राजस्थान के भीलवाड़ा जिले में अफीम की कटाई के दौरान तस्करों के बीच गहरा संघर्ष जारी है। हाल ही में, पुलिस ने चालीस हजार की बाइक से भी ज्यादा कीमत तक की अफीम की बड़ी बरामदी की। इस मामले में, अफीम तस्कर फरार हैं, लेकिन पुलिस उन्हें ढेर करने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कर रही है।

पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार, सुभाष नगर थाना की टीम ने निजी बस स्टैंट के पास रूटीन चेकिंग के दौरान एक संदिग्ध बाइक को रोका। बाइक चालक बिना बात के भाग गया, लेकिन बाइक की जांच के बाद पुलिस ने इसमें छिपाए गए अफीम को बरामद किया। अफीम की मात्रा लगभग सवा किलो से ज्यादा थी, जो कि बाइक के फिल्टर बॉक्स में छिपा था।

इस मामले में, आरोपी के खिलाफ एनडीपीएस एक्ट में केस दर्ज किया गया है, जबकि उन्हें अभी भी ढूंढ़ने का प्रयास जारी है। पुलिस ने उनकी बाइक के नंबर के आधार पर उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
