एक सरकारी स्कूल में छात्राओं से छेड़छाड़ के मामले में स्कूल की 10 छात्राएं और उनके परिजन कोर्ट पहुंचे, लेकिन स्कूल से लेकर घर तक छात्राओं और स्कूल प्रशासन को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा। आरोप है कि निलंबित शिक्षक दिनेश पूनिया के परिजन सुबह से छात्राओं के पीछे लगे रहे। यहां तक की एक परिजन कोर्ट में भी छात्राओं के सामने ही बैठा रहा। स्कूल प्रशासन ने सबूत के तौर पर परिजन का वीडियो भी बनाया।

पोक्सो एक्ट में दर्ज हुआ था मामला रविवार को पुलिस की ओर से पोक्सो में एफआईआर दर्ज होने के बाद निलंबित शिक्षक के परिजन छात्राओं के घर पहुंच गए और उन्हें बयान बदलने के लिए दबाव बनाया। कोर्ट में आई 2 छात्राओं को आरोपी शिक्षक के परिजन अपनी गाड़ी में बैठाकर कोर्ट लेकर आए। स्कूल प्रशासन का कहना है कि पुलिस को सभी छात्राओं के नाम-पते दिए गए थे। वहां से लीक होने का अंदेशा है। वहीं पुलिस ने यह कहते हुए पल्ला झाड़ लिया कि छात्राएं -परिजन शिकायत करती हैं तो संबंधित पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

गरिमा पेटी में की थी शिकायत छात्राओं के साथ कुड़ी भगतासनी पुलिस थाना से सब इंस्पेक्टर रामभरोसे के साथ केवल एक महिला कांस्टेबल साथ भेजी गई। स्कूल प्रशासन ने बार-बार परिजन के सामने आने की शिकायत की, लेकिन पुलिस ने बात नहीं सुनी। अधिक विरोध करने पर ही परिजन को वहां से हटाया गया। गौरतलब है कि छात्राओं ने सामूहिक रूप से स्कूल की गरिमा पेटी में शिक्षक के विरुद्ध छेड़छाड़ की शिकायत की थी। शिक्षक को पहले चार्जशीट दी गई और एफआईआर के बाद निलंबित कर दिया गया है।

प्रिंसिपल ने पुलिस कमिश्नर को लिखा पत्र प्रिंसिपल ने पुलिस कमिश्नर राजेंद्र सिंह को पत्र लिखकर बताया कि सब इंस्पेक्टर राम भरोसे ने उनको और स्कूल की प्रभारी को धमकाया। पुलिस ने छात्राओं की गोपनीयता भंग की। पुलिस ने छात्राओं के साथ सहयोगात्मक रवैया नहीं अपनाया। प्रिंसिपल ने पुलिस पर आरोपी शिक्षक के रिश्तेदारों से मिले होने का आरोप भी लगाया। प्रिंसिपल ने छात्राओं और स्कूल प्रशासन को सुरक्षा मुहैया कराने की भी मांग की है।

The police shrugged it off saying that if the girl students and their families complain, action will be taken against the concerned.

Complaint was lodged in the dignity box along with the girl students and only one woman constable was sent along with Sub Inspector Rambharose from Kudi Bhagatasani police station. The school administration repeatedly complained about the family coming forward, but the police did not listen. The family members were removed from there only after much protest. It is noteworthy that the girl students had collectively complained about molestation against the teacher in the dignity box of the school. The teacher was first given a charge sheet and suspended after the FIR.

The principal wrote a letter to the police commissioner.
