उत्तर प्रदेश के आगर जिले में एक पत्नी ने अपने पति की सिर्फ इसलिए हत्या कर दी क्योंकि उसका अपने जीजा से अफेयर था. वह किसी भी कीमत पर अपने पति को छोड़ना चाहती थी. इसलिए पत्नी ने जीजा के साथ मिलकर पहले अपने मोची पति को जहरीली चाय पिलाई. जब जहर से भी पति की जान नहीं गई तो उसने गला घोंटकर पति की हत्या कर दी। पुलिस ने दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर घटना का खुलासा कर दिया।

थाना क्षेत्र के गांव नानपुर में अशोक कुमार मोची का काम करता था। वह आगरा की एक जूता फैक्ट्री में काम करता था। पुलिस के मुताबिक 8 नवंबर की रात उसकी पत्नी कंचन ने अपने जीजा के साथ मिलकर उसकी हत्या कर दी. पूछताछ में दोनों आरोपियों ने जुर्म कबूल कर लिया है. बताया कि पहले अशोक को चाय में कीटनाशक गोलियां मिलाकर पिलाया गया। वह बेहोश हो गया। इसके बाद सफी की गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी गई।

मृतक के भाई ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है
मामले में मृतक के भाई मुकेश कुमार ने थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करायी है. पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में गला दबाकर हत्या करने और नशीला पदार्थ पिलाने की पुष्टि हुई। इंस्पेक्टर उपेन्द्र कुमार ने बताया कि मृतक की पत्नी कंचन (30) और उसके साले सोनू कुमार को नानपुर तिराहे से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।

पुलिस ने बताया कि दोनों ने यूट्यूब पर देखने के बाद चाय में कीटनाशक गोलियां मिलाकर पी लीं. इसके बाद सफी का गला घोंट दिया गया. जांच में पता चला कि चचेरे भाई का मृतक की पत्नी से अवैध संबंध था। पुलिस ने उसके कब्जे से जहर का इंजेक्शन और डिब्बा भी बरामद किया है.
