राजस्थान के बांसवाड़ा जिले में ब्राह्मण समाज द्वारा फिजूल खर्चों को रोक कर समाज को विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर करने के लिए कुछ खास नियम बनाए हैं। इन नियमों का जो पालन नहीं करेगा। उस पर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी। आईये जानते हैं समाज ने क्या क्या नियम बनाए हैं।

ब्राह्मण समाज की हुई बैठक
राजस्थान में इन दिनों कई समाज शादी और मृत्यु भोज पर होने वाले खर्च को कम करने में जुटे हुए हैं। अलग-अलग जिलों में अलग-अलग समाज के लोग और जनप्रतिनिधि मिलकर इन तमाम बेवजह के खर्चों को काबू करने के लिए नए नियम बना रहे हैं। इसी तरह के कुछ नियम ब्राह्मण समाज ने भी लागू किए हैं और उन्हें आज से ही लागू कर दिया गया है।

शादी और मृत्यु कार्यक्रमों के लिए बनाई नियमावली
दरअसल राजस्थान के बांसवाड़ा जिले में स्थित बोरी गांव और आसपास के कई गांव में रहने वाले ब्राह्मण समाज ने अपनी शादियों में होने वाले फिजूल के खर्च को काबू करने के लिए नई नियमावली जारी की है। इसे बनाने में महिलाओं की विशेष भूमिका रही है। ब्राह्मण समाज के अध्यक्ष योगेश भट्ट ने बताया कि अब समाज ने प्री वेडिंग शूट को पूरी तरह से बंद कर दिया है। फ्री वेडिंग शूट करने वाले दूल्हा और दुल्हन पर समाज जुर्माना लगाएगा। जब शादी होती है तो दूल्हा और दुल्हन के प्री वेडिंग शूट के वीडियो वहां दिखाई जाते हैं, यह फिजूल खर्ची तो है ही साथ ही समाज में गलत मैसेज देते हैं।

गिफ्ट भी नहीं लिए जाएंगे, केश दे सकते हैं
अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि मायरा भरने के नियम भी बनाए गए हैं। मामा के घर से ही मायरा लिया जाएगा, वह भी बहुत सीमित मात्रा में, अन्य परिवार के लोग किसी तरह के उपहार नहीं दे सकेंगे। हालांकि कैश देकर कुछ मदद कर सकते हैं, लेकिन वह भी सीमित मात्रा में। उन्होंने कहा कि अब समाज में मेहंदी और हल्दी की रस्मों में होने वाले बड़े खर्चे को भी काम किया गया है। बेहद कम मेहमानों की उपस्थिति में हल्दी और मेहंदी की जाएगी। जो नियम नहीं मानेगा उसे समाज से बेदखल भी किया जा सकता है। शादियों में सीमित मात्रा में पकवान बनाने को लेकर भी नियम बनाए गए हैं।

मृत्यु भोज में सिर्फ परिवार के लोग होंगे शामिल
शादियों के अलावा यह भी नियम बनाए गए हैं की मृत्यु भोज में जो बहुत बड़े स्तर पर काम किया जाता है वह बिल्कुल बंद कर दिया जाएगा। मृत्यु भोज में परिवार के लोग ही मौजूद रहेंगे। आसपास के गांव या अन्य रिश्तेदारों को नहीं बुलाया जाएगा। मृत्यु भोज से संबंधित भी नियम बहुत सख्त किए गए हैं। उल्लेखनीय है कि गांव में मृत्यु भोज के दौरान कई गांवों को न्योता दिया जाता है, जिससे लाखों रुपए बेवजह खर्च होते हैं।

Although some help can be given by giving cash, but that too in limited quantity. He said that now the huge expenditure incurred on Mehndi and Haldi rituals in the society has also been reduced. Haldi and mehendi will be done in the presence of very few guests. Anyone who does not follow the rules can be thrown out of the society. Rules have also been made regarding preparing limited quantity of dishes at weddings.

Only family members will attend the funeral feast
Apart from weddings, rules have also been made that the large scale work done at funerals will be completely stopped. Only family members will be present at the funeral feast. Nearby villages or other relatives will not be called. The rules regarding funeral feast have also been made very strict. It is noteworthy that during the funeral feast in the village, many villages are invited, due to which lakhs of rupees are spent unnecessarily.
