'राजस्थान में 9 काउंटर, पैसा दो ट्रांसफर लो', डोटासरा बोले- कांग्रेस ने बचा रखी है सरकार की इज्जत
राजस्थान प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा ने बुधवार को सीकर में कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए ब्यूरोक्रेसी पर बड़ा बयान दिया. उन्होंने भजनलाल सरकार पर भ्रष्टचार करने के आरोप लगाते हुए बीजेपी प्रदेशाध्यक्ष मदन राठौड़ (Madan Rathore) की पॉवर पर भी बड़े सवाल खड़े कर दिए.
'शाम होने तक 3 गुणा बढ़ जाते हैं दाम'
डोटासरा ने कहा, 'राजस्थान में वर्तमान भजनलाल सरकार की अगर थोड़ी बहुत इज्जत बची हुई है तो उसकी वजह कांग्रेस है. क्योंकि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के समय जो अधिकारी अच्छी जगह पोस्टिड थे, वो आज भी वहां पर काम कर रहे हैं. अच्छे विजन के साथ काम कर रहे हैं. वरना इनकी इज्जत तार-तार हो जाती. वर्तमान में सरकार ने अधिकारियों की पोस्टिंग करने के नाम पर लूट मचा रखी है. सुबह रेट कुछ होते हैं, दोपहर तक कुछ, और शाम होते-होते 3 गुणा बढ़ जाते हैं. इस प्रकार का काम एक नहीं, 8 से 9 काउंटर पर हो रहा है.'
'BJP प्रदेशाध्यक्ष 1 ट्रांसफर नहीं करवा सकते'
कांग्रेस प्रदेशाध्यक्ष यहीं नहीं रुके. उन्होंने भारतीय जनता पार्टी के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष का जिक्र करते हुए आगे कहा, 'मदन राठौड़, राजस्थान प्रशासनिक सेवा के किसी एक अधिकारी का भी ट्रांसफर नहीं करवा सकते हैं. मैं यह बात बहुत जिम्मेदारी के साथ बोल रहा हूं. अगर किसी का हो जाए तो उसे 1-2 दिन में ही हटा दिया जाता है. इस बारे में जब वो सरकार से पूछते हैं अधिकारी कहते हैं कि ये तो कांग्रेस का आदमी था. हम सिर्फ भारतीय जनता पार्टी के आदमी को ही पोस्टिंग देंगे. अरे भाई! शर्म आनी चाहिए. ब्यूरोक्रेसी कब से भारतीय जनता पार्टी और कांग्रेस की होने लगी?
RAS अधिकारियों के ट्रांसफर पर उठाए सवाल
इससे पहले 27 सितंबर को गोविंद डोटासरा ने RAS अधिकारियों के ट्रांसफर की लिस्ट शेयर करते हुए गुड गवर्नेंस पर सवाल उठाए थे. इस लिस्ट के जरिए डोटासरा ने दावा किया है कि राजस्थान में 10 महीने की भजनलाल सरकार ने 4 आरएएस अधिकारियों का 5 बार ट्रांसफर किया गया है. इनके अलावा 15 आरएएस अधिकारी ऐसे हैं जिनका दिसंबर 2023 से सितंबर 2024 के बीच 15 बार ट्रांसफर किया गया है. जबकि 50 RAS अधिकारियों का 10 महीने में 3 बार ट्रांसफर हुआ है. इन 50 नामों में 2 अधिकारी ऐसे भी हैं, जिनका 1 महीने में ही 3 बार ट्रांसफर किया गया है. डोटासरा ने लिखा, '360 डिग्री टेस्टिंग के बाद ट्रांसफर करने का दावा करने वाली भाजपा सरकार ने अधिकारियों को ट्रांसफर के नाम पर फुटबॉल बना रखा है. एक महीने में 3-3 बार इधर से उधर कर दिया. कई अधिकारी तो ऐसे हैं जिन्हें ज्वाइन करते ही अगले ट्रांसफर का आदेश मिल गया. क्या ऐसे आएगी गुड गवर्नेंस?'
इन आरोपों पर अभी तक बीजेपी के किसी भी नेता की प्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई है. मगर, आपको बताते चलें कि इससे पहले भी जब गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा ने अलग-अलग मामलों में भजनलाल सरकार पर आरोप लगाए रहे हैं, तब सरकार ने उन्हें निराधार बताया है, और गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा को करारा जवाब दिया है.
'9 counters in Rajasthan, pay money and get transfer', Dotasara said- Congress has saved the respect of the government
Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee President Govind Singh Dotasara made a big statement on bureaucracy while addressing a workers' conference in Sikar on Wednesday. Accusing the Bhajanlal government of corruption, he also raised big questions on the power of BJP state president Madan Rathore.
'Prices increase 3 times by evening'
Dotasara said, 'If the current Bhajanlal government in Rajasthan has some respect left, then the reason for that is Congress. Because the officers who were posted at good places during the time of former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot are still working there. Working with a good vision. Otherwise their respect would have been shattered. At present, the government has looted in the name of posting officers. Rates are different in the morning, different by afternoon, and by evening they increase 3 times. This type of work is being done at not one but 8 to 9 counters.'
'BJP state president cannot get 1 transfer done'
The Congress state president did not stop here. Referring to the state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he further said, 'Madan Rathore cannot get even one officer of the Rajasthan Administrative Service transferred. I am saying this with a lot of responsibility. If someone gets transferred, he is removed within 1-2 days. When they ask the government about this, the officials say that he was a Congress man. We will give posting only to the people of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Hey brother! You should be ashamed. Since when did the bureaucracy start being of the Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress?
Raised questions on the transfer of RAS officers
Earlier on 27 September, Govind Dotasara had raised questions on good governance by sharing the list of transfers of RAS officers. Through this list, Dotasara has claimed that the 10-month-old Bhajanlal government in Rajasthan has transferred 4 RAS officers 5 times. Apart from these, there are 15 RAS officers who have been transferred 15 times between December 2023 and September 2024. Whereas 50 RAS officers have been transferred 3 times in 10 months. Among these 50 names, there are also 2 officers who have been transferred 3 times in 1 month. Dotasara wrote, 'The BJP government, which claims to transfer after 360 degree testing, has made the officers a football in the name of transfer. Transferred from here to there 3-3 times in a month. There are many officers who got the order of next transfer as soon as they joined. Will good governance come like this?'
No reaction of any BJP leader has come to the fore on these allegations so far. But, let us tell you that even before this, when Govind Singh Dotasara has been making allegations against Bhajanlal government in different cases, then the government has termed them baseless, and has given a befitting reply to Govind Singh Dotasara.
