महिला सशक्तिकरण की मिसाल: मीरा शाखा में 35 महिलाएँ सिलाई सीख रहीं, मिली मशीनें भी भेंट

बीकानेर। भारत विकास परिषद – मीरा शाखा ने महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक और बेहतरीन कदम बढ़ाते हुए गंगाशहर की गोपेश्वर बस्ती में सिलाई केंद्र की शुरुआत की है। इस केंद्र का उद्देश्य महिलाओं और बालिकाओं को सिलाई का हुनर सिखाकर उन्हें स्वावलंबी और आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। वर्तमान में इस केंद्र में लगभग 35 महिलाएँ और किशोरियाँ प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रही हैं, जो आगे अपने कौशल को रोजगार का साधन बना सकेंगी।

केंद्र का विधिवत शुभारंभ 4 नवम्बर, सुबह 11:30 बजे मीरा शाखा की संरक्षिका श्रीमती ऋतु मित्तल के नेतृत्व में हुआ। उद्घाटन समारोह में रीजनल सचिव (महिला सहभागिता) श्रीमती शशि चुघ, श्रीमती चन्द्रप्रभा, श्रीमती हेमा सिंह, श्रीमती रजनी कालरा, श्रीमती प्रेम नौलखा सहित शाखा के अन्य पदाधिकारी एवं सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे।

महिलाओं और बालिकाओं को सिर्फ प्रशिक्षण ही नहीं, बल्कि सिलाई मशीनें भी भेंट की गईं। शुभारंभ के अवसर पर श्रीमती शशि चुघ, श्रीमती चन्द्रप्रभा और श्रीमती प्रेम नौलखा ने स्वयं मशीनें प्रदान कर एक प्रेरणादायक संदेश दिया— “सीखो, आगे बढ़ो और अपने हुनर को रोज़गार में बदलो।”

मीरा शाखा की संरक्षिका ऋतु मित्तल ने बताया कि इस कदम का मकसद सिर्फ सिलाई सिखाना नहीं, बल्कि महिलाओं को सम्मानजनक आय, आत्मविश्वास और पहचान दिलाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि समाज तभी प्रगति कर सकता है जब महिलाएँ आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत हों और अपने पैरों पर खड़ी हों।

यह कदम सामाजिक और आर्थिक परिवर्तन की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण है। जिन महिलाएँ घरों से बाहर काम नहीं कर पातीं, वे अब इस केंद्र के माध्यम से सीखकर घर बैठे काम कर सकती हैं, ऑर्डर ले सकती हैं और अपनी आय बढ़ा सकती हैं। यह पहल रोजगार, स्वरोजगार और कौशल के आधार पर आत्मनिर्भर भारत की भावना को आगे बढ़ाती है।

स्थानीय महिलाओं और परिवारों ने सिलाई केंद्र की शुरुआत का स्वागत किया है। कई बालिकाएँ भी यहां कौशल सीख रही हैं, जो भविष्य में बुटीक, डिजाइनिंग और पार्ट-टाइम काम के अवसर खोलेंगी।

भारत विकास परिषद मीरा शाखा ने यह साबित किया है कि सुई-धागा सिर्फ कपड़ा जोड़ने का काम नहीं करता — यह सपने, आत्मविश्वास और आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता को जोड़ता है।

A Story of Self-Reliance Through Needle and Thread – A Commendable Step by the Meera Branch, Skills Become Identity

Bikaner. Bharat Vikas Parishad – Meera Branch has taken another significant step towards women's empowerment by opening a sewing center in the Gopeshwar settlement of Gangasagar. The center aims to teach women and girls sewing skills, making them self-reliant and economically independent. Currently, approximately 35 women and girls are receiving training at the center, who will be able to leverage their skills for employment.

The center was formally inaugurated on November 4th at 11:30 am under the leadership of Meera Branch Patron, Mrs. Ritu Mittal. Regional Secretary (Women's Participation) Mrs. Shashi Chugh, Mrs. Chandraprabha, Mrs. Hema Singh, Mrs. Rajni Kalra, Mrs. Prem Naulakha, along with other branch officials and social workers were present at the inauguration ceremony.

Women and girls were not only trained, but also presented with sewing machines. At the launch, Mrs. Shashi Chugh, Mrs. Chandraprabha, and Mrs. Prem Naulakha personally presented the machines and delivered an inspiring message: “Learn, grow, and turn your skills into employment.”

Ritu Mittal, patron of the Meera branch, explained that the purpose of this initiative is not just to teach sewing, but to provide women with a respectable income, self-confidence, and recognition. She stated that society can progress only when women are financially strong and self-reliant.

This initiative is significant in the direction of social and economic change. Women who are unable to work outside their homes can now learn through this center and work from home, taking orders, and increasing their income. This initiative furthers the spirit of a self-reliant India based on employment, self-employment, and skills.

Local women and families have welcomed the opening of the sewing center. Many girls are also learning skills here, which will open up opportunities for boutiques, designing, and part-time work in the future.
