सरकारी कर्मचारियों की कम हो जाएगी Week में एक छुट्टी, अब 5 डे वीक नहीं बल्कि 6 डे वीक होगा

राजस्थान में सरकारी कर्मचारियों को तगड़ा झटका मिलने वाला है। चर्चा है कि भजनलाल सरकार राजस्थान में सरकारी कर्मचारियों के काम का समय बढ़ाने की तैयारी कर रही है। फिलहाल राजस्थान में फाइव डे वीक है यानी अधिकतर सरकारी विभाग के कर्मचारी सोमवार से लेकर शुक्रवार तक काम करते हैं और शनिवार एवं रविवार को अवकाश रखते हैं। लेकिन अब चर्चा है कि मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल फाइव डे वीक को सिक्स डे वीक करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।

2008 से फाइव डे वीक लागू
दरअसल साल 2008 में तत्कालीन सरकार ने राजस्थान में फाइव डे वीक लागू किया था। इस दौरान सरकारी कर्मचारियों के काम का समय कम नहीं करते हुए दिनों का समय कम कर दिया गया था। यानि सोमवार से शुक्रवार तक सरकारी कर्मचारियों को फाइव डे वीक दिया गया था लेकिन इस दौरान आधा से एक घंटा तक ज्यादा उनका काम करना पड़ता था।

कर्मचारियों को बदलनी होगी आदत
दरअसल जिन कर्मचारियों को अब 5 डे वीक की आदत पड़ चुकी है। उन्हें अब अपनी आदत 6 डे वीक की करनी होगी। इससे शुरुआत में तो उन्हें कुछ दिक्कत हो सकती है। लेकिन कुछ दिन बाद सब कुछ रूटिन में आ जाएगा। फिर किसी को भी दिक्कत का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा।

राजस्थान में 10 लाख से अधिक कर्मचारी
वर्तमान में फाइव डे वीक लागू है। इसके पीछे उद्देश्य यह था कि एक दिन का बिजली, पानी और अन्य खर्च सरकार बचा सके। लेकिन अब चर्चा है कि 2008 के इस फैसले को सरकार बदलने की तैयारी कर रही है। राजस्थान में सचिवालय स्तर पर इसे लेकर बैठकों का दौर शुरू हो गया है। राजस्थान में करीब 8 लाख सरकारी कर्मचारी हैं इसके अलावा करीब 2 लाख संविदा कार्मिक है। राजस्थान सरकार के अधिकतर विभागों में फाइव डे वीक लागू है। पुलिस और कुछ इमरजेंसी विभाग, उनमें सप्ताह में एक छुट्टी कार्मिक को मिलती है।

There are about 8 lakh government employees in Rajasthan, apart from this there are about 2 lakh contract workers. Five day week is applicable in most of the departments of Rajasthan government. Police and some emergency departments, their personnel get one holiday in a week.
