बीकानेर के साहसियों ने रचा इतिहास, पहली बार किसी एक परिवार के पांच सदस्यों ने एवरेस्ट के आधार शिविर पर रखे कदम

नेशनल एडवेंचर फाउन्डेशन, नई दिल्ली की कार्यकारिणी सदस्य डा. सुषमा बिस्सा, पुत्र रोहिताश्व बिस्सा व ओजस्वी बिस्सा, पुत्रवधू अनामिका व्यास बिस्सा व एवरेस्टर मगन बिस्सा-डा. सुषमा बिस्सा की पौत्री आरोही टीम के साथ आज नेपाल स्थित मा. एवरेस्ट के आधार शिविर पहुंची तथा इतिहास रच दिया जिसमें 19 माह की आरू संभवतः विश्व की पहली सबसे कम आयु की लड़की है जो एवरेस्ट आधार शिविर पर अपने कदम रखे है। इसके अलावा एक परिवार के पांच सदस्य जिसमें तीन पीढ़ी एक साथ आधार शिविर पहुंची है।

संस्थान के आरके शर्मा ने बताया कि आज सवेरे गोरखशेप से रवाना होकर विश्व के सबसे खतरनाक खुम्बु ग्लेशियर को पार कर आधार शिविर पहुंचे तथा वहां केम्प लगा कर बैठे अनेक देशों के एवरेस्ट अभियान दल के सदस्यों को शुभकामनाएं देकर वापस गोरखशेप पहुंचे। वर्ष 1984 में भारत के एवरेस्ट अभियान दल ने एवरेस्ट शिखर आरोहण कर इतिहास रचा था जब देश की पहली एवरेस्ट विजयिनी सुश्री बचेन्द्री पाल के कदम सागरमाथा तक पहुंचे थे। इसी इतिहास की 40वीं वर्षगांठ पर उसी अभियान दल के सदस्य 5 मई को नई दिल्ली से काठमांडू पहुंचे।

इस दल की महिला सदस्यों की टीम सुश्री बचेन्द्री पाल के नेतृत्व में बीकानेर के साहसी भी शमिल हुए तथा जिरी से 17 दिन की पदयात्रा कर सागरमाथा के चरणों तक पहुंचे। इस यात्रा के दौरान डा. सुषमा बिस्सा अपनी पौत्री को प्रारंभ से ही साथ लेकर पदयात्रा पर निकली तथा अभियान को सफल कर ही दम लिया। बीकानेर से रवानगी से पूर्व संभागीय आयुक्त वंदना सिंघवी ने शुभकामनाएं देकर विदा किया था।

Adventurers of Bikaner created history, for the first time five members of one family set foot on the base camp of Everest.

Dr. Sushma Bissa, executive member of National Adventure Foundation, New Delhi, sons Rohitashv Bissa and Ojaswi Bissa, daughter-in-law Anamika Vyas Bissa and Everester Magan Bissa-Dr. Sushma Bissa's granddaughter with Aarohi team today Nepal based Ma. Reached the base camp of Everest and created history in which 19-month-old Aaru is probably the world's youngest girl to set foot on the Everest base camp. Apart from this, five members of a family comprising three generations have reached the base camp together.

RK Sharma of the institute told that today morning we left from Gorakhshep, crossed the world's most dangerous Khumbu Glacier, reached the base camp and returned to Gorakhshep after wishing the members of the Everest expedition team from many countries who were camping there. In the year 1984, India's Everest expedition team created history by climbing the Everest peak when the feet of the country's first Everest conqueror Ms. Bachendri Pal reached Sagarmatha. On May 5, on the 40th anniversary of this history, members of the same expedition reached Kathmandu from New Delhi.

Under the leadership of Ms. Bachendri Pal, a team of women members of this group, adventurers from Bikaner also joined and reached the feet of Sagarmatha after a 17-day trek from Jiri. During this journey, Dr. Sushma Bissa took her granddaughter along with her from the very beginning and took her last breath after making the campaign successful. Before departure from Bikaner, Divisional Commissioner Vandana Singhvi had given her good wishes.
