बीकानेर में रोमांचक हुआ मुकाबला, इस चुनाव में अर्जुन और गोविंद के बीच होगी 'महाभारत'

बीकानेर लोकसभा सीट से तीन बार सांसद चुने जा चुके केंद्रीय कानून मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल को चौथी बार सांसद बनने के लिए कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार गोविंद मेघवाल से मुकाबला करना होगा. भाजपा ने चौथी बार अर्जुन राम मेघवाल को पर खेला है, तो कांग्रेस ने उनके सामने गोविंद मेघवाल के उतारे से मुकाबला रोमांचक हो गया है.

लोकसभा चुनावों की घोषणा से पहले बीकानेर सीट से अर्जुन राम मेघवाल की घोषणा करके भाजपा ने सबको चौंका दिया था. प्रतिद्वंदी कांग्रेस को बीकानेर से अपना प्रत्याशी उतारने पर मजबूर कर दिया था, लेकिन कांग्रेस ने मेघवाल समुदाय के ही गोविंद मेघवाल को मैदान में उतार कर अब अर्जुन और गोविंद आमने-सामने कर दिया है.

भाजपा की टिकट पर लगातार तीन बार बीकानेर सीट से संसद में प्रतिनिधुत्व कर रहे केन्द्रीय क़ानून मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल पर भाजपा ने फिर से यक़ीन जताया है, लेकिन कांग्रेस ने इस बार अशोक गहलोत कैबिनेट में मंत्री रहे गोविन्द राम मेघवाल को उतारकर मुकाबले को रोमांचक बना दिया है.

भाजपा ने अर्जुन राम मेघवाल को पहले से ही देश में एक बड़े एससी लीडर के रूप में स्थापित कर रखा है. कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार गोविन्द राम मेघवाल भी खुद को एससी वर्ग का रहनुमा मानते आए हैं. दोनों के बीच एससी लीडर बनने की होड़ पहले से चली आ रही है, जो लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 में और रोमांचकारी तस्वीर पेश करेगी.

 
आईएएस की नौकरी छोड़कर राजनीति में क़दम रखने वाले अर्जुन राम मेघवाल राजनीतिक में करीब दो दशक पूरा कर चुके हैं, जबकि गोविन्द राम मेघवाल छात्र जीवन से ही सियासी ज़िन्दगी जी रहे हैं और एससी पॉलिटिक्स ही करते आए हैं.  नोखा से विधायक रहे गोविंद राम मेघवाल 2008 से खाजूवाला को अपना कार्यक्षेत्र बनाए हुए हैं.

बीकानेर से कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार गोविंद राम मेघवाल अपने बयानों के चलते अक्सर चर्चा में रहते हैं. गोविंद मेघवाल आक्रामक राजनीति के लिए जाने जाते हैं, जिसके चलते उन्हें कई बार नुक़सान भी उठाना पड़ा है. मास्टर भंवरलाल के निधन के बाद वे पश्चिमी राजस्थान में कांग्रेस के बड़े एससी लीडर माने जाते हैं.

पिछले तीन लोकसभा चुनावों में हर बार कांग्रेस के अलग-अलग उम्मीदवारों को हराने वाले भाजपा उम्मीदवार अर्जुन राम मेघवाल एक बार फिर कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार गोविंद राम मेघवाल को हराते हैं, तो बीकानेर सीट पर लगातार चौथी बार सांसद बनने का रिकॉर्ड बना सकते हैं.

आक्रामक बजाय सधी हुई सियासत के लिए मशहूर अर्जुन राम अपनी सौम्यता के लिए जाने जाते हैं. बतौर मंत्री केन्द्र में बीकानेर की नुमाइंदगी करने वाले अर्जुन मेघवाल के लिए यह मुकाबला कांटे का हो सकता है, क्योंकि दोनों उम्मीदवार एक ही समुदाय से हैं, जिससे वोट बंट सकते हैं.

दो धुरंधरों के बीच होने वाले मुकाबले पर अब सबकी नजर है और अब यह वक़्त ही बताएगा कि लोकसभा चुनाव के महाभारत में अर्जुन के रथ के सामने खड़े गोविन्द उन्हें रोक पाते हैं या नहीं. दोनों उम्मीदवारों की जीत में निर्णायक भूमिका एसी, ओबीसी और सामान्य वोटर हैं.
