प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा के जीरो टोलरेंस के दृढ़ संकल्प का प्रभाव इन दिनों साफ तौर पर दिखाई दे रहा है। विवादित पेपरलीक मामले में एटीएस एसओजी के सक्रिय कार्रवाई से पेपरलीक माफिया को कुचलने के लिए एक के बाद एक सफलताएं हासिल की जा रही हैं, जबकि एसीबी भी सक्रिय है। अजमेर में आयोजित ईओ भर्ती फर्जीवाड़े मामले में एसीबी ने पूर्व सीएस की पत्नी डॉ. संगीता आर्य, कांग्रेस नेता गोपाल केसावत के बाद आज मशहूर कवि कुमार विश्वास की पत्नी और आरपीएससी सदस्य मंजू शर्मा से पूछताछ की है।

इस क्रम में, आज एसीबी की जयपुर से पहुंची दो टीमों ने बीकानेर और जोधपुर में कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया है। बीकानेर के जिला आबकारी अधिकारी मोहनलाल पूनिया के यहां आय से अधिक संपत्ति को लेकर सर्च अभियान चलाया गया है। आज सुबह ही एसीबी की टीम ने पूनिया के कार्यालय व आवास पर दबिश देकर सर्च कार्यवाही की, जिसमें बैंक खातों की जानकारी लेने के साथ अन्य दस्तावेजों को खंगाला गया।

वहीं, एसीबी के एक अन्य दल ने आबकारी अधिकारी पूनिया के जोधपुर में भी कई ठिकानों पर सर्च कार्रवाई करते हुए रेड की है। एसीबी टीम ने पूनिया के परिवार के सदस्यों के नाम भूखंड के अलावा अन्य संपत्ति होने को लेकर जांच की और अलग-अलग बैंक खातों के बारे में भी की जानकारी जुटाई।

इस कार्रवाई के तहत अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक ओम प्रकाश के नेतृत्व में कार्रवाई की गई, जबकि बीकानेर में अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक पवन

 मीना व महावीर शर्मा की अगुवाई में कार्रवाई की गई। मोहनलाल पूनिया के बीकानेर और जोधपुर दोनों ठिकानों पर एसीबी की कार्रवाई जारी है, और गहन पूछताछ और दस्तावेजों को खंगालने के बाद एसीबी द्वारा बेनामी संपत्ति मामले में बड़ा खुलासा करने का अंदेश दिया जा रहा है।
