राजस्थान में एक बार फिर मिलावटी घी पकड़ा गया है। करीब 20000 लीटर यह घी 1 करोड रुपए से ज्यादा में बेचा जाना था, लेकिन सीआईडी की टीम को इसकी सूचना मिली और उन्होंने फैक्ट्री पर छापा मारा। दुर्गंध के मारे पुलिस अफसरों का दिमाग हिल गया। इस घी को अलग-अलग ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के बाक्स में बंद कर सप्लाई करने की तैयारी कर ली गई थी।‌ यह रेड सीआईडी क्राइम ब्रांच की टीम ने जोधपुर जिले के पश्चिम क्षेत्र में महामंदिर थाना इलाके में मारी है। मंडोर मंडी स्थित फैक्ट्री और गोदाम से कुछ लोगों को हिरासत में भी लिया गया है।

नकली घी ब्रांडेड कंपनी के बॉक्स में पैक
आईपीएस दिनेश कुमार में ने बताया कि देसी घी के पीपी और एक किलो, 5 किलो के बॉक्स मिले हैं। इनमें नकली घी भरा जा रहा था। अलग-अलग ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के बॉक्स में यह माल भरा जा रहा था और इन्हें जोधपुर एवं आसपास के जिलों में सप्लाई किया जा रहा था।‌ इस घी में पाम आयल, एसेंस, केमिकल मिलाकर तैयार किया जा रहा था। डॉक्टर की माने तो यह घी अगर लगातार खाया जाए तो सेहत बिगड़ना तय है। इससे पहले भी जयपुर जिले में करीब 10000 किलो नकली घी पकड़ा गया था, यह देसी घी करीब 50 लाख रुपए में बेचा जाना था।

फैक्ट्री में आ रही थी बदबू
आईपीएस दिनेश कुमार एमएन ने बताया कि फूड इंस्पेक्टर, लोकल पुलिस और सीआईडी की टीम ने मिलकर यह एक्शन लिया है। नकली देसी घी बेचने वाले मालिक के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करवाने की तैयारी की जा रही है।‌ फ़ूड डिपार्टमेंट ने सैंपल लिए हैं। जब वहां रेड की गई तो वहां इतनी दुर्गंध आ रही थी, मानो यहां चमड़े का काम होता हो। फिलहाल फैक्ट्री सील कर दी गई है।

This was done by the team of Red CID Crime Branch in Mahamandir police station area in the western area of Jodhpur district. Some people have also been detained from the factory and warehouse located in Mandore Mandi.

IPS Dinesh Kumar told that PP of desi ghee and boxes of 1 kg and 5 kg were found. Fake ghee was being filled in them. These goods were being filled in boxes of different branded companies and were being supplied to Jodhpur and surrounding districts. This ghee was being prepared by mixing palm oil, essence and chemicals. According to the doctor, if this ghee is consumed continuously then health is sure to deteriorate. Even before this, about 10,000 kg of fake ghee was caught in Jaipur district, this desi ghee was to be sold for about Rs 50 lakh.

There was a bad smell in the factory
IPS Dinesh Kumar MN said that the team of Food Inspector, Local Police and CID have taken this action together. Preparations are being made to register a case against the owner selling fake desi ghee. Food Department has taken samples. When the raid was carried out there, there was such a foul smell as if leather work was done there. At present the factory has been sealed.
