जयपुर. मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा राइजिंग राजस्थान इन्वेस्टमेंट समिट में विदेशी कंपनियों को आमंत्रित करने के लिए विदेश यात्रा पर गए हुए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री कुल 12 देश में जाएंगे। फिलहाल वह पहले चरण में दक्षिण कोरिया और जापान के दौरे पर हैं। लेकिन राजस्थान में उनकी विदेश यात्रा सुर्खियों में है। क्योंकि उनके विदेश दौरे के खिलाफ राजस्थान में कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है। कांग्रेस पार्टी भी मुख्यमंत्री की विदेश दौरे का विरोध कर रही है।
बगैर परमिशन विदेश यात्रा पर सीएम
दरअसल, राजस्थान के भरतपुर जिले के गोपालगढ़ कास्ट में 2011 में सांप्रदायिक हिंसा के मामले में मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा को अग्रिम जमानत मिली थी। इस जमानत को रद्द करने के लिए गुरुवार को जयपुर की एक कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई। याचिका दायर करवाने वाले सांवरमल चौधरी ने दलील दी है कि मुख्यमंत्री को विदेश यात्रा के लिए पहले अदालत से अनुमति लेने सहित कुछ अन्य शर्तों के साथ जमानत दी गई थी। लेकिन वह बिना परमिशन ही विदेश यात्रा पर चले गए।
भरतपुर में हुई हिंसा में सीएम का नाम
आपको बता दे कि भरतपुर में हुई हिंसा के मामले में मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा का भी नाम सामने आ चुका है। 2011 में हुई इस हिंसा में कुल 10 लोग मारे गए थे। इस पूरे प्रकरण की जांच सीबीआई के पास है। याचिकाकर्ता के वकील सागर चौधरी का कहना है कि मुख्यमंत्री को कोर्ट ने जमानत दे दी थी, लेकिन उन्होंने कोर्ट के निर्देशों का ही उल्लंघन किया है। अब इस पूरे मामले को लेकर 24 सितंबर को सुनवाई होगी।
विपक्ष नेता ने विदेश यात्रा पर साधा निशाना
वही विधानसभा विपक्ष के नेता टीकाराम जूली ने मुख्यमंत्री की इस विदेश यात्रा पर निशाना साधा है। जिनका कहना है कि मीडिया के जरिए जानकारी में आया है कि सांवर चौधरी ने मुख्यमंत्री के दौरे के खिलाफ कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है। अभी गोपालगढ़ दंगों से संबंधित मामले में ट्रायल चल रही है, लेकिन प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री अदालत की बिना अनुमति के दो देशों की यात्रा पर चले गए। यदि मुख्यमंत्री खुद ही कानून के साथ इस तरह खिलवाड़ करेंगे तो जनता में क्या संदेश जाएगा।
