बीकानेर की पांचू पुलिस ने एक एसआई को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिसे मादक पदार्थ तस्करों के साथ सांठ-गांठ का आरोप लगाया गया है। यह आरोपी निलंबित एसआई रमेश कुमार है। उन्हें शुक्रवार को न्यायालय में पेश किया गया और उन्हें चार दिन की रिमांड पर भेजा गया है।
नोखा सीओ हिमांशु शर्मा के अनुसार, रमेश कुमार को भाखरी निवासी रामेश कुमार पुत्र चेनाराम बिश्नोई के नाम से गिरफ्तार किया गया है। वे एक पुलिस अधिकारी हैं, जिन्हें 2021 बैच में भर्ती किया गया था, लेकिन अभी तक उनका फिक्सेशन नहीं हुआ है। उन्हें प्रोबेशन पीरियड के दौरान ही विभागीय कार्रवाई में सजा मिल चुकी है।
अनुसार रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, रमेश कुमार का मादक पदार्थ तस्करों से संपर्क रहा है। उन्होंने तस्करों को मादक पदार्थ लाने में मदद की और वाट्सएप के माध्यम से उनके साथ चैटिंग भी की। इसके बारे में और जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए, पुलिस एफएसएल का सहारा लेगी।
