राजस्थान के अजमेर में एक नाबालिग से रेप के आरोपी को 20 साल की सजा सुनाई गई है। पोक्सो कोर्ट ने आरोपी को 20 साल कठोर कारावास की सजा के साथ ही 49 हजार रुपए का आर्थिक दंड लगाया है। मामले में अभियोजन पक्ष की ओर से 16 गवाह और 23 दस्तावेज पेश किए गए थे। जिसके बाद अदालत ने गुरुवार को आरोपी को सजा सुनाई।

पोक्सो कोर्ट संख्या-1 के अधिवक्ता रूपेंद्र कुमार परिहार ने बताया कि 20 नवंबर 2021 को जवाजा थाने में FIR दर्ज हुई थी। पीड़ित ने शिकायत में अपनी नाबालिग बेटी को बहला-फुसलाकर ले जाने का आरोप लगाया था। इसके बाद पुलिस ने मामले में मुकदमा दर्ज कर टीम का गठन किया और कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए थे।

पीड़िता के बयान के बाद आरोपी गिरफ्तार…
पुलिस टीम ने पीड़िता को गुजरात से दस्तयाब किया। पीड़िता के बयानों पर आरोपी के खिलाफ पोक्सो एक्ट में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया। इसके बाद टीम ने जिला ब्यावर निवासी आरोपित गोविंद सिंह उर्फ राहुल (22) पुत्र नारायण सिंह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। बुधवार को पॉक्सो कोर्ट ने मामले में सुनवाई हुई।

पीड़िता को मिलेंगे 6 लाख रुपए…
अभियोजन पक्ष की ओर से 16 गवाह और 23 दस्तावेज पेश किए गए। एफएसएल व डीएनए रिपोर्ट में पीड़िता के साथ रेप और प्रेग्नेंट होने की पुष्टि हुई। इसके बाद जज ने मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए आरोपी गोविंद सिंह को 20 साल कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई। इसके साथ ही 49 हजार का आर्थिक दंड भी लगाया है। जज ने पीड़िता को पीड़ित प्रतिकर स्कीम के तहत पीड़िता को 6 लाख रुपए दिलाए जाने के आदेश भी दिए हैं।

The prosecution presented 16 witnesses and 23 documents. FSL and DNA reports confirmed that the victim was raped and pregnant. After this, the judge, while hearing the case, sentenced the accused Govind Singh to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment. Along with this, a financial penalty of Rs 49 thousand has also been imposed. The judge has also ordered the victim to be given Rs 6 lakh under the Victim Compensation Scheme."
