41 लाख कैश, 10 लाख के जेवर, करोड़ों की प्रोपर्टी... ACB की तलाशी में धनकुबेर निकला घूसखोर भूमि व राजस्व विभाग का अधिकारी

राजस्थान के डूंगरपुर जिले में गुरुवार को एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो ने एक बड़ी कार्रवाई को अंजाम देते हुए भूमि व राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारी को 25 हजार रुपए रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया था. गिरफ्तारी के एसीबी की टीम ने घूसखोर अधिकारी के घर और अन्य ठिकानों की तलाशी ली तो वो धनकुबेर निकला. रिश्वतखोरी के मामले में गिरफ्तार भूमि व राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारी भू अभिलेख निरीक्षक दिनेश पंचाल के घर से 41 लाख से अधिक कैश, करीब 10 लाख के जेवरात और करोड़ों रुपए की प्रोपर्टी की दस्तावेज मिले. अब एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो की टीम गिरफ्तार अधिकारी से पूछताछ कर आय से स्रोतों की जानकारी जुटा रही है. जिसके बाद मामले में आगे की कार्रवाई होगी. 

25 हजार रुपए रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथ किया था गिरफ्तार
मालूम हो कि गुरुवार को डूंगरपुर जिले में नामांतरण खोलने की एवज में 25 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत लेते गिरफ्तार भू अभिलेख निरीक्षक (बिलडी गिरदावर) दिनेश पंचाल को डूंगरपुर एसीबी ने उदयपुर एसीबी कोर्ट में पेश किया जहा से कोर्ट ने आरोपी गिरदावर को जेल भेज दिया है. एसीबी ने बताया कि आरोपी गिरदावर की घर की तलाशी में 41.39 लाख का कैश मिला है. वही 10 लाख के जेवरात के साथ करोडो की प्रोपर्टी के दस्तावेज, विभिन्न बैंक के खातों की पास बुक, आरडी खातों की पास बुक और एक लॉकर की चाबी भी मिली है. एसीबी लॉकर की अलग से तलाशी लेगी.

घर से 41.39 लाख रुपए कैश मिले
बताते चले कि एसीबी डूंगरपुर के डीएसपी रतनसिंह राजपुरोहित ने बिलड़ी के गिरदावर दिनेश पंचाल को गुरुवार को 25 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया था. इसके बाद एसीबी की टीम जयहिंद नगर स्थित उसके रिहायशी घर समेत कई ठिकानों पर तलाशी ली. एसीबी की ओर से देर रात तक उसके घर ओर ठिकानों को जांच चलती रही. एसीबी के डीएसपी ने बताया की आरोपी गिरदावर दिनेश पंचाल के रिहायशी घर से 41 लाख 39 हजार 500 रुपए का कैश मिला.

घूसखोरी के आरोप में गिरफ्तार अधिकारी.

कई प्रॉपर्टी के दस्तावेज भी मिले
साथ ही शहर के रिहायशी कॉलोनी जय हिंद नगर में मकान नंबर 89 की रजिस्ट्री भी मिली. इसके अलावा 6 भूखंड के कागजात मिले है. जिसमें राजस्व ग्राम डूंगरपुर में 2100 वर्गफीट का आवासीय भूखंड, आरोपी दिनेश पंचाल की पत्नी किरण बाला पंचाल के नाम श्रीमाल नर्सरी के पास 2100 वर्गफीट का भूखंड, राजस्व गांव भंडारियां में 1 बीघा 5 बिस्वा औद्योगिक संपरिवर्तन भूमि, तिजवड में 1 बीघा 7 बिस्वा औद्योगिक संपरिवर्तित भूमि, डूंगरपुर शहर में 810 वर्गफीट का कमर्शियल भूखंड, बिछीवाड़ा में नेशनल हाइवे 48 पर 6500 वर्गफीट का भूखंड मिला है. 

एमजी हेक्टर लग्जरी कार भी मिला
इसके अलावा आरोपी गिरदावर के कर से एक लग्जरी कार एमजी हेक्टर प्लस भी मिली है. बता दें कि एमजी हेक्टर की कीमत 25 लाख से अधिक होती है. आरोपी गिरदावर और उसकी पत्नी के नाम कई आरडी खाते, बैंक खातों की पासबुक और चेक बुक, रिहायशी घर से 10 लाख के जेवरात और  एसबीआई बैंक डूंगरपुर के बैंक के लॉकर की चाबी मिली है. जिसकी एसीबी की और से तलाशी ली जाएगी. वही लॉकर से भी कैश और कीमती चीजें मिलने की संभावना जताई जा रही है.

अब आय से अधिक संपत्ति का भी मामला चलेगा
इधर एसीबी डीएसपी रतन सिंह ने बताया की प्रोपर्टी के वेल्युशन के बाद आरोपी गिरदावर के खिलाफ आय से अधिक सम्पत्ति का मामला दर्ज करवाने की भी प्रयास किये जायेंगे . इधर गिरफ्तार गिरदावर दिनेश पंचाल को एसीबी ने उदयपुर एसीबी कोर्ट में आज पेश किया जहा से कोर्ट ने उसे जेल भेज दिया है.

It is known that on Thursday, Dungarpur ACB presented Land Records Inspector (Bildi Girdawar) Dinesh Panchal in Udaipur ACB court, who was arrested for taking bribe of Rs 25 thousand in exchange for opening the transfer in Dungarpur district, from where the court has sent the accused Girdawar to jail. . ACB said that during the search of the house of accused Girdawar, cash worth Rs 41.39 lakh was found. Along with jewelery worth Rs 10 lakh, property documents worth crores, pass books of various bank accounts, pass books of RD accounts and keys of a locker were also found. ACB will search the locker separately.

Let us tell you that ACB Dungarpur's DSP Ratan Singh Rajpurohit had arrested Bildi's Girdawar Dinesh Panchal red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 25 thousand on Thursday. After this, the ACB team searched several places including his residential house in Jaihind Nagar. The ACB continued to investigate his house and locations till late night. ACB DSP said that cash worth Rs 41 lakh 39 thousand 500 was found from the residential house of accused Girdawar Dinesh Panchal.

Many property documents were also found
Besides, the registry of house number 89 was also found in Jai Hind Nagar, the residential colony of the city. Apart from this, documents of 6 plots have been found. In which 2100 square feet residential plot in revenue village Dungarpur, 2100 square feet plot near Shrimal Nursery in the name of Kiran Bala Panchal, wife of accused Dinesh Panchal, 1 bigha 5 biswa industrial converted land in revenue village Bhandari, 1 bigha 7 biswa industrial converted land in Tijwad. Land: 810 sq ft commercial plot in Dungarpur city, 6500 sq ft plot on National Highway 48 in Bichhiwada.

MG Hector luxury car also found
Apart from this, a luxury car MG Hector Plus has also been recovered from the tax of accused Girdawar. Let us tell you that the price of MG Hector is more than 25 lakhs. Several RD accounts, passbooks and check books of bank accounts, jewelery worth Rs 10 lakh from the residential house and the key of the bank locker of SBI Bank Dungarpur have been found in the name of accused Girdawar and his wife. Which will be searched by ACB. There is a possibility of finding cash and valuables from the same locker.

Now the case of disproportionate assets will also be taken up
Here, ACB DSP Ratan Singh said that after the valuation of the property, efforts will also be made to register a case of disproportionate assets against the accused Girdawar. Here, the ACB presented the arrested Girdawar Dinesh Panchal in the Udaipur ACB court today from where the court has sent him to jail.
