श्रीडूंगरगढ़। छत्तीसगढ़ क्रांति सेना के प्रमुख अमित बघेल द्वारा सिंधी समाज के भगवान और धर्मगुरु के खिलाफ कथित आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी करने के विरोध में सोमवार को श्रीडूंगरगढ़ में सिंधी समाज आक्रोशित नजर आया। समाज के सैकड़ों लोगों ने उपखंड कार्यालय पहुंचकर जोरदार नारेबाजी की और बघेल के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई व गिरफ्तारी की मांग की।

सिंधी समाज के लोगों ने “भारत माता की जय” और “अमित बघेल मुर्दाबाद” के नारे लगाते हुए विरोध रैली निकाली। बाद में समाज प्रतिनिधियों ने उपखंड अधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए घटना की पूरी जानकारी दी और मांग रखी कि इस प्रकार की भड़काऊ टिप्पणियों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की जाए ताकि समाजिक सौहार्द और एकता बनी रहे।

सिंधी पंचायत के अध्यक्ष श्रवण कुमार गुरनाणी ने कहा कि सिंधी समाज भारत का अभिन्न अंग है और पूरे देश में शांतिप्रेमी, राष्ट्रवादी और सद्भाव पूर्ण समाज के रूप में जाना जाता है। उन्होंने बताया कि करीब पखवाड़े पहले रायपुर में एक सार्वजनिक सभा के दौरान अमित बघेल ने सिंधी समाज के धर्मगुरु का अपमान करते हुए सिंधियों को पाकिस्तान जाने की बात कही थी, जो अत्यंत निंदनीय और असहनीय है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि सिंधी समुदाय भारत की आज़ादी और विकास में हमेशा अग्रणी रहा है और इस प्रकार के बयान राष्ट्र के खिलाफ माहौल बनाने वाले हैं।

सिंधी समाज के मंत्री अशोक वासवानी ने कहा कि अमित बघेल जैसे लोग देश की एकता और सामाजिक समरसता के लिए खतरा हैं। यदि ऐसे लोगों पर समय रहते कार्रवाई नहीं की गई, तो यह समाज में नफरत और विभाजन की भावना फैलाने वाला कदम साबित होगा। उन्होंने सरकार और प्रशासन से बघेल को गिरफ्तार कर सख्त सजा देने की मांग की।

सिंधी महिला मंडल की प्रमुख मीना बोधिजा ने कहा कि पूरे देशभर में सिंधी समाज इस टिप्पणी के विरोध में आवाज उठा रहा है। सिंधी समाज देश की अखंडता, शांति और भाईचारे के लिए हर समय समर्पित रहा है। ऐसे अपमानजनक बयान समाज का मनोबल आहत करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाएं और युवा भी इस मुद्दे पर एकजुट हैं।

विरोध प्रदर्शन में समाज के मीडिया प्रभारी रवि रिझवानी की सक्रिय भूमिका की सराहना की गई। प्रदर्शन में पार्षद पवन उपाध्याय, उपाध्यक्ष जस्सू मोरवानी, कोषाध्यक्ष दुर्गाप्रसाद खटनानी, मीनाक्षी मोरवानी, पिंकी थवानी सहित बड़ी संख्या में पुरुष, महिलाएं और युवा शामिल हुए।

भीड़ ने प्रशासन से मांग की कि देश के किसी भी समाज के खिलाफ अपमानजनक टिप्पणी को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा और कठोर कार्रवाई कर सभी वर्गों को न्याय दिया जाए। ज्ञापन सौंपने के बाद प्रदर्शन शांतिपूर्वक समाप्त हो गया।

On Monday, the Sindhi community in Shri Dungargarh expressed outrage against alleged objectionable remarks made by Amit Baghel, the head of the Chhattisgarh Kranti Sena, against the deities and religious leaders of the Sindhi community. Hundreds of people from the community gathered at the sub-divisional office, raising slogans and demanding strict legal action and arrest of Baghel.

The members of the Sindhi community held a protest rally, chanting slogans like "Bharat Mata Ki Jai" (Victory to Mother India) and "Amit Baghel Murdabad" (Down with Amit Baghel). Later, community representatives submitted a memorandum to the sub-divisional officer, providing complete details of the incident and demanding immediate action against such provocative remarks to maintain social harmony and unity.

Shravan Kumar Gurnani, President of the Sindhi Panchayat, said that the Sindhi community is an integral part of India and is known throughout the country as a peace-loving, nationalist, and harmonious community. He stated that about a fortnight ago, during a public meeting in Raipur, Amit Baghel insulted the religious leaders of the Sindhi community and told Sindhis to go to Pakistan, which is extremely reprehensible and intolerable. He clearly stated that the Sindhi community has always been at the forefront of India's independence and development, and such statements create an atmosphere against the nation.

Ashok Vaswani, Minister of the Sindhi community, said that people like Amit Baghel are a threat to the unity and social harmony of the country. If action is not taken against such people in time, it will prove to be a step that spreads hatred and division in society. He demanded that the government and administration arrest Baghel and give him a strict punishment.

Meena Bodhija, head of the Sindhi Mahila Mandal (Sindhi Women's Association), said that the Sindhi community across the country is raising its voice against this remark. The Sindhi community has always been dedicated to the integrity, peace, and brotherhood of the country. Such insulting statements hurt the morale of the community. She said that women and youth are also united on this issue.

The active role of Ravi Rijhwani, the community's media in-charge, in the protest was appreciated. The protest included Councillor Pawan Upadhyay, Vice President Jassu Morwani, Treasurer Durgaprasad Khatnani, Meenakshi Morwani, Pinky Thawani, and a large number of men, women, and young people.

The crowd demanded that the administration not tolerate derogatory remarks against any community in the country and take strict action to ensure justice for all sections of society. The protest ended peacefully after the memorandum was submitted.
