महिला के साथ मारपीट और दुष्कर्म:नापासर में भारत माला रोड के पास दुष्कर्म किया, एसपी के आदेश पर FIR दर्ज
नापासर थाना क्षेत्र में एक विवाहिता के साथ दुष्कर्म करने और मारपीट का मामला सामने आया है। पुलिस अधीक्षक तेजस्वनी गौतम के आदेश पर नापासर थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया गया है। जिसके बाद अब पुलिस मामले की छानबीन कर रही है।
थानाधिकारी जसवीर ने बताया कि महिला ने आरोप लगाया है कि 21 मई को कतरियासर के मंदिर में दर्शन करने के बाद वो वापस अपने गांव लौट रही थी। उसने कालू को फोन किया तो वो लालगढ़ रेलवे स्टेशन पहुंच गई। जहां से उसे म्यूजियम चौराहे पर बुलाया गया। वहां पहुंची टेक्सी से पहुंची तो म्युजियम चौराहे से उसे मोटर साइकिल पर भारत माला सड़क की ओर ले गया। उसके साथ दो और युवक थे। इन तीनों ने मिलकर महिला के साथ भारत माला सड़क के पास पहले दुष्कर्म किया। इसके बाद मारपीट करके रुपए छीन लिए।
महिला ने नापासर थाने में इसकी रिपोर्ट दी तो एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं हुई। इस पर एसपी के समक्ष पेश होकर आपबीती बताई। इस पर एसपी ने जांच के आदेश दिए। अब पुलिस ने भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 366, 376D, 323, 382 में मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। जांच गंगाशहर सीओ शालिनी बजाज को सौंपी गई है।

A case of rape and assault of a married woman has come to light in Napasar police station area. On the orders of Superintendent of Police Tejaswani Gautam, a case has been registered at Napasar police station. After which now the police is investigating the matter.
Police officer Jasvir said that the woman has alleged that after visiting the temple of Katriyasar on May 21, she was returning back to her village. When she called Kalu, she reached Lalgarh railway station. From where he was called to Museum Square. When she reached there by taxi, he took her on a motorcycle from Museum Square towards Bharat Mala Road. There were two other youths with him. All three of them together first raped the woman near Bharat Mala road. After this they beat him and snatched the money.
When the woman reported this at Napasar police station, FIR was not registered. On this he appeared before the SP and narrated his ordeal. On this, SP ordered investigation. Now the police have registered a case under sections 366, 376D, 323, 382 of the Indian Penal Code and started investigation. The investigation has been handed over to Gangashahar CO Shalini Bajaj.
