राजस्थान पुलिस ने कर ली तैयारी, अब सोशल मीडिया पर दिखी ऐसी पोस्ट तो चंद मिनटों पर होगा एक्शन

अब राजस्थान पुलिस सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर सेल्फ हार्म (स्वयं को नुकसान कारित करना), मानसिक अवसाद की स्थिति में प्रतिक्रिया या आत्महत्या की मंशा लिए हुए पोस्ट का त्वरित विश्लेषण कर संकटग्रस्त मानव जीवन को बचाने के लिए भरसक प्रयास करेगी। फेसबुक और इंस्टाग्राम जैसे सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर इस प्रकार के संदेश मिलने पर तकनीकी विश्लेषण के जरिए पीड़ित तक पहुंचकर समझाइश और किसी भी अप्रिय घटना को रोकने की दिशा में प्रभावी कदम उठाए जाएंगे। 

डीजीपी ने अफसरों को दिए निर्देश 
पुलिस महानिदेशक (डीजीपी) उत्कल रंजन साहू ने इस पहल का उद्देश्य अवसाद या निराशा की स्थिति में आत्मघाती कदम उठाने की मंशा वाले व्यक्तियों तक पहुंचकर अनमोल मानवीय जीवन की रक्षा करना है। 

इस संबंध में जयपुर एवं जोधपुर के पुलिस आयुक्त, महानिरीक्षक, स्टेट क्राइम रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो, जयपुर एवं जोधपुर के पुलिस उपायुक्त और जीआरपी जोधपुर एवं अजमेर सहित सभी जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षकों के लिए आदेश जारी करते हुए विशेष निर्देश प्रदान किए हैं। 

स्टेप-बाई-स्टेप ऐसे होगा एक्शन 
– फेसबुक या इंस्टाग्राम पर संदेशों का विश्लेषण करके उनमें से संदिग्ध स्थितियों वाले प्रकरणों को तत्काल पुलिस मुख्यालय पर ई-मेल के ज़रिए सूचित किया जाएगा।

– पुलिस मुख्यालय पर स्टेट क्राइम रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो (एससीआरबी) द्वारा संचालित (24 X 7) हेल्प डेस्क पर प्राप्त इस ई-मेल के आधार पर पीड़ित व्यक्ति के मोबाईल नम्बर, आईपी एड्रेस, नाम और पोस्ट में डाले गए संदेश का पता लगाया जाएगा। 

– एससीआरबी की ओर से ऐसी जानकारी को तत्काल सम्बंधित थाने के ड्यूटी ऑफिसर के साथ शेयर की जाएगी। 

– इसके बाद सम्बंधित थाने के प्रभारी प्राप्त सूचना के आधार पर त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए पीड़ित व्यक्ति तक पहुंचकर मदद का प्रयास करेंगे। 

– थाने के पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा संवेदनशीलता के साथ पीड़ित एवं उसके परिवारजनों को समझाइश कर अनहोनी को रोकने के प्रयास होंगे। 

मिले प्रभावी कार्रवाई के निर्देश 
डीजीपी ने सभी पुलिस अधिकारियों और फील्ड स्टाफ को मानव जीवन को बचाने के इस मिशन में संवेदनशीलता और पर्यवेक्षण कौशल का परिचय देते हुए ठोस और प्रभावी कार्यवाही करने को कहा है।

यूपी पुलिस की तर्ज पर होगा काम
अतिरिक्त महानिदेशक, पुलिस एससीआरबी एवं साइबर क्राइम हेमंत प्रियदर्शी ने बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश (यूपी) में भी पुलिस द्वारा सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट के विश्लेषण से इस प्रकार की अप्रिय घटनाओं को रोकने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसके लिए यूपी पुलिस द्वारा फेसबुक/इंस्टाग्राम की संचालक कंपनी मेटा के साथ मिलकर कार्य किया जा रहा है।

Now Rajasthan Police will do its best to save human lives in danger by quickly analyzing posts on social media platforms regarding self-harm, mental depression or suicidal intentions. If such messages are received on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, through technical analysis, effective steps will be taken to reach out to the victim and counsel them and prevent any untoward incident. 

DGP gave instructions to officers 
Director General of Police (DGP) Utkal Ranjan Sahu said the initiative aims to protect precious human lives by reaching out to individuals who are intent on committing suicide in a state of depression or despair. 

In this regard, special instructions have been issued by issuing orders to the Police Commissioner of Jaipur and Jodhpur, Inspector General, State Crime Records Bureau, Deputy Commissioner of Police of Jaipur and Jodhpur and Superintendents of Police of all the districts including GRP Jodhpur and Ajmer. 

The action will be taken step-by-step like this 
– By analyzing the messages on Facebook or Instagram, cases with suspicious circumstances will be immediately reported to the police headquarters through e-mail.

– On the basis of this e-mail received at the (24 

– Such information will be immediately shared by SCRB with the duty officer of the concerned police station. 

– After this, the in-charge of the concerned police station will take immediate action on the basis of the information received and will try to reach the victim and help him. 

– Efforts will be made by the police personnel of the police station to stop the untoward incident by sensitively counseling the victim and his family members. 

Received instructions for effective action 
The DGP has asked all the police officers and field staff to take concrete and effective action by displaying sensitivity and supervisory skills in this mission of saving human lives.

Work will be done on the lines of UP Police
Additional Director General of Police SCRB and Cyber Crime Hemant Priyadarshi said that in Uttar Pradesh (UP) too, police is taking action to stop such untoward incidents by analyzing social media posts. For this, UP Police is working in collaboration with Meta, the operating company of Facebook/Instagram.
