राजस्थान की भजनलाल सरकार (Bhajan Lal Sharma) भी अपराधियों के खिलाफ एक्शन मोड में नजर आ रही है। नागौर (Nagaur) में नाबालिग छात्र की हत्या के आरोपी रसूल मोहम्मद के घर पर प्रशासन ने सोमवार (5 फरवरी) को बुलडोजर चलाकर ज़मीनदोज़ कर दी। मामले का खुलासा होने के महज तीन दिन के भीतर प्रशासन ने आरोपी के घर पर बुलडोजर चला दिया। नागौर के सीओ ओम प्रकाश ने कहा कि आरोपी ने एक नाबालिग बच्चे की हत्या की है। इसके बाद उसने गड्ढा खोदकर शव को उसमें छिपा दिया।

सीओ ओम प्रकाश ने आगे कहा कि 14 दिन बाद नाबालिग का शव बरामद हुआ। अब मामले का खुलासा होने के बाद सरकार और प्रशासन ने यह फैसला लिया, जिसे अमल में लाया गया। रसूल मोहम्मद ने सरकारी भूमि पर कब्जा करके यह मकान बना रखा था। तहसीलदार ने इस संबंध में रात को उसके घर पर नोटिस चस्पा किया था। उसके बाद सोमवार को दोपहर में प्रशासन ने अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी। करीब दो घंटे तक यह कार्रवाई चली। इस कार्रवाई में आरोपी के पूरे घर को बुलडोजर से गिरा दिया गया।

जनवरी में गायब हुआ था छात्र
दरअसल 17 साल का नाबालिग छात्र नागौर शहर से पिछले महीने 19 जनवरी को गायब हो गया था। उसके पिता ने कोतवाली थाने में उसके किडनैपिंग का मामला की शिकायत की थी। इसके बाद पुलिस ने जांच करते हुए संदिग्ध लोगों से पूछताछ की। इस दौरान पुलिस ने शक के आधार पर रसूल मोहम्मद को हिरासत में लेकर सख्ती से पूछताछ की। पूछताछ के दौरान उसने कबूल लिया कि छात्र की हत्या उसी ने की है। इसके बाद आरोपी की निशानदेही से पुलिस ने 2 फरवरी को गोबर में गाड़ा गया छात्र का शव बरामद कर लिया।

आरोपी ने घर में ही की छात्र की हत्या
प्रशासन की ओर से रसूल मोहम्मद के जिस अवैध घर को तोड़ा गया है वहीं पर उसने नाबालिग छात्र की हत्या की थी। आरोपी का घर ही घटनास्थल होने के कारण पुलिस ने आरोपी को रिमांड पर लेकर घटनास्थल का मौका तस्दीक करवाया। बाद में इसे बुलडोजर से तोड़ने की कार्रवाई की गई। बुलडोजर चलाने की इस कार्रवाई के दौरान भारी संख्या में पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया। कार्रवाई के दैरान SDM सुनील कुमार नागौर सीओ ओम प्रकाश सहित कई अधिकारी तैनात रहे।

On Monday (February 5), the administration razed the house of Rasool Mohammad, accused of murder of a minor student, to the ground by running a bulldozer in Nagaur. Within just three days of the disclosure of the case, the administration bulldozed the house of the accused. Nagaur CO Om Prakash said that the accused murdered a minor child. After this he dug a pit and hid the body in it.

CO Om Prakash further said that the body of the minor was recovered after 14 days. Now after the matter came to light, the government and administration took this decision, which was implemented. Rasool Mohammad had built this house by occupying government land. The Tehsildar had pasted a notice in this regard at his house at night. After that, on Monday afternoon, the administration started the action to remove the encroachment. This action continued for about two hours. In this action, the entire house of the accused was demolished with a bulldozer.

The student went missing in January
Actually, a 17 year old minor student had gone missing from Nagaur city on January 19 last month. Her father had complained about her kidnapping in the Kotwali police station. After this, the police investigated and interrogated the suspicious people. During this time, the police detained Rasool Mohammad on the basis of suspicion and interrogated him strictly. During interrogation, he confessed that he had murdered the student. After this, under the guidance of the accused, the police recovered the body of the student buried in cow dung on 2 February.

The accused murdered the student in his own home
The illegal house of Rasool Mohammad, which has been demolished by the administration, was the same place where he had murdered a minor student. Since the accused's house was the spot of the incident, the police took the accused on remand and got the spot verified. Later, action was taken to demolish it with a bulldozer. A large number of police forces were deployed during this bulldozing operation. During the action, many officers including SDM Sunil Kumar Nagaur CO Om Prakash were deployed.
