लोहे के रॉड से पीट-पीट कर युवक की हत्या: पुलिस ने मामले में पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया, एक आरोपी हिरासत में

हनुमानगढ़ जिले के संगरिया पुलिस ने देर रात एक युवक की पीट-पीट कर हत्या करने के आरोप में पांच लोगों खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया है। वहीं, एक आरोपी को हिरासत में लिया गया है। पुलिस अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश में कर रही है। शव का पोस्टमोर्टम कराकर परिजनों को सौंप दिया। पुलिस के अनुसार कुलदीप सिंह पुत्र सुखदेव सिंह जटसिख, निवासी वार्ड 3 जण्डवाला सिखान ने रिपोर्ट दी कि मेरा भाई संदीप सिंह दत्तक पुत्र मलकीत सिंह जाति जटसिख वार्ड 3 जण्डवाला सिंखान् गुरुवार सुबह करीब 11 बजे सोमा सिंह पुत्र नथा सिंह जाति जटसिख जण्डवाला सिंखान अपने बाइक पर बैठाकर घर से जोहड़ के पास ले गया था।

 इतने में जसकरण सिंह, बलकरण सिंह पुत्रगण शीतल सिंह व रमनदीप सिंह पुत्र जसकरण सिंह जाति जटसिख जण्डवाला सिंखान व हिम्मता सिंह पुत्र छिन्दा सिंह जटसिख साकिन रोही सन्तपुरा व जितेन्द्र सिंह उर्फ काका सिंह पुत्र शिवराज सिंह जाति जटसिख साकिन ढाणी चक 12 ए एमपी जण्डवाला सिंखान तहसील संगरिया ने भाई संदीप सिंह व सोमा सिंह को बाइक पर जाते हुए कार से टक्कर मारकर नीचे गिरा दिया। इसके बाद आरोपियों ने उन पर लोहे के राड और पाइपों से हमला कर दिया। 

चीख पुकार की आवाज सूनकर मेरी मां कर्मजीत कौर आ गई, इस दौरान भी आरोपी संदीप और सोमा सिंह से मारपीट कर रहे थे। मां के चिल्लाने पर सभी आरोपी कार में सवार हो कर भाग गए। मौके पर पहुंचे गांव के हरजिन्द्र सिंह पुत्र गुरदेव सिंह ने मां के साथ संदीप को संगरिया अस्पताल पहुंचाया। जहां से उसे हनुमानगढ़ रेफर कर दिया गया।

परिवादी के अनुसार सूचना मिलने पर वह संगरिया अस्पताल पहुंचा। जानकारी लेने पर मां और भाई संदीप ने पूरी वारदात के बारे में बताया। परिवादी ने बताया कि संदीप हालत गंभीर होने पर उसे हनुमानगढ़ से बीकानेर रेफर कर दिया गया। इस हम उसे इलाज के लिए श्रीगंगानगर अस्पताल ले जा रहे थे। इस दौरान संदीप ने रास्ते में दम तोड़ दिया। 

पुलिस ने संदीप के शव का आज पोस्टमोर्टम कराकर शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया। वहीं, घायल सोमा सिह हनुमानगढ़ टाउन अस्पताल में भर्ती है। पुलिस ने पांच आरोपियों के खिलाफ धारा 302,323,341, 143 भादसे का अपराध घटित होना पाया जाने पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। वहीं एक आरोपी को हिरासत में लिया गया है।

  Meanwhile, Jaskaran Singh, Balkaran Singh son of Sheetal Singh and Ramandeep Singh son of Jaskaran Singh caste Jatsikh Jandwala Sinkhan and Himta Singh son of Chhinda Singh Jatsikh Sakin Rohi Santpura and Jitendra Singh alias Kaka Singh son of Shivraj Singh caste Jatsikh Sakin Dhani Chak 12 A MP Jandwala Sinkan Tehsil. Sangriya knocked down brothers Sandeep Singh and Soma Singh when they were hit by a car while going on a bike. After this the accused attacked him with iron rods and pipes.

Hearing the screams, my mother Karmjeet Kaur came, during this time also the accused were beating Sandeep and Soma Singh. When the mother screamed, all the accused ran away in the car. Harjinder Singh son of village Gurdev Singh reached the spot and took Sandeep along with his mother to Sangriya Hospital. From where he was referred to Hanumangarh.

According to the complainant, after receiving the information, he reached Sangriya Hospital. On getting information, mother and brother Sandeep told about the entire incident. The complainant told that when Sandeep's condition became critical, he was referred from Hanumangarh to Bikaner. We were taking him to Sriganganagar hospital for treatment. During this time Sandeep died on the way.

Police conducted postmortem of Sandeep's body today and handed it over to his family members. Meanwhile, injured Soma Singh is admitted in Hanumangarh Town Hospital. Police have registered a case against five accused and started investigation after finding that crime under section 302,323,341, 143 of Indian Penal Code has been committed. One accused has been detained.
