राजस्थान के भिवाड़ी में 24 साल के एक मुस्लिम युवक की पीट-पीटकर हत्या कर दी गई, जबकि उसके साथी ने भागकर अपनी जान बचाई। सड़क पर चलते हुए मामूली टक्कर और फिर बहस के बाद इस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया। पुलिस ने एक आरोपी को पकड़ लिया है जबकि दो अब भी फरार हैं। भिवाड़ी के एडिशनल एसपी दिलीप सैनी ने कहा, 'पहली नजर में यह घटना अचानक उकसावे की वजह से हुई। हमने आशीष पाल गुर्जर नाम के एक आरोपी को हिरासत में लिया है। दो अन्य आरोपियों और घटना में इस्तेमाल कार की तलाश की जा रही है। मामले की पूरी जांच की जा रही है।' 

पुलिस के मुताबिक पीड़ित की पहचान अफसर अली के रूप में हुई जो बिहार के समस्तीपुर का रहने वाला है और भिवाड़ी के घाटल इलाके में स्थित फैक्ट्री में 8 साल से काम कर रहा था। एएसपी ने कहा, 'मंगलवार दोपहर अली और उसका दोस्त तहिबुल लंच के लिए फैक्ट्री से घर जा रहे थे। उसी वक्त घटना हुई।' जब वह सड़क पर जा रहे थे एक भारी वाहन उनके सामने आ गया। इसकी वजह से वे पीछे हटे तो आशीष और उसके दोस्तों की कार से मामूली टक्कर हो गई।   

सैनी ने आगे बताया, 'घटना के बाद अली और आरोपियों के बीच बहस हो गई। इसके बाद अलगी और तहिबुल आगे बढ़ गए और आशीष की कार भी चली गई। हालांकि, कार सवाल तीनों आरोपी कुछ ही देर में वापस आए और अली, तहिबुल पर रॉड से हमला कर दिया। तहिबुल वहां से भागने में कामयाब रहा। लेकिन तीनों ने अली को बुरी तरह पीटा तो वह बेहोश होकर जमीन पर गिर पड़ा। इसके बाद तीनों आरोपी मौके से कार लेकर फरार हो गए।' हिरासत में लिए गए आशीष को भी मामूली चोट आई है क्योंकि भागते समय एक राहगीर ने उन पर पत्थर फेंका था। 

आरोपियों के वहां से जाने के बाद तहिबुल वापस आया और अली को पास के अस्पताल ले गया। वहां उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। पुलिस ने कहा है कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 302/34 के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया है। सैनी ने कहा, 'पोस्टमॉर्टम के बाद पीड़ित के शव को उसके गांव बिहार भेज दिया गया है। हमने आरोपियों की पहचान के लिए सीसीटीवी फुटेज चेक किया है और कई लोगों से पूछताछ की है। भी दो अन्य की पहचान नहीं हो पाई है।'

A 24-year-old Muslim youth was beaten to death in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, while his partner escaped and saved his life. The incident was carried out after a minor collision on the road and then the debate. The police have caught one of the accused while two are still absconding. Bhiwadi Additional SP Dilip Saini said, 'At first sight the incident happened due to sudden provocation. We have detained an accused named Ashish Pal Gurjar. Two other accused and cars used in the incident are being searched. The case is being thoroughly investigated.

According to the police, the victim was identified as an officer Ali, who hails from Samastipur in Bihar and was working for 8 years in a factory located in Ghatal area of Bhiwadi. The ASP said, 'On Tuesday afternoon, Ali and his friend Thibul were going home from the factory for lunch. The incident happened at the same time. When he was going on the road, a heavy vehicle came in front of him. Because of this, when he retreated, Ashish and his friends got a minor collision with the car.

Saini further said, 'After the incident, there was a debate between Ali and the accused. After this, Algi and Tehibul went ahead and Ashish's car also left. However, the car question the three accused came back shortly and Ali, Thibul was attacked with a rod. Thibul managed to escape from there. But the three beat Ali badly, then he fell unconscious and fell on the ground. After this, the three accused escaped from the spot with a car. Ashish, who was detained, has also suffered a minor injury as a passerby threw a stone at him while running away.

After the accused left from there, Thibul came back and took Ali to a nearby hospital. He was declared dead there. Police have said that a case has been registered against the accused under Section 302/34 of the IPC. Saini said, 'After the postmortem, the body of the victim has been sent to his village Bihar. We have checked CCTV footage to identify the accused and questioned many people. Even two others have not been identified.
