एयरफोर्स के जवान ने किया सुसाइड, दोस्त की पत्नी ने दर्ज कराया रेप केस, धर्म परिवर्तन का बनाते थे दबाव

नागौर। राजस्थान के नागौर में एयरफोर्स के जवान का सुसाइड करने का मामला सामने आया है। मृतक के दोस्त की पत्नी ने उस पर रेप का मामला दर्ज करवाया था। इससे आहत होकर उसने हैदराबाद में सुसाइड कर लिया। शुक्रवार को जवान का शव डीडवाना-कुचामन जिले के गच्छीपुरा थाना क्षेत्र स्थित पैतृक गांव मिदियान लाया गया। परिजन शव लेकर थाने पहुंच गए और धरने पर बैठ गए।

मकराना डीएसपी भवानी सिंह शेखावत ने बताया कि हैदराबाद में एयरमैन सुखाराम भींचर (24) ने मंगलवार 20 फरवरी को अपने कमरे में फंदा लगाकर सुसाइड कर लिया। शुक्रवार सुबह 9 बजे परिजन शव लेकर गच्छीपुरा थाने पहुंचे और आरोपियों पर कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए धरने पर बैठ गए। वहीं मृतक के पिता आशाराम (44) ने गच्छीपुरा थाने में मामला दर्ज करवाया है। मृतक के पिता का आरोप है कि रेप केस करने वाली महिला उसके दोस्त की पत्नी है। वह, उसका पति और ससुर मेरे बेटे पर धर्म परिवर्तन का दबाव बनाकर ब्लैकमेल कर रहे थे।

हेड कांस्टेबल के बेटे से थी दोस्ती
मृतक के पिता ने आरोप लगाया कि सुखाराम की जान-पहचान डीडवाना-कुचामन जिले के ही एक थाने में तैनात एक हेड कांस्टेबल के बेटे से थी। दोनों ने कुचामन में साथ पढ़ाई की थी। सुखाराम का साल 2017 में एयरफोर्स में सिलेक्शन हुआ था। वह छुट्टी पर आता तो हेड कांस्टेबल का बेटा उसे दोस्ती का हवाला देकर अपने साथ सरकारी क्वार्टर में रखता था। उसका मकसद रुपए ऐंठना था।

अगस्त 2023 में सुखाराम छुट्टी लेकर आया तो हेड कांस्टेबल का बेटा पत्नी को लेकर घर आया और एक-दो दिन रुका। इसके बाद सुखाराम और उसकी पत्नी पूजा को अपने घर मकराना बुलाया।

बेटे पर धर्म परिवर्तन का बनाते थे दबाव
पिता का आरोप है कि हेड कांस्टेबल, उसका बेटा और बहू सुखाराम को हिंदू धर्म से विमुख करना चाहते थे। वे हिंदू धर्म के खिलाफ उसे भड़काते और ब्रेन वॉश करते थे। तीनों सुखाराम पर धर्म परिवर्तन का दबाव बना रहे थे। धर्म नहीं बदलने पर रेप का झूठा मामला दर्ज करवा कर एयरफोर्स से निकलवाने की धमकी देते थे। इसके साथ ही मेरे बेटे की तन्ख्वाह भी तीनों हड़प रहे थे।

आखिरकार 19 फरवरी 2024 को दोस्त की पत्नी ने सुखाराम पर परबतसर थाने में रेप का केस दर्ज करवाया। इस बात की जानकारी मिलने के बाद सुखाराम ने ड्यूटी पर ही 20 फरवरी को सुसाइड कर लिया। सुखाराम 9 फरवरी को ही गांव से हैदराबाद गया था।

दोस्त की पत्नी ने कराया था बेटे पर रेप का केस
मृतक के पिता ने बताया कि सुखाराम के दोस्त का पिता परबतसर थाना इलाके का निवासी है। वह पुलिस में हेड कांस्टेबल है। बीकानेर निवासी उसकी बहू ने सुखाराम पर रेप का केस दर्ज कराया। महिला ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि 4 मार्च 2021 को मेरा निकाह हुआ था। निकाह के बाद मैं अपने ससुर को अलॉट सरकारी क्वार्टर में रहने चली गई। पति का दोस्त सुखाराम पारिवारिक संबंध का हवाला देकर घर आता-जाता था।

इस दौरान मौका पाकर वह छेड़छाड़ करता। इसकी शिकायत पति से की तो उन्होंने ध्यान नहीं दिया। 28 जनवरी 2024 को सास-ससुर और ननद बीकानेर चले गए। मैं और 18 माह की बेटी ही घर पर थे। इस दौरान सुखाराम घर आया और रेप किया।

SIT गठन करने का दिया आश्वासन
मृतक के परिजनों ने गच्छीपुरा थाने के सामने धरना दिया तो एएसपी धर्मवीर जानू और सीओ भवानी सिंह ने एसआईटी का गठन कर मामले की जांच करवाने का आश्वासन दिया। साथ ही आरोपी हेड कॉन्स्टेबल को एपीओ करने और मामले की जांच करने की बात कही। इसके बाद परिजनों ने धरना समाप्त किया और शव को अंतिम संस्कार के लिए ले गए। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

Air Force jawan committed suicide, friend's wife filed rape case, used to pressure him to convert religion

Nagaur. A case of suicide of an Air Force soldier has come to light in Nagaur, Rajasthan. The wife of the deceased's friend had filed a rape case against him. Hurt by this, he committed suicide in Hyderabad. On Friday, the dead body of the soldier was brought to his native village Midian located in Gachhipura police station area of Didwana-Kuchaman district. The family members reached the police station with the dead body and sat on strike.

Makrana DSP Bhawani Singh Shekhawat said that Airman Sukharam Bhinchar (24) committed suicide by hanging himself in his room on Tuesday, February 20 in Hyderabad. At 9 am on Friday, the family reached Gachhipura police station with the dead body and sat on a dharna demanding action against the accused. The deceased's father Asharam (44) has registered a case at Gachhipura police station. The father of the deceased alleges that the woman who filed the rape case is his friend's wife. She, her husband and father-in-law were blackmailing my son by pressurizing him to convert.

Had friendship with head constable's son
The father of the deceased alleged that Sukharam was acquainted with the son of a head constable posted in a police station in Didwana-Kuchaman district. Both of them had studied together in Kuchaman. Sukharam was selected in the Air Force in the year 2017. Whenever he came on leave, the head constable's son used to keep him in the government quarters with him citing friendship. His motive was to extort money.

In August 2023, when Sukharam came on leave, the head constable's son came home with his wife and stayed for a day or two. After this, Sukharam and his wife Pooja were called to their house in Makrana.

Used to put pressure on son to convert religion
The father alleges that the head constable, his son and daughter-in-law wanted to turn Sukharam away from Hinduism. They used to instigate him against Hindu religion and brain wash him. All three were pressurizing Sukharam to convert. If he did not change his religion, he would file a false rape case and threaten to expel him from the Air Force. Along with this, all three were also usurping my son's salary.

Finally, on 19 February 2024, the friend's wife filed a rape case against Sukharam in Parbatsar police station. After getting information about this, Sukharam committed suicide on 20th February while on duty. Sukharam had gone to Hyderabad from the village on 9th February itself.

Friend's wife filed rape case against son
The father of the deceased told that Sukharam's friend's father is a resident of Parbatsar police station area. He is a head constable in the police. His daughter-in-law, a resident of Bikaner, filed a rape case against Sukharam. The woman told in the report that her marriage took place on March 4, 2021. After marriage, I went to live in the government quarters allotted to my father-in-law. Husband's friend Sukharam used to come and go home citing family relations.

During this time, he would molest whenever he got a chance. When I complained about this to my husband, he paid no attention. On January 28, 2024, mother-in-law, father-in-law and sister-in-law went to Bikaner. Only I and my 18 month old daughter were at home. During this time Sukharam came home and raped her.

Gave assurance of forming SIT
When the family members of the deceased staged a protest in front of Gachhipura police station, ASP Dharamveer Janu and CO Bhavani Singh assured to form an SIT and get the matter investigated. He also asked the accused head constable to file an APO and investigate the matter. After this the family members ended the protest and took the body for cremation. Police have registered the case and started investigation.
