जयपुर/सांचौर। राजस्थान आतंकवाद निरोधक दस्ता (ATS) ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए एक बड़े आतंकी नेटवर्क को नाकाम कर दिया। एटीएस ने सांचौर के मौलवी ओसामा उमर को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिसका सीधा संबंध अफगानिस्तान के खूंखार आतंकी संगठन तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान (TTP) से जुड़ा पाया गया। ओसामा को गैरकानूनी गतिविधियां रोकथाम अधिनियम यानी UAPA की गंभीर धाराओं में गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

 4 जिलों में बड़ी छापेमारी, 5 संदिग्ध हिरासत में

बीते शुक्रवार को ATS ने प्रदेश के चार जिलों में एक साथ ऑपरेशन चलाते हुए कुल 5 संदिग्धों को हिरासत में लिया, जिनमें दो सगे भाई भी शामिल हैं। सभी को ATS मुख्यालय जयपुर लाकर चार दिनों तक पूछताछ की गई, जहां डिजिटल सबूत, कॉल रिकॉ‌र्ड्स और संपर्कों की जांच में बड़ा खुलासा हुआ।

पूछताछ के बाद बुधवार को ओसामा के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया और उसे गुरुवार को कोर्ट में पेश करने की तैयारी है।

 बाड़मेर का निवासी, सांचौर में फैला रहा था कट्टरवाद

गिरफ्तार मौलवी ओसामा उमर मूल रूप से बाड़मेर जिले के मुसनाराई का बास का रहने वाला है। वह लंबे समय से सांचौर के इमाम नूर मोहम्मद मोहर्रम चौक पर मौलवी का काम करता था। जांच में सामने आया कि वह स्थानीय युवाओं के बीच कट्टरता फैलाने और उन्हें भड़काने का काम कर रहा था।

ATS टीम को सबूत मिले हैं कि वह पिछले चार वर्षों से TTP के टॉप कमांडरों से VoIP (इंटरनेट कॉलिंग) के जरिए संपर्क में था। यही नहीं, हिरासत में लिए गए अन्य चार संदिग्धों पर आतंकी संगठन से जुड़ने का दबाव डालता था।

 दुबई होते अफगानिस्तान भागने की कोशिश नाकाम

ATS सूत्रों के मुताबिक, ओसामा को अंदेशा हो गया था कि सुरक्षा एजेंसियां उसकी गतिविधियों पर निगरानी कर रही हैं। इसलिए वह दुबई के रास्ते अफगानिस्तान भागने की तैयारी में था, लेकिन ATS ने समय रहते उसे दबोच लिया।
एटीएस का यह ऑपरेशन सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की बड़ी सफलता मानी जा रही है और इससे आतंकी संगठनों को बड़ा झटका लगा है।

 UAPA के तहत कार्रवाई

राजस्थान ATS ने ओसामा पर UAPA की गंभीर धाराओं में केस दर्ज कर सीधे आतंकी गतिविधियों में शामिल होने का आरोप लगाया है। प्राथमिक जांच में यह स्पष्ट हुआ है कि ओसामा की गतिविधियां भारत विरोधी आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़ी थीं और वह युवाओं को गुमराह कर नेटवर्क तैयार करने में लगा था।

ATS अब डिजिटल डिवाइस, कॉल रिकॉर्ड्स, सोशल मीडिया चैट्स और अंतरराष्ट्रीय कनेक्शन की गहराई से जांच कर रही है। आने वाले समय में और गिरफ्तारी की संभावना भी जताई जा रही है।

Jaipur/Sanchore. The Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has conducted a major operation and disrupted a major terrorist network. The ATS has arrested Sanchore cleric Osama Umar, who has been found to have direct links to the dreaded Afghan terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). Osama has been arrested under serious sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

 Major raids in four districts, five suspects detained

Last Friday, the ATS conducted simultaneous operations in four districts of the state, detaining a total of five suspects, including two brothers. All of them were brought to the ATS headquarters in Jaipur and interrogated for four days, where investigation of digital evidence, call records, and contacts revealed significant revelations.

Following the interrogation, a case was registered against Osama on Wednesday, and he is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.

 A resident of Barmer, was spreading radicalism in Sanchore

The arrested cleric, Osama Umar, originally hails from Musnarai Ka Bas in Barmer district. He had long served as a cleric at Imam Noor Mohammad Moharram Chowk in Sanchore. Investigations revealed that he was radicalizing and inciting local youth.

The ATS team found evidence that he had been in contact with top TTP commanders via VoIP (internet calling) for the past four years. Furthermore, he pressured the other four detained suspects to join the terrorist organization.

???? Attempt to Escape to Afghanistan via Dubai Failed

According to ATS sources, Osama suspected that security agencies were monitoring his activities. Therefore, he was preparing to flee to Afghanistan via Dubai, but the ATS apprehended him in time.

This ATS operation is being considered a major success for security agencies and has dealt a significant blow to terrorist organizations.

 Action Under UAPA

The Rajasthan ATS has filed a case against Osama under serious sections of the UAPA, accusing him of direct involvement in terrorist activities. Preliminary investigations have revealed that Osama's activities were linked to anti-India terrorist organizations and that he was engaged in building a network by misleading young people.

The ATS is now conducting a thorough investigation into digital devices, call records, social media chats, and international connections. More arrests are expected in the near future.
