प्रदेश का चर्चित फोन टैपिंग प्रकरण में अब लोकेश शर्मा के बयानों के सबूत मांगे गए है। इस सम्बंध में दिल्ली पुलिस की क्राइम ब्रांच ने पूर्व ओएसडी लोकेश शर्मा को नोटिस जारी कर सबूत मांगे है। जिनका दावा लोकश ने 25 सितंबर को बयान में किया था।
दर्ज बयान में शर्मा ने दावा किया था कि फोन टेपिंग प्रकरण में जिस मोबाइल, लेपटॉप व पेन ड्राइव का इस्तेमाल हुआ वह उसके पास हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि जल्द ही यह सबूत दिल्ली पुलिस को सौंपे जा सकते हैं। इसके बाद पूर्व सीएम सहित तत्कालीन अफसरों की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं।
दरअसल, केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत की ओर से दिल्ली पुलिस में दर्ज प्रकरण में मुख्य आरोपी लोकेश शर्मा को ही माना गया था। सात पेज के बयान में लोकेश ने बड़े सबूत होने का दावा किया था। यह सबूत पेश करने के लिए अब फिर नोटिस जारी किया गया है। सबूतों की तहकीकात के बाद पुलिस आगे लोगों से पूछताछ कर सकती है।

In the recorded statement, Sharma had claimed that he has the mobile, laptop and pen drive used in the phone tapping case. It is being told that soon this evidence can be handed over to Delhi Police. After this, the problems of the then officers including the former CM can increase.
In fact, Lokesh Sharma was considered the main accused in the case registered with Delhi Police by Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. In a seven-page statement, Lokesh had claimed to have big evidence. Now a notice has been issued again to present this evidence. After investigating the evidence, the police can further interrogate people.
