राजस्थान की भजन लाल सरकार ने अपने पहले पूर्ण बजट  की तैयारियां तेज कर दी हैं. मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा ने आज फिर राजधानी जयपुर में अधिकारियों के साथ प्री बजट मीटिंग  बुलाई है, जिसमें राज्य के कई बड़े अधिकारी शामिल होंगे. इस दौरान बजट को लेकर विभिन्न वर्गों से सुझाव लिए जाएंगे और फिर उनके अनुरूप बजट को अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा.

बिना वित्त मंत्री के हो गई थी पहली मीटिंग
हालांकि इससे पहले बुलाई गई प्री बजट मीटिंग में राजस्थान की वित्त मंत्री और डिप्टी सीएम दिया कुमारी  के शामिल न होने पर घमासान हो गया था. कांग्रेस ने जब इस मामले पर सवाल उठाए तो सरकार बैकफुट पर आ गई और अगले दिन नया नोटिफिकेशन जारी करते हुए दिया कुमारी को नाम शामिल किया गया. सरकार ने नोटिफिकेशन में वित्त सचिव को लिखा कि डिप्टी सीएम जयपुर से बाहर हैं. कोशिश करें कि वे वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए इस मीटिंग में जुड़ जाएं. अगर ये संभव न हो तो आप स्वयं मीटिंग में शामिल हों.'

आज मीटिंग में शामिल होंगी दिया कुमारी?
प्री मीटिंग को लेकर निमंत्रण के जब दो लेटर सोशल मीडिया के जरिए जनता के सामने आए तो लोगों ने राजस्थान में अफसरशाही हावी होने और सीएम व डिप्टी सीएम के बीच मनमुटाव होने की बातें शुरू कर दीं. अब देखना यह होगा कि पहली प्री बजट मीटिंग में शामिल न होने वाली दिया कुमारी क्या आज होने वाली दूसरी प्री बजट मीटिंग में शामिल होंगी? अगर वे शामिल नहीं होती हैं तो राजस्थान में विपक्षी पार्टी को सरकार को घेरने का एक और मौका मिल जाएगा.

When the Congress raised questions on this matter, the government came on the back foot and the next day a new notification was issued and Diya Kumari's name was included. The government wrote to the Finance Secretary in the notification that the Deputy CM is out of Jaipur. Try to get him to join this meeting through video conferencing. If this is not possible, then you yourself should join the meeting.'

Will Diya Kumari join the meeting today?

When two letters of invitation for the pre-meeting came in front of the public through social media, people started talking about bureaucracy dominating Rajasthan and the rift between the CM and the Deputy CM.
