राजस्थान में किरोड़ी लाल मीणा बढ़ा सकते हैं भाजपा की मुश्किलें, इस्तीफा देने का दिया संकेत

पिछले साल दिसंबर में विधानसभा चुनाव में जीत हासिल करने के बाद पार्टी आलाकमान ने भजनलाल शर्मा को राज्य का नेतृत्व करने के लिए चुना था. शर्मा के मंत्रीमंडल सहयोगी किरोड़ी लाल मीणा ने उनके अधीन सीट पर पार्टी की हार के कारण इस्तीफा देने का संकेत दिया है, जिस कारण मुख्यमंत्री शर्मा को चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है. 

मंत्रियों पर दबाव पड़ने की संभावना 
इस कदम से अन्य मंत्रियों पर दबाव पड़ने की संभावना है, जिनके क्षेत्रों में भी लोकसभा चुनाव में खराब प्रदर्शन हुआ है. वहीं कांग्रेस में प्रदेशाध्यक्ष गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा का प्रभाव बढ़ने की उम्मीद है क्योंकि, पार्टी एक दशक के बाद राज्य में कुछ सीटें जीतने में सक्षम हुई है. 

राजस्थान में भाजपा 14 सीटों पर सिमटी 
मंगलवार को घोषित लोकसभा चुनाव नतीजों में भाजपा ने 25 में से 14 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की जबकि, कांग्रेस और विपक्षी गठबंधन 'इंडिया' ने 11 सीटें जीतीं.  इस बार, भाजपा को 2019 के मुकाबले 10 सीट पर हार का सामना करना पडा. जबकि, भाजपा के पूर्व सहयोगी आरएलपी ने नागौर सीट पर कांग्रेस के साथ गठबंधन में चुनाव लड़ा और विजयी हुई. 

भाजपा के मत प्रतिशत में 9.23% की गिरावट दर्ज हुई 
वर्ष 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव की तुलना में 2024 में भाजपा के मत प्रतिशत में 9.23 प्रतिशत की गिरावट दर्ज की जबकि कांग्रेस ने अपने वोट शेयर में 3.67 प्रतिशत की मामूली वृद्धि दर्ज की. भाजपा की प्रदेश इकाई के अध्यक्ष सीपी जोशी के साथ-साथ राज्य में भाजपा का चुनाव अभियान मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने चलाया गया. 

सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा के गृहनगर भरतपुर में भाजपा हारी 
चूंकि जोशी स्वयं चित्तौड़गढ़ लोकसभा सीट से चुनाव लड़ रहे थे, इसलिए मुख्यमंत्री ने पूरे राज्य में चुनावी रैलियां और बैठकें की. भाजपा को बड़ा झटका पूर्वी राजस्थान से लगा, जहां, पार्टी को भरतपुर, करौली-धौलपुर, टोंक-सवाईमाधोपुर और दौसा सीटें गंवानी पड़ीं. भरतपुर मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा का गृहनगर है. इन सभी सीटों पर कांग्रेस ने जीत दर्ज की है. 

सीएम भजनलाल ने राजस्थान में 89 रैलियां की 
मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा ने राजस्थान में 89 और तेलंगाना, आंध्र प्रदेश, गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, उत्तर प्रदेश, पंजाब, ओडिशा, पश्चिम बंगाल और हरियाणा सहित अन्य राज्यों में 62 जनसभाएं और रैलियां कीं. 

"सीएम ने पेपर लीक को रोकने में कई फैसले लिए"
मुख्यमंत्री के एक सहयोगी ने बताया, “तीन महीने की अवधि में मुख्यमंत्री ने पेपर लीक को रोकने और कानून व्यवस्था की स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए कई फैसले लिए.  पूर्वी राजस्थान की पानी की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार और राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश सरकारों के बीच पूर्वी राजस्थान नहर परियोजना (ईआरसीपी) पर त्रिपक्षीय समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए.” उन्होंने कहा कि इसके अलावा शेखावाटी क्षेत्र में पानी की समस्या के समाधान के लिए यमुना जल को लेकर हरियाणा के साथ समझौता किया गया. 

"आरक्षण और किसानों के मुद्दों से भाजपा की हार हुई"
भाजपा के एक अन्य नेता ने बताया, “चुनाव घोषणापत्र में किए गए वादों को पूरा करने के लिए भाजपा सरकार ने सक्रिय दृष्टिकोण के साथ काम करना शुरू किया.  मुख्यमंत्री ने चुनाव अभियान का नेतृत्व किया, लेकिन हार किसानों के मुद्दों, चुनाव अभियान के दौरान उठाए गए एससी और एसटी आरक्षण के मुद्दे जैसे विभिन्न कारकों के कारण हुई.  ये पार्टी उम्मीदवारों की हार के स्पष्ट कारण हैं.”

"मुख्यमंत्री के प्रदर्शन का आंकलन विधानसभा के उप-चुनाव में होगा" 
राज्य में पांच वर्तमान विधायक (3 कांग्रेस, 1 आरएलपी, 1 बीएपी) लोकसभा चुनाव जीत चुके हैं और आने वाले महीनों में इन विधानसभा सीट पर उपचुनाव होंगे.  भाजपा नेता ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री और सरकार के प्रदर्शन का आंकलन विधानसभा उपचुनावों में किया जाएगा, क्योंकि लोकसभा चुनाव केंद्रीय मुद्दों के इर्द-गिर्द घूमता है.  मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ की तुलना में राजस्थान में पार्टी को मिली हार पर उन्होंने कहा कि किसान आंदोलन और जाट समुदाय, एससी/एसटी लोगों में आरक्षण को लेकर नाराजगी का असर उन राज्यों की तुलना में राजस्थान में अधिक था. उन्होंने कहा, “आगे विधानसभा उपचुनाव समेत कुछ चुनौतियां हो सकती हैं, लेकिन उनके मुख्यमंत्री के पद पर बने रहने की संभावना है.” 

Kirori Lal Meena may increase BJP's troubles in Rajasthan, hinted at resignation

Pressure likely on ministers

This move is likely to put pressure on other ministers, whose areas have also performed poorly in the Lok Sabha elections. At the same time, the influence of state president Govind Singh Dotasara is expected to increase in the Congress as the party has been able to win some seats in the state after a decade.

BJP limited to 14 seats in Rajasthan

In the Lok Sabha election results declared on Tuesday, the BJP won 14 out of 25 seats while the Congress and opposition alliance 'India' won 11 seats. This time, the BJP had to face defeat in 10 seats as compared to 2019. While, BJP's former ally RLP contested the Nagaur seat in alliance with Congress and emerged victorious.

BJP's vote share declined by 9.23%

Compared to the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP's vote share in 2024 declined by 9.23 per cent while Congress registered a marginal increase of 3.67 per cent in its vote share. BJP's election campaign in the state was run by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma along with BJP's state unit president CP Joshi.

BJP loses in CM Bhajanlal Sharma's hometown Bharatpur

Since Joshi himself was contesting from Chittorgarh Lok Sabha seat, the Chief Minister held election rallies and meetings across the state. BJP's biggest setback came from eastern Rajasthan, where the party lost Bharatpur, Karauli-Dholpur, Tonk-Sawaimadhopur and Dausa seats. Bharatpur is the hometown of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. Congress has won all these seats.

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma held 89 public meetings and rallies in Rajasthan and 62 in other states including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Odisha, West Bengal and Haryana.

"CM took several decisions to stop paper leak"

"In a period of three months, the Chief Minister took several decisions to stop paper leak and control the law and order situation. A tripartite agreement was signed between the Central Government and the governments of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh on the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP) to meet the water needs of eastern Rajasthan," an aide of the Chief Minister said. He said that apart from this, an agreement was signed with Haryana regarding Yamuna water to solve the water problem in the Shekhawati region.

"Reservation and farmers' issues led to BJP's defeat"

Another BJP leader said, "The BJP government started working with a proactive approach to fulfill the promises made in the election manifesto. The chief minister led the election campaign, but the defeat was due to various factors like farmers' issues, SC and ST reservation issue raised during the election campaign. These are the clear reasons for the defeat of the party candidates."

"The chief minister's performance will be assessed in the assembly by-elections"

Five sitting MLAs in the state (3 Congress, 1 RLP, 1 BAP) have won the Lok Sabha elections and by-elections will be held on these assembly seats in the coming months. The BJP leader said the performance of the chief minister and the government will be assessed in the assembly by-elections as the Lok Sabha election revolved around central issues. On the party's defeat in Rajasthan compared to Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, he said the impact of the farmers' agitation and resentment among the Jat community, SC/ST people over reservation was more in Rajasthan than in those states. He said, "There may be some challenges ahead, including assembly by-elections, but he is likely to continue as the chief minister."
