खबर है कि दाऊद को अस्पताल में कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच रखा गया है। कहा जा रहा है कि अस्पताल की उस मंजिल पर उसका इलाज चल रहा है। यहां अस्पताल के बड़े अधिकारियों और परिवार के सदस्यों को ही आने की अनुमति है। फिलहाल, मुंबई पुलिस अंडरवर्ल्ड डॉन के अस्पताल में भर्ती होने पर जानकारी जुटाने की कोशिश कर रही है।

एक मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, नेशनल इन्वेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी यानी NIA को हसीना पारकर के बेटे दाऊद के कराची में होने की जानकारी दी थी।
