शुरूआती जांच पड़ताल के आधार पर पुलिस ने बताया मगन सिंह करीब 60 साल का है । वह महाराष्ट्र में अपने परिवार के साथ रहता है। लेकिन कुछ दिन पहले वह सीकर अपने गांव आया और वहां पर अपने बेटे की शादी करने की तैयारी की। कल रात उसका अपने छोटे भाई उम्मेद सिंह से दुकान को लेकर विवाद हो गया। विवाद के बाद मगन सिंह ने उम्मेद सिंह के परिवार पर हाथियारों से जानलेवा हमला कर दिया।

बताया जा रहा है उम्मेद सिंह अपनी पत्नी और बेटे के साथ अपने कमरे में सो रहा था , तो मदन सिंह वहां घुस आया । उसने पहले डंडों से सभी को पीटा और उसके बाद धारदार चाकू से अपने भाई और परिवार को काट डाला। जब तक पुलिस पहुंचती तब तक उम्मेद सिंह की मौत हो चुकी थी। उम्मेद सिंह की पत्नी और बेटे के शरीर पर चाकू से काटने के 100 से भी ज्यादा वार है।
