बीकानेर में इस जगह से हटेंगे कब्जे, अदालत ने यूआईटी और नगर निगम को दिए आदेश

बीकानेर। नत्थूसर गेट से जूनागढ़ तक जगह-जगह हुए कब्जों को हटाने के लिए अपर जिला एवं सेशन न्यायाधीश ने नगर विकास न्यास और नगर निगम को सख्त आदेश दिए हैं। पंद्रह जुलाई को दोनों विभाग इस कार्रवाई को पूर्ण करके अपनी रिपोर्ट पेश करेंगे। आम लोगों को भी हिदायत दी गई है कि पंद्रह जुलाई से पहले अपने अतिक्रमण हटा लें। दरअसल, बीकानेर के नत्थूसर गेट क्षेत्र में सर्वाधिक कब्जे हो रहे हैं। यहां मुख्य बाजार पर दुकानदारों ने न सिर्फ अपनी दुकानों के आगे कब्जे कर रखे हैं बल्कि कुछ दुकानदारों ने विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले पक्का निर्माण कर लिया। त्यौहारों पर यहां दुकानदार अस्थायी कब्जे और बढ़ा लेते हैं। 

इससे आम लोगों के चलने के लिए बिल्कुल जगह नहीं होती। इस पर नत्थुसर गेट निवासी नृसिंह लाल किराडू और नत्थानियों की सराय बारह गुवाड़ निवासी हिमांशु व्यास ने न्यायालय जिला न्यायाधीश में एक वाद दायर किया था। इस वाद पर सुनवाई करते हुए अपर जिला एवं सेशन न्यायाधीश संख्या पांच ने पंद्रह जुलाई तक सारे कब्जे हटाने के आदेश दिए हैं। किराडू और व्यास ने इस मामले में शिव पुरीी निवासी नत्थूसर गेट, नगर विकास न्यास, नगर निगम, जिला कलेक्टर और नया शहर थानाधिकारी के खिलाफ ये वाद दायर किया था। 

अब अदालत ने इनको पंद्रह जुलाई तक कब्जे हटाने के आदेश दिए हैं। इस मामले वादी की ओर से एडवोकेट प्रेमनारायण हर्ष ने वाद दायर किया। आदेश में नत्थूसर गेट से जूनागढ़ तक कब्जे हटाने के आदेश दिए हैं। दरअसल, वाद में इस पूरे क्षेत्र में जगह-जगह कब्जे होने की जानकारी दी गई है। जिसमें नत्थूसर गेट के बाहर से अंदर होते हुए जूनागढ़ तक के रास्ते में लोगों ने अपने घर के आगे चौकी बना रखी है। किसी ने घर के आगे लोहे के खोखे रखे हुए हैं। किसी ने अस्थायी से स्थायी दुकान बना ली। ऐसे में रास्ते इतने बाधित हो गए कि तीन पहिया और चार पहिया वाहन नहीं निकल पा रहे हैं।

Actually, maximum encroachments are happening in Natthusar Gate area of ​​Bikaner. Here in the main market, shopkeepers have not only encroached in front of their shops but some shopkeepers have also made permanent construction before the assembly elections. On festivals, shopkeepers here increase temporary encroachments.

This leaves absolutely no space for common people to walk. On this, Natthusar Gate resident Nrusinh Lal Kiradu and Natthanion Ki Sarai Barah Guwad resident Himanshu Vyas had filed a case in the court of District Judge. Hearing this case, Additional District and Session Judge number five has ordered to remove all encroachments by 15th July. Kiradu and Vyas had filed this case against Shiv Puri resident Natthusar Gate, Nagar Vikas Nyas, Municipal Corporation, District Collector and Naya Shahar Thanadhikari in this case.

Now the court has ordered them to remove the encroachment by 15th July. Advocate Premnarayan Harsh filed a case on behalf of the plaintiff in this case. The order has ordered to remove the encroachment from Natthusar Gate to Junagadh. Actually, in the case, information has been given about encroachment at various places in this entire area. In which people have made outposts in front of their houses on the way from outside Natthusar Gate to Junagadh. Some have kept iron kiosks in front of their houses. Some have made permanent shops from temporary ones. In such a situation, the roads have become so obstructed that three-wheelers and four-wheelers are not able to pass through.
