मेटा ने कुछ दिन पहले ही अपने एआई मॉडल Llama-3 AI को WhatsApp के लिए रिलीज किया है जो कि फिलहाल कुछ ही यूजर को मिल रहा है। यह टूल चैटजीपीटी की तरह ही काम कर रहा है। इससे आप कई सारे सवाल पूछ सकते हैं। इसके अलावा इसकी मदद से आप एआई फोटो भी बना सकते हैं।

अब इस मेटा एआई का सपोर्ट WhatsApp बिजनेस अकाउंट के लिए रिलीज किया जा रहा है। इसका फायदा यह होगा कि दिक्कत होने पर ग्राहकों को तुरंत समाधान मिल सकेगा। फिलहाल इस फीचर को भारत और सिंगापुर में रिलीज किया जा रहा है और जल्द ही ब्राजील में रिलीज होगा।

इंस्टाग्राम और फेसबुक के बाद अब WhatsApp यूजर्स को भी ब्लू टिक मिलेगा, हालांकि यह सिर्फ WhatsApp बिजनेस अकाउंट के लिए ही होगा। यह ब्लू टिक प्रोफाइल नेम के साथ ही दिखेगा। इस ब्लू टिक के जरिए ब्रांड के नकली और असली होने की पहचान होगी। फिलहाल ब्लू टिक WhatsApp चैनल पर दिख रहे हैं।
