बीकानेर। पीबीएम अस्पताल के रेजिडेन्ट चिकित्सक यूनियन के अध्यक्ष पर अज्ञात जने द्वारा बंदुक तानने का मामला सामने आया है। जिसका परिवाद डॉ अभिजीत यादव ने सदर थाने में पेश किया है। हालांकि इसको लेकर अभी तक कोई मामला तो दर्ज नहीं हुआ। परन्तु इस घटना को लेकर रेजिडेन्ट चिकित्सकों में खासा रोष है। रेजिडेन्ट चिकित्सकों का कहना है कि सुबह की घटना का परिवाद देने के बाद भी अभी तक पुलिस सक्रियता नहीं दिखा पाई है। 

जबकि सारा घटनाक्रम यहां प्रशासन की ओर से लगे सीसीटीवी में भी कैद हो चुका है। को जानकारी देते हुए रेजिडेन्ट चिकित्सक डॉ शीशराम स्वामी ने बताया कि सुबह 6:45 बजे पर मेडिकल कालेज गेट के सामने नाश्ता करने गए थे। उस समय किसी अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा डॉ अभिजीत की छाती पर रिवाल्वर तान दी। लेकिन उसके द्वारा गन पकडऩे पर कारतूस नीचे गिर गया। 

नहीं तो कोई भी अनहोनी घटना हो सकती थी। फिर अभिजीत द्वारा उसको पकडऩे की कोशिश की। लेकिन वापिस उस पर गाड़ी भी चढ़ाने की कोशिश की गई। लेकिन डॉ अभिजीत बाल बाल बचे। घटना होने के तुरंत बाद पुलिस को सूचित कर दिया गया था और पुलिस को गाड़ी के नंबर भी बता दिया गया। रेजिडेन्ट चिकित्सकों में इस बात को लेकर विरोध है कि इस तरह सरेराह हमलेबाजी का प्रयास से रेजिडेन्ट सुरक्षित नहीं है। उधर जब  संवाददाता ने मेडिकल कॉलेज प्राचार्य डॉ गुंजन सोनी से बात की तो उनका कहना था कि अभी तक उनके पास किसी प्रकार की कोई लिखित शिकायत नहीं आई है।

 हां रेजिडेन्ट चिकित्सक के एक पदाधिकारी ने उन्हें वाट्सएप पर जरूर इसकी जानकारी दी है। अगर ऐसा हुआ है तो निश्चित तौर पर पुलिस प्रशासन से बातचीत कर इसको अंजाम देने वाले को पकडऩे का दबाव बनाया जाएगा। वहीं पुलिस ने भी लिखित परिवाद आने की बात तो कही है। हालांकि इस घटनाक्रम की पुलिस जांच पड़ताल कर रही है।

रेजिडेन्ट चिकित्सक यूनियन के अध्यक्ष पर इस प्रकार चंद मिनटों में दो बार हमले की न तो पुख्ता वजह सामने आ रही है और न ही किसी प्रकार का कोई ठोस प्रमाण। ऐसे में सवाल उठ रहा है कि आखिर डॉ अभिजीत पर हमला करने वाला शख्स कौन था और उसने ऐसा क्यों किया। फिलहाल पुलिस इस मामले को लेकर सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाल रही है ताकि हमलावर का पता चल सके। लेकिन इस प्रकार की घटना के चलते चिकित्सकों के सोशल मीडिया ग्रुप पर खूब रोष जताया जा रहा है।

Whose complaint has been presented by Dr. Abhijeet Yadav in Sadar police station. However, no case has been registered in this regard yet. But there is a lot of anger among the resident doctors regarding this incident. Resident doctors say that even after complaining about the incident in the morning, the police has not been able to show activeness till now.

Giving information, resident doctor Dr. Shishram Swami said that he had gone to have breakfast in front of the medical college gate at 6:45 in the morning. At that time some unknown person pointed a revolver at Dr. Abhijeet's chest. But when he held the gun the cartridge fell down. 

Otherwise any untoward incident could have happened. Then Abhijeet tried to catch him. But an attempt was also made to ram the vehicle back on it. But Dr Abhijeet narrowly escaped death. The police was informed immediately after the incident occurred and the vehicle number was also given to the police. There is opposition among the resident doctors that the residents are not safe from such blatant attacks. On the other hand, when the correspondent talked to Medical College Principal Dr. Gunjan Soni, he said that till now no written complaint of any kind has been received by him.

  Yes, an official of the resident doctor has definitely informed him about this on WhatsApp. If this has happened, then pressure will definitely be created by talking to the police administration to arrest the person who committed this. At the same time, the police has also said that a written complaint will be received. However, the police is investigating this incident.

Who is the attacker and why did he attack, the mystery is complicated.
Neither any solid reason nor any concrete evidence is emerging for the attack on the President of the Resident Doctors Union twice within a few minutes. In such a situation, the question is arising that who was the person who attacked Dr. Abhijeet and why did he do so. At present, the police is scanning the CCTV footage regarding this case so that the attacker can be identified. But due to this type of incident, a lot of anger is being expressed on the social media groups of doctors.
