डी-मार्ट पर मिला नकली घी, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर असली घी के कार्टून में कुछ डिब्बे नकली घी के करता था सप्लाई

मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा की पहल एवं चिकित्सा मंत्री गजेन्द्र सिंह खींवसर के निर्देशों पर खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्तालय की ओर से प्रदेश में मिलावट के खिलाफ लगातार अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। शुद्ध आहार-मिलावट पर वार अभियान के तहत गुरूवार को जयपुर में बड़ी कार्रवाई की गई, जिसमें डी-मार्ट स्टोर पर विभिन्न ब्राण्ड का नकली घी पाया गया। खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त इकबाल खान के सुपरविजन एवं अतिरिक्त आयुक्त पंकज ओझा के नेतृत्व में यह कार्यवाही की गई।

ओझा ने बताया कि मालवीय नगर स्थित डी मार्ट स्टोर पर नकली प्रो वैदिक घी बिकने की शिकायत प्राप्त हुई थी। इस सूचना के आधार पर टीम डी मार्ट पर जांच करने पहुंची। टीम ने वहां जांच की तो पाया कि प्रो वैदिक घी घटिया एवं नकली था। इस दौरान जांच में यह भी पता चला कि सरस घी के एक ही बैच नंबर और एक ही सीरीज के कई सारे घी के डिब्बे थे। इस पर सरस डेयरी के क्वालिटी कंट्रोल मैनेजर और एनालिस्ट को बुलाकर जांच कराई गई। जांच में यह घी नकली पाया गया।

डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के द्वारा डी मार्ट को सप्लाई किए गए घी में बीच-बीच में नकली घी के डिब्बे रखकर सप्लाई किए गए थे। इस पर विश्वकर्मा इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया कुकर खेड़ा के पास डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर खंडेलवाल एंड कंपनी पर कार्रवाई की गई। यहां सरस के कार्टून में नकली सरस घी के डिब्बे बरामद किए गए। मौके पर सरस डेयरी के प्रतिनिधि को बुलाया गया, जिन्होंने प्रमाणित किया कि घी नकली है। नकली घी को सीज किया गया और सैंपल लिए गए।

डी मार्ट पर बेचे जा रहे हरियाणा के प्रो वैदिक घी की भी सरकारी लैब में जांच करवाई गई, जिसमें प्रथम दृष्टया नकली और घटिया पाए जाने पर लगभग 450 लीटर घी सीज किया गया। साथ ही डी मार्ट के एरिया सेल्स मैनेजर को जयपुर के सारे स्टोर्स और वेयरहाउस में रखे प्रो वेदिक घी और सरस घी के स्टॉक को रोकने और अग्रिम आदेशों तक विक्रय नहीं करने हेतु पाबंद किया गया है। 40 लीटर नकली सरस घी भी सीज कर सरस डेयरी के हवाले किया गया।

ओझा ने बताया कि इस मामले में कार्रवाई आगे जारी रहेगी। आशंका है कि इसमें कोई बड़ा रैकेट सक्रिय है। कार्रवाई के दौरान खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी दीपक सिंधी, अवधेश गुप्ता एवं श्री रमेश यादव भी साथ थे।

Fake ghee found at D-Mart, distributor used to supply some cans of fake ghee in cartons of real ghee

On the initiative of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma and instructions of Medical Minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar, Food Safety Commissionerate is continuously running a campaign against adulteration in the state. Under the Shuddha Aahar-Adulteration Par War Campaign, a big action was taken in Jaipur on Thursday, in which fake ghee of various brands was found at D-Mart store. This action was taken under the supervision of Food Safety Commissioner Iqbal Khan and under the leadership of Additional Commissioner Pankaj Ojha.

Ojha said that a complaint was received about fake Pro Vedic Ghee being sold at D Mart store located in Malviya Nagar. Based on this information, the team reached D Mart to investigate. When the team investigated there, it was found that Pro Vedic Ghee was substandard and fake. During this investigation, it was also found that there were many cans of Saras Ghee of the same batch number and same series. On this, the Quality Control Manager and Analyst of Saras Dairy were called and investigation was done. In the investigation, this ghee was found to be fake.

The ghee supplied to D Mart by the distributor was mixed with cans of fake ghee. Action was taken against distributor Khandelwal & Company near Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Kukar Kheda. Here, cans of fake Saras Ghee were recovered from Saras cartons. A representative of Saras Dairy was called on the spot, who certified that the ghee was fake. The fake ghee was seized and samples were taken.

Pro Vedic Ghee of Haryana being sold at D Mart was also tested in a government lab, in which about 450 liters of ghee was seized after being found to be fake and substandard at first sight. Also, the Area Sales Manager of D Mart has been ordered to stop the stock of Pro Vedic Ghee and Saras Ghee kept in all the stores and warehouses of Jaipur and not to sell it till further orders. 40 liters of fake Saras Ghee was also seized and handed over to Saras Dairy.

Ojha said that action will continue in this matter. It is suspected that a big racket is active in this. Food Safety Officers Deepak Sindhi, Awadhesh Gupta and Shri Ramesh Yadav were also present during the action.
