जोधपुर-बीकानेर एसीबी की संयुक्त कार्रवाई: आबकारी अधिकारी के पास मिली करोड़ों की संपत्ति 

बीकानेर: जोधपुर-बीकानेर एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो (एसीबी) टीम ने बीकानेर में आबकारी अधिकारी मोहनलाल पूनिया के ठिकानों पर दबिश दी। यह एसीबी की कार्रवाई करीब साढ़े 10 घंटे तक चली, जिसमें एसीबी को आवासीय, वाणिज्यिक, और प्लॉट्स की करोड़ों रुपयों की संपत्ति की जानकारी प्राप्त हुई।

पूनिया को मई में सेवानिवृत्त होने की सूचना मिली है। उन्हें पहले बीकानेर के अलावा जोधपुर और जैसलमेर जिलों में भी कार्यरत रहते हुए देखा गया है। अब तक की कार्रवाई में, पूनिया की पत्नी और रिश्तेदारों के नाम से संपत्तियों के कागजात मिले हैं।

जांच में, जोधपुर ग्रामीण इकाई के एसीबी के जांच अधिकारी ओम प्रकाश चौधरी के नेतृत्व में, आरटीओ कार्यालय के पास एक मकान का निर्माण किया गया है, जिसकी कीमत 16 कमरों और 16 बाथरूमों के साथ 60×60 रुपए की अनुमानित है। इसमें लगभग 7 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति पाई गई है।

यह जांच केंद्र सरकार के साथ संयुक्त प्रयासों का हिस्सा है जो कोर्रप्शन को रोकने के लिए किया जा रहा है।

Joint action of Jodhpur-Bikaner ACB: Property worth crores found with excise officer

Bikaner: Jodhpur-Bikaner Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) team raided the premises of Excise officer Mohanlal Poonia in Bikaner. This ACB action lasted for about 10 and a half hours, in which ACB got information about residential, commercial and plot properties worth crores of rupees.

Poonia is reported to be retiring in May. Apart from Bikaner, he has earlier been seen working in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer districts also. In the action taken so far, papers of properties in the name of Poonia's wife and relatives have been found.

The investigation, led by ACB investigating officer Om Prakash Choudhary of Jodhpur rural unit, has been conducted in a house constructed near the RTO office, estimated to be Rs 60×60, with 16 rooms and 16 bathrooms. Assets worth about Rs 7 crore have been found in it.

This investigation is part of joint efforts with the central government to stop corruption.
