भारतीय जनता पार्टी की राजनीति में प्रहलाद गुंजन बहुत बड़ा नाम था। भारतीय जनता पार्टी से राजनीति करने वाले प्रहलाद गुंजल कई बार विधायक रहे और मंत्री भी बने। भारतीय जनता पार्टी में उनकी अच्छी पैंठ रही, लेकिन कुछ समय से पार्टी में उनको वह सब नहीं मिला जो उन्हें चाहिए था। इस कारण पिछले सप्ताह ही प्रहलाद गुंजल कांग्रेस पार्टी में शामिल हुए। लेकिन कांग्रेस पार्टी में शामिल होने के बाद अब आज उनके साथ जो हुआ उसके बाद शायद उन्हें भाजपा की याद जरूर आ रही होगी......।

धारीवाल और गुंजल में हुई तीखी बहस
दरअसल कांग्रेस पार्टी में कोटा से शांति धारीवाल बहुत बड़ा नाम है। शांति धारीवाल कांग्रेस सरकार में मंत्री रहे हैं और हमेशा टॉप 3 में शामिल रहे हैं। पिछली कांग्रेस सरकार में भी वह मंत्री रहे और उनके पास बड़े-बड़े विभाग रहे। पिछली कांग्रेस सरकार में जब विधानसभा का दौर चला तब भारतीय जनता पार्टी से प्रहलाद गुंजल भी विधानसभा में रहे। प्रहलाद गुंजल ने कई मामलों में शांति धारीवाल पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए, कई आरोप तो व्यक्तिगत तक हो गए। दोनों नेताओं के बीच कई बार तीखी बहस हुई, लेकिन हालात काबू करने की कोशिश की गई।

प्रहलाद और शांति की हुई बैठक
अब वर्तमान की बात करते हैं। वर्तमान में कल शाम को प्रहलाद गुंजल खुद शांति धारीवाल के घर पहुंचे। दोनों ने साथ में चाय नाश्ता किया और उसके बाद आपस में गिले शिकवे मिटाए। हाथ मिलाकर प्रहलाद गुंजल वापस अपने घर आ गए और आज दोपहर में कोटा में ही एक सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रम करने की रूपरेखा भी बना ली गई।

शांति धारीवाला का फूटा गुस्सा
शुक्रवार को जब कोटा में पार्टी के कार्यक्रम में शांति धारीवाल और प्रहलाद गुंजल में मुलाकात हुई तो दोनों एक दूसरे के पास में कुर्सी लगाकर बैठ गए।‌ दोनों ने बातचीत शुरू की तो शांति धारीवाल जरा गुस्से में आ गए। उन्होंने माइक उठाकर सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रहलाद गुंजल से पूछा, आपने मेरे ऊपर पिछले समय जो आरोप लगाए थे क्या वह सही है?, इस दौरान शांति धारीवाल के पक्ष में नारेबाजी होने लगी और प्रहलाद गुंजल को वहां से जाना पड़ा। प्रहलाद गुंजल कुछ नहीं बोले और अपने कुछ समर्थकों के साथ वहां से चले गए।

इस घटना की जानकारी कांग्रेस के शीर्ष नेतृत्व तक पहुंच गई है। माना जा रहा है कि अब प्रहलाद गुंजल को अपने फैसले पर आपत्ति हो सकती है, कि उन्होंने भारतीय जनता पार्टी को छोड़कर कांग्रेस को क्यों चुना? दोपहर से लेकर अभी तक प्रहलाद गुंजल का किसी भी माध्यम से कोई बयान सामने नहीं आया है।
