परिवहन विभाग का नया बदलाव, अब मोबाइल पर आए लिंक से घर बैठे डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे ई-लाइसेंस-आरसी

अब राजस्थान में लोगों को घर बैठे ही लाइसेंस-आरसी उपलब्ध हो सकेगी। परिवहन विभाग की ओर से एक अप्रेल से लोगों को ई-लाइसेंस और ई-आरसी देने की सुविधा शुरू की जा रही है। बजट घोषणा के तहत परिवहन विभाग ने प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।

एक अप्रेल से लाइसेंस और आरसी के लिए आवेदन करने वाले लोगों को स्मार्ट कार्ड नहीं मिलेगा। आवेदकों को रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल पर आरटीओ की ओर से लिंक भेजा जाएगा। इस लिंक को डाउनलोड कर मोबाइल में ही ई-लाइसेंस और आरसी की पीडीएफ मिलेगी। खास बात है कि ई-लाइसेंस और आरसी में क्यूआर कोड भी आएगा। इस क्यूआर कोड को स्कैन करने पर वाहन चालक की पूरी जानकारी हासिल हो सकेगी। ई-लाइसेंस और आरसी में अधिकारी के डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर होंगे।

परिवहन कार्यालयों में दिखेंगे सेल्फ डिस्पेंसिंग कियोस्क
एक अप्रेल से ही मुख्यालय सहित आरटीओ-डीटीओ कार्यालयों में सेल्फ डिस्पेंसिंग कियोस्क लगाए जाएंगे। कियोस्क के जरिए लोग खुद ही न्यूनतम दरों में अपना ई-लाइसेंस और आरसी का प्रिंट निकाल सकेंगे। मुख्य सचिव के निर्देश पर ये कियोस्क परिवहन मुख्यालय में भी लगाए जाएंगे। इसका फायदा यह होगा कि लोगों को ई-लाइसेंस और आरसी के लिए ई-मित्रों पर चक्कर नहीं लगाना पड़ेगा।

लाइसेंस-आरसी की फीस से कम होंगे 200 रुपए
ई-लाइसेंस और ई-आरसी की सुविधा के बाद स्मार्ट कार्ड के 200 रुपए फीस से कम हो जाएंगे। अभी तक लाइसेंस-आरसी की फीस के साथ स्मार्ट कार्ड के 200 रुपए लिए जाते हैं। इसके अलावा जिन लोगों ने एक अप्रेल से पहले ही लाइसेंस और आरसी के लिए फीस विभाग में जमा करा दी है, उन्हें स्मार्ट कार्ड और डिजिटल दोनों ही लाइसेंस-आरसी दिए जाएंगे। विभाग की ओर से एक अप्रेल से सॉफ्टवेयर से स्मार्ट कार्ड का विकल्प हटा दिया जाएगा। आवेदक को ई-लाइसेंस के लिए फॉर्म-7 और फॉर्म- 23 ए भरकर जमा करना होगा।

बजट में की गई घोषणा के अनुसार एक अप्रेल से लोगों को ई-लाइसेंस और आरसी जारी की जाएगी। इसके अलावा मुख्य सचिव के निर्देश पर परिवहन मुख्यालय सहित आरटीओ, डीटीओ कार्यालयों में सेल्फ डिस्पेंसिंग कियोस्क लगाए जाएंगे। इसकी प्रक्रिया विभाग ने शुरू कर दी है।

New change in Transport Department, now you will be able to download e-License-RC sitting at home from the link on mobile.

Now people in Rajasthan will be able to get License-RC right from their home. The facility of giving e-license and e-RC to the people is being started by the Transport Department from April 1st. As per the budget announcement, the Transport Department has started the process.

People applying for license and RC will not get smart cards from April 1. The link will be sent by RTO to the applicants on their registered mobile. By downloading this link, you will get PDF of e-license and RC in your mobile itself. The special thing is that QR code will also come in e-license and RC. By scanning this QR code, complete information about the driver will be available. The e-license and RC will have digital signatures of the officer.

Self dispensing kiosks will be seen in transport offices
Self-dispensing kiosks will be installed in RTO-DTO offices including the headquarters from April 1. Through the kiosk, people will be able to print their e-license and RC themselves at minimal rates. On the instructions of the Chief Secretary, these kiosks will also be installed in the Transport Headquarters. The advantage of this will be that people will not have to make rounds of e-Mitras for e-license and RC.

License-RC fee will be less than Rs 200
After the facility of e-license and e-RC, the fee for smart card will be reduced by Rs 200. Till now, Rs 200 is charged for smart card along with license-RC fee. Apart from this, those who have already deposited the fees for license and RC in the department before April 1, they will be given both smart card and digital license-RC. The department will remove the option of smart card from the software from April 1. The applicant will have to fill Form-7 and Form- 23A for e-license and submit it.

According to the announcement made in the budget, e-license and RC will be issued to the people from April 1. Apart from this, on the instructions of the Chief Secretary, self-dispensing kiosks will be installed in RTO and DTO offices including Transport Headquarters. The department has started its process.
