की काली कमाई कर ली

When VK Singh's team started a fresh investigation into the paper leak cases, the paper of Sub Inspector recruitment exam was revealed to be leaked. SOG has arrested many accused including 15 trainee sub inspectors.

Sub Inspector recruitment paper was leaked from Hasanpura Jaipur school
Jagdish Vishnoi, a notorious accused in paper leak cases, was arrested in the paper leak case of JEN recruitment exam. When SOG interrogated him, the issue of paper leak of Sub Inspector Recruitment 2021 came to light. Jagdish Vishnoi told everything to SOG about how he leaked the paper and through which people he sent the paper to the candidates. Jagdish Vishnoi told that he had leaked the paper from Ravindra Bal Bharti Senior Secondary School located in Shanti Nagar Hasanpura, Jaipur. There was a center for Sub Inspector recruitment examination in this school. The sub inspector recruitment exam paper was leaked with the help of Rajesh Khandelwal, superintendent of this examination center. The papers held on 13th September could not be leaked but the papers of both the shifts held on 14th and 15th September were leaked.

Unique Bhambu had already hidden in the office of the Central Superintendent.
Jagdish Vishnoi got the leak done from Ravindra Bal Bharti Senior Secondary School, Shanti Nagar Hasanpura Jaipur through Unique Bhambu alias Pankaj Chaudhary. In connivance with Center Superintendent Rajesh Khandelwal, Unique Bhambu had already been hidden in the room of the Center Superintendent of the school. Papers reach the examination center two hours before the commencement of the examination. When the papers reached the chamber of the Center Superintendent, they were kept in the office of Center Superintendent Rajesh Khandelwal and the office was sealed for two hours. Unit Bhambu, who was hiding in the same room, opened the envelope, took a photo of the paper and WhatsApped it to Jagdish Vishnoi. After cleverly sealing the envelope and keeping it stuck with tape, Unique hid himself in the office again. Later, after solving the paper, Jagdish Vishnoi WhatsApped his henchmen sitting in different districts, where those henchmen taught the solved paper to dozens of candidates.

Bought for Rs 10 lakh, earned crores of rupees
Since the paper was leaked through Unique Bhambu. In such a situation, Jagdish Vishnoi had given Rs 10 lakh to Rajesh Khandelwal, the Center Superintendent of Ravindra Bal Bharti Senior Secondary School, Shanti Nagar Hasanpura, through Unique Bhambu. By getting the paper for just Rs 10 lakh, the paper leak mafias earned crores of rupees. Solved papers were delivered to many operatives one after the other, where those operatives taught solved papers to dozens of candidates in different districts and lakhs of rupees were collected from them. On September 13, the papers reached the examination center late. In such a situation, he could not leak the paper. This gang had leaked the papers of both the shifts of both the days on 14th and 15th September.

All gangs are in contact with each other
There are many different gangs of paper leak in Rajasthan, but if any one gang gets hold of any paper then they share that paper among themselves. In exchange for this, transactions worth lakhs of rupees take place. The sub inspector recruitment exam paper leaked by Jagdish Vishnoi was sent to different gangs. This paper was also sold for Rs 50 lakh to Anil Kumar alias Sher Singh Meena, Suresh Dhaka and Bhupendra Saran, members of the gang that leaked the papers of Senior Teacher Recruitment Examination. By purchasing the paper for Rs 50 lakh, those mafias also made black money worth crores of rupees by selling it to different candidates.
