मतदाता पहचान पत्र बनवाने के लिए सबसे पहले ऑनलाइन एनरोलमेंट करना होता है. चुनाव आयोग की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट पर जाकर सबसे पहले रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जाता है. इस वेबसाइट पर देश में होने वाले हर इलेक्शन की प्रोसेस की सारी जानकारी है. आगामी चुनाव के कार्यक्रम से लेकर मतदाता लिस्ट तक, सब कुछ यहां देखने को मिलेगा.

ऐसे करें आवेदन -

ई-वोटर आईडी कार्ड के समझिए बिंदुवार इन निर्देशों को -
सबसे पहले भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की ऑफिशल वेबसाइट https://eci.gov.in/ पर जाएं.
यहां आपको नया अकाउंट बनाना होगा. इसके लिए वोटर सर्विसेज पोर्टल पर जाएं. अपने मोबाइल नंबर का प्रयोग करें.
मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP प्राप्त होगा, जिसे आप स्क्रीन पर दिए गए बॉक्स में सबमिट करें.
अब आप यहां पासवर्ड सेट करें, बस फिर बन गया आपका अकाउंट.
इसके बाद वेबसाइट पर लॉग-इन करना होगा. फिर न्यू वोटर रजिस्ट्रेशन का ऑप्शन दिखेगा.
यहां आपसे कुछ डिटेल्स मांगी जाएगी, कुछ जरूरी डॉक्युमेंट भी अपलोड करने पड़ेंगे. इन दस्तावेजों में कोई भी एड्रेस प्रूफ, कोई भी एज प्रूफ और आपकी फोटो होनी चाहिए. ये प्रक्रिया करने के बाद सबमिट का बटन दबाएं.
इसके बाद आपको अपनी ई-मेल आईडी पर एक वोटर आईडी पेज का लिंक मिलेगा. इससे आप एप्लीकेशन स्टेटस ट्रैक कर सकते हैं.
एक हफ्ते से एक महीने के भीतर आपके दिए हुए पते पर आपका Voter ID Card आ जाएगा.

First of all go to the official website of Election Commission of India https://eci.gov.in/.
Here you will have to create a new account. For this go to Voter Services Portal. Use your mobile number.
OTP will be received on the mobile number, which you submit in the box given on the screen.
Now set the password here, your account is now created.
After this you will have to log in to the website. Then the option of new voter registration will appear.
Here you will be asked for some details, some important documents will also have to be uploaded. These documents should contain any address proof, any age proof and your photograph. After doing this process, press the submit button.
After this you will get a link to a Voter ID page on your e-mail ID. With this you can track the application status.
Your Voter ID Card will arrive at your given address within a week to a month.
